Filled in all information (which already feels like massive invasion of privacy), but now I can't even use it, because stuck with error 999 with a very vague error message. Not happy with this app, at all. Especially not happy with companies forcing me to use it.

I need to use the app on my Chromebook, but it won't let me enter a 6-digit access code. When I click on a number, or type, nothing happens.
The app crashed probably 10 times until I was able to finally submit all of my information with error code 999 and no explaination what that means, what I can do to fix it, or chance to send a report.
The app is not compatible to Redmi phones. It's horrible.

As bad as it gets in terms of safety and user friendliness. My government login app is one the same phone, causing the app to freak out. You can only log in with your username and password from that point, which your government is phasing out since ~2020 and promotes the use of 2FA. This is of course not possible on the same phone, so you have to use password recovery to get to access to your own account again.... Whoever designed this is a clown. FORCING me to have official docs on my cell.

adding certified income fails without any info
Can't send a request due to a missing document about assets/etc on belastingdienst, just returns only 987 error and after that there is nothing you can do. At least the app could allow sending data to a company with mentioning the lack of the document.
unclear functionality
Heel shady dat ik mijn DigiD inloggegevens moet invullen terwijl het niet de DigiD app of DigiD website betreft. Net zo ernstig is dat de Rabobank wil dat ik deze app gebruik.

Very badly made application. DigiD login has only manual input and you recieve sms for each time you login to share different type of the info. Constant biometrics popup. It somehow worked, but it was really frustrating expirience.
Need to input credentials manually instead of using Digid app.
This app doesn't work on my phone. This is preventing me from applying for housing as many housing providers won't even look at your application unless you share data through this app. Can you please create a web version
Useless app, it cannot retrieve the income data so you can't submit applications with it. I contacted support and no answer
Received a malware alert after downloading this app on the prompt of a Dutch real estate agent. Dodge.
Does not work, cannot handle all Dutch people, you could describe the app as discriminating. Because it prevents certain people from applying to housing.

Kan alleen digid via username en wachtwoord. Beetje onveilig als de app er ook is? Gebruik de digid app altijd dus weet inloggegevens niet meer

Major red flag! Extremely suspicious asking for manually entering DigiD credentials in the app.
1. the import of the employment history (in case I don't have any in NL) ends up with error 2009. 2. only several banks supported
Awful, does not let me log in with DigiD, tries to force control over other apps/websites. Most likely made by a single intern over the course of a semester, and with no blame on that intern, this should have never been released in this form.
Scanning ID card simply does not work for non dutch EU ids
Frustratie ten top. Ben een registratie aan het doen voor een woningproject. Data van Belastingdienst blijft maar draaien zonder resultaat. Ik heb het op twee dagen geprobeerd, er zijn geen actieve storingen, en ik kan zelf gewoon inloggen via DigiD met SMS-controle. Het lukt Datakeeper echter niet om de data op te halen. Ik heb hier al minstens 4 uren aan besteed. Support niet bereikbaar via chat of telefoon, zelfs het contactformulier reageert domweg niet en geeft ook geen foutmelding.
Very poor experience. Doesn't get the data from BRP. Says it will take a maximum of 2 minutes and doesn't ever get it.
Awful app. "There has been an unexpected error" 999. Over and over...
Bad always crashes
So Rabobank needs to specify why or what the deal is with seemingly several apps. Because "Flexvault" seems to be similar app.

continues disconnecting and giving error
The slowest app I have ever used. For me it didn't update automatically or notify me of a critical update, rendering the app unusable. After updating manually it worked again, as slow as ever... The 2nd star is only because it gets the job done. Not a pleasant experience all in all.
Horrendous DigiD integration. I assume most people don't get through it because sometimes there's more DigiD account configuration needed after login while the app waits for DigiD's response, resulting in a timeout. The app doesn't take this flow into account. Keep this in mind until they decide to fix this on the UX' side of things at least.
It was working quite okay in april, but now I can't resend the updated documents to the broker. There is no option to even share the documents with new broker. I will be homeless..
Just open the damn Digid app man. Why the hell is it so difficult? Digid is such a damn chore I despise it. They finally have something that works and this app refuses to use it.
