I accidentally got subscribed to Dash Reels without my clear permission, and ₹499 was deducted from my account automatically. I had already uninstalled the app and never intended to continue any subscription. This auto-renewal and unexpected deduction is very disappointing. I kindly request the support team to: • Cancel my subscription immediately • Stop further auto-payments • Refund the deducted amount (₹499) as soon as possible

I contacted your support team right away, expecting a fair resolution. Instead, I was denied a refund on the grounds that I had “watched content,” which is misleading and unfair. This response shows a complete lack of empathy and customer-centricity. I did not intend to renew, and reaching out immediately should have been enough to process refund
