Deceptive autopay trap. Signed up for ₹2 trial, but it silently set up UPI AutoPay and charged ₹399 without any reminder. My family member (non-technical) had no idea a mandate was even created. Auto-renewal is buried in fine print, never shown clearly at checkout - classic dark pattern, and no prior notice as required by RBI's UPI mandate rules. Many other reviews here report the same scam. Requesting full refund of ₹399 and immediate cancellation. Not recommended.

cheaters,I humbly requested my money to refund, firstly they will show for 2rs trail, while we are on payment they will ask for Autopay 499rs after the trail pack ends, but what they will do means 499 rs directly they will debit by showing as Autopay of 499rs, cheating app everybody never download this worst app ever, for there call support i have given clear evidence regarding this, but those people always trying to cheat me.

"Dashreels is a rubbish app. You can't even finish watching one show in a day. Even after taking a subscription, you have to wait for the next day's 'muhurat' to watch more. This is the situation. Third-class app."
⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing app. After installing it, money started getting deducted from my account without any clear reason or proper notification. This is completely unacceptable. The app lacks transparency, and the customer support was not helpful in resolving the issue. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Please be careful before downloading it.
