Terrible customer service. this is basically a payday loan app but they'll pull the money out before your payday. in an obvious attempt to be able to charge you more fees to borrow the money back before payday. then when you text customer service all they do is copy paste responses and deflect what they've done. they currently are responsible for me getting charged overdraft, they refuse to do anything about it. because they're trying to scam me out of $15 it cost me $35 and a hit to my credit.
Thieves. Just creating an account I found that they were charging a $3 sub that was unauthorized.
so far I am not impressed. I will cancel this service due to slow processing time. I was charged $15 twice for no reason. It seems like the dispute processing time is unnecessarily long. All in all not worth it.

they send me emails tell me to relink my bank account I send them an email I want to know why they refuse to respond to that and yet they still refuse to refund my money that they stolen they did say at one time they look into the situation but nothing happened they still kept my money they won't take the responsibility to refund my money this company is a very bad bad joke that should never even be allowed to have one star
impossible to use. crashes constantly. loves to take money out though for its stupid subscription service! genuinely pathetic.
two hundred dollars was taken out of my bank account for no reason why and I'm trying to get help by disputing the charges can't say what you want to say or what happened cause they automatically respond with their own words that don't match with your situation
If you bank with Cash App your not allowed to use it. I would have gave it 0 if I could. Trying to get a Cash Advance not deposit money into Dave!
This is a loan shark app. If they say you can take out 300 dollars, they force you to take out two installments no greater than 225 so they can change you twice. you are better off going to money tree than using this app.
not worth it! every time I try to link my bank account it says "something went wrong, please try again later or try a different bank account" I have had the same bank account for over 2 years. I finally just closed the "dave" account, I highly recommend "tilt" or "earnin" earnin is free with the option to tip! dont wast your time like i did.
well I can't get my app to open to see if I qualify for an advance..so very disappointed right now
I wish I could give no stars the customer service def don't do their job I've sent them my personal info twice via email to reopen my account just for them to respond wks later and say we haven't heard from you in a while that's BS they don't have to worry about me anymore customer service showed me that not only are they one of the worst to do it, they aren't reliable at all not even a little smh. Now they said I can't open it for 60 days wks later smh,I won't be back and I'm reporting you all.

Another company that spies and stalks your financial activity whenever using your personal debit card. please be aware. this company will bulldoze your checking account by attacking your account with charges regardless of your balance. If they see one pinch or penny of activity a charge will be attempted to your card. please be aware for your own financial security that this company spies on your account activity and will send you an email stating that you should have your card open next time.
nothing plus nothing is nothing, that's what I get from this app.
