I told them if you can see I have money in my account that you can take that but you can't see that you've cost me an overdraft. that's ridiculous two $30 charges that my overdraft fees accrued would have paid Dave off
I tried Dave. I really did. Everytime I try to connect my bank via Plaid, I am booted to the app login and its not connected. Plaid says it is. We could have been friends Dave but you disappointed me.
can't delete account
app is full of it I entered all my information just it to not let me login ever. have to call and go thru hell to make sure your information is taken off of the non working app
Horrible, I often never get back what I paid back. that sucks big time. if you take $600 and give me back $300 that seems like robbery. I'm starting to hate this app
FIX THE PAYBACK WINDOW! This is the THIRD time the app took a partial amount from my account at midnight on a Thursday, leaving me with only $3 till Friday morning!
Y'all wouldn't let me borrow what I paid back
had reached out multiple times about it not auto settling and they told me it was up to the machine and I now I had to add a debit card to settle it but I didn't want to do all that it worked fine then just stopped one day but some how it could take the monthly fee. all this to say it finally settled today and I am Happy to say I cancelled it!
had my account locked for 10 days can't seem to find anyone to help me. Can't even call because of me reporting a scam. Today got a notice to get my electricity back on within 24 hours and get my rent paid by Friday at 8am or face eviction.
used to be able to get advances but since I changed banks I could never get back in my account I tried talking to them no one to talk to so this app is fake to me because they put my account on hold saying switch banks and when I did it was still on hold fake app
First they have multiple ways of collecting fees; twice when you withdraw and a membership fee. THEY PULL MONEY BEFORE YOU GET PAID AND ACCUSE YOU OF BEING LATE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND ARE INCOMPETENT.Your better off with Chime. They aren't liars. Be desperate to use Dave. They are no different then your local loan shark. Action speaks louder than your nonsense response.WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. already did 2 chats that were unproductive.
they steel my money i dont approve it they take money 2 time a month and all I did was check out the app never got anything did not approve any thing and still take 3.00 $ 2 times a moth and it is supposed to be once a moth
they take the repayment just after midnight on the due day, nobody gets paid at midnight. they should wait until the afternoon to take the payment
*which shows you completely missed the point finally fixed the log in situation only to be shown *new* advance pricing options. I'm canceling and deleting the app. At least I have can publicly state that the amount people are being charged (TWICE) for the same amount cash advance is not worth what you have to pay for it. just another way for Dave, and many other payday cash advance banks, to hit people who need help. So, sorry, Dave, but you can take your Teddy Bear and go prey on someone else.
