It's very annoying and makes me not want to shop on the app. You will need to do some testing before releasing this unfunctional app if you want shoppers to buy something from you.

When this app first launched it seemed to work fine, but subsequent versions/updates have made the functionality much worse. When scrolling through items and clicking on something then going back, it doesn't remember where you were up to, and often scrolling through just completely bugs out and sends you back to the top randomly. Really frustrating and not usable. I keep hoping they'll update it and fix this fundamental issue (for a shopping app) but apparently not.
Can't use this app. Says my email address is not valid and won't let me log in. I guess my 25 year old email address isn't good enough for DJ's???
Some categories are only visible on web, e. g. beauty gift with purchase page is blank in the app since 1 week ago. But it keeps jumping to the app while using the web, I had to pause the app. Then the rewards feature is app only :(
awful verification. poir instructions. even store clerk viuldn't get it to work. list points on about $500 of purchases.
This app literally doesn't work. Uninstalled it once because it fails to checkout, but the business forces you to use the app to collect points in store which is a very ridiculous concept. I reinstalled this but can't even get past the captcha this time.
Cant checkout items, says items in bag then go to bag and it says nothing. uninstalled the app now need to complete a puzzle to login, ap constantly goes back to login page when trying to move the puzzle pieces.
Could not register an account through the app because it won't accept email domains containing hyphens. maybe check RFC 1123 and fix your regex.

What genius came up with a character limit on a password? Was forced to download to scan my card at the store and couldn't even log in with my DJ password because it wouldn't take my password. 🤨
App doesn't close on my Google Pixel (I have to restart my phone). I've had to uninstall it a few times.
Really bad..I ordered a Paris YSL for $135 and it stated that I could use Qanta's frequent flyer points to lower the price Instead they took approx 10,000 Qantas frequent flyer points for $180 .. and later noted still charged the full amount.

WARNING - DJs app prices are vastly higher than their web browser prices. App doesn't reflect sale prices on countless clothing items whereas browser does.

It's difficult to browse... scrolling down and looking at an item proves difficult because when you go back, it starts at the top of the product page again. It is such a basic fault to sort out for a positive user experience. I just downloaded the ap and am going to uninstall it. I literally don't have the time to scroll so much. It defeats the purpose of 'easy online shopping'.
no size options are available anywhere when you click on baby clothing. if you add to cart, it just adds any baby clothing size to cart.
I love DJ and its my first priority store but the App is Horrible!. I cant shop at all. every time you scroll it will auto scroll to the top. Everytime you open something and press back, it will scroll to top again. The app and Web is also not consistent. what I add via app and when I see my cart on web. they both show their own session. Iv faced payment error too. DJ pls fix this. I would love to use the App but all this bugs keep bringing me back to use the web version
