THE LOGIN GLITCHES CONSTANTLY. everytime i open the app it's a gamble of whether or not it allows me to login. it's EXTREMELY ANNOYING and i don't understand what is so hard about fixing this issue. what a horrible app for my job to use. it's so bad that it's almost worthless. i genuinely can't put into words how unusable and trashy this app is.
Unfortunately I don't receive the otp message, so I can't use the app.

Not a great app. the app doesnt update a newly entered password, so it locks the account after 3rd try.
this app is constantly giving error code (SCI-007-7110) when all the log in info is correct. when the app is updated and I followed AI advice to uninstall then reinstall the app and now when I click log in and put in my unique number it states that it is unable to log me in this app is absolutley rediculous
Poorly programmed with security measure that are both inefficient and ineffective. You will be required to verify identity on a daily basis involving texts, calls, and a minimum 14 character password, just to clock in. Biometric credentials are ignored by the app 70% of the time and it will force you into the verification process.

I'm begging the app to stop logging me out every 5 seconds please also couldn't clock in because it just decided to not let me log in or even connect ?? so now I didn't get paid lol how can I give negative stars

By far the worst software our company implemented. Tries to do too much and is good at none of it. Creates issues you won't see coming and is constantly down for maintenance 🙄

First of all xxxx DayForce, every time when I am asked to change PASSW thru the App, the option pops up to update PASSW disappears in split second. Are DayForce App Dev this stupid?

It features some functionality (schedules, time off requests), but the login system is awkward and refuses to save my information, so I'm constantly having to log back in and go through 2FA on their website. I've never seen such a backward login system in an app. There are a number of necessary functions, such as benefits and the entire "Performance" menu, that are not available on the app, and can only be accessed by logging in on the website.
Half of the time the mobile app won't even let me log in. it says my company tag is wrong when it definitely isnt.
It does what it should. Very well. Very cool. Thank you. Also this app; Lets log you off randomly forcing you to constantly waste time at the workplace itself to sign back in with such stringent specificities its just a constant headache. Why do simple things just break on us?
