the app is hot garbage. I was trying to order a combo meal, I changed the hamburger to have no cheese on it. but when I selected my sides, it put cheese back on the hamburger. which meant I had to go inside tonight and get them to remake my hamburger. plus the app won't let me order either of the sauce and tossed chicken strip baskets. every time I try to order a chicken strip basket, the only choices are the original or the flamethrower.

why does the free delivery overwrite every single reward? I am paying for a cake that is supposed to be $15 but since it is over the delivery fee it charges me $30 because the free delivery
this is in Tullahoma strips french fries with gravy with a toast the reason why I'm giving you one star you're never gave me chance to say oh you get the three piece chicken strips with the green pepper sauce you don't get posts on the picture the time I order my food tell me how to show toast in the picture for no reason

I've been eating at fast food restaurants for many years and when they advertise free food which it is, you have to buy something of equal value to get it. So I'll let you figure the rest out as far as free.
Is anyone else having this issue? I wish we could share screenshots here. I can't even sign up on the app because the "select favorite location" does not function for me. I force-closed the app and reopened and no improvement. Just a screen that says NO LOCATIONS FOUND and thus I cannot even complete the sign-up because that box is required to fill. I'll try signing up on my browser or something but this is a pretty silly spot to be stuck on. I have an S24 Ultra. This shouldn't be happenin

Doesn't allow to change your phone number whenever you want to have to go through a thing called Mobile App Technical Inquiry which I cannot find anywhere so now I'm stuck with a phone number I don't have anymore this is ridiculous and stupid you have to do all that just to change a phone number

Only has about half the menu... so your 'deals' only apply to a very select menu that actually has you paying more than if you skipped the app and just ordered at the store from their cheaper menu.
deals never work
Of all the fast food/service apps I have ever used, this is by far the worst. Because my billing address isn't nearby the location I wanted to get ice cream at, my card gets flagged as invalid. Does dairy queen not realize people get ice cream on vacation/far from their billing address? It still let my card get charged 5 times, then would mark it as invalid. Now I am waiting on 5 reversals. I truly hate this app. It is terrible. Dairy Queen should be embarassed
Can't sign in or create an account. kept saying there was an issue creating the account.
I keep getting a message that items ordered are out of stock & to remove them. I've tried numerous different items & I still get the same message. I've been trying to order the deal on the blizzards. Buy one and get a second for $1.99. It also looks like it is designed for the USA.
BS! Everytime, without exception, in app deals will not go thru. never once. ever. I gave up and deleted this worthless frustrating app
updated app & attempting to log-in again takes me to account creation & then an error "unable to complete account". The issues this app has had over the years is ridiculous.
Installed the app, couldn't sign up, then I couldn't get a deal I saw on Facebook. Trash app.
they said in the store and there were signs everywhere for a deal on ice cream. So I asked for the deal that was posted everywhere around me. They said: no, it's only on the app. so I download the app and gave them all my information. Then the deal they were false advertising was not even in the app. the woman behind the counter couldn't find it either. We really have to stop patronizing these companies that are all bait and switch. I'll go to places that are clear about prices .

Was told to get the app to use a deal and get Blizzards with a friend. Gave Dairy Queen my location and information for the deals section to be completely empty, without the discount my friend had. Don't waste your time on this.
I'm trying to get the buy 1 get 1 for 99 cents deal. BUT I CANNOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT. IT WILL NOT LET ME NO MATTER WHAT I TRY. WHY ADVERTISE SOMETHING AND THEN MAKE YOUR APP AWFUL SO NO ONE CAN GET THE DEAL!
Swapped phones and got locked out of my account. Everytime I attempt to sign back in, it takes me to the account creation form and then says "something went wrong" after I fill in all the details. The same thing happens when I try to create a more account boty with and without using the create account/sign in with Google. Issue also persists of clearing cashes and reinstalling the app
I have tried logging in with my email, through Google, and resetting my email password. each time it asks me for my phone number and birthday, but I get an error when I submit the information. The strange part was after resetting my password, I tried logging in through Google One more time, and got a Google error, like the app developer just gave up without finishing that part.

truly if anyone were to ask me what the worst app on the Play store was, I would say this one. I've literally not once in three years been able to sign in to my account on this app. registering? nope. signing in? nope. it has been literally unusable since the day it was launched. absolute garbage and I'm over it.

NO THANKS I'LL GO TO MCDONALD'S IT'S CHEAPER! SCAM APP! App doesn't work, so how can I use it... The local DQ is not selectable most of the time but it works randomly. The next town over works flawlessly. Tired of "deals" that only work at some stores, if I can even get the garbage app to work. I'm not ordering at the 1978 drive through technology either. 20 minutes for a burger is a joke.
