Update: 3 years later this is still an issue. It constantly fails to load. 2x a month I have to delete and reinstall. If you want people to use it for their workplace, maybe you should create an app which works. Complete waste of time and energy. You can only login without problems every 5th time. It would be a lot better if you could actually OPEN it.

Syncing with Google calendar option is inconsistent, amended shifts do not get updated, sometimes it'll sync a month in advance and then stop syncing any further for weeks. App has to be force-closed from the background after clocking in/out in order to prevent it fully logging out and asking for password 2FA every. single. time. If manually closed it works correctly and just uses fingerprint, otherwise I have to fully login with 2FA 4 time a day (in, meal start, meal end, out).
Getting hard time logging in even with the correct password. went to admin and reset the password and gave temporary password. then tried to login and entered the temporary password still can't login. The company should terminate this useless apps even in their website can't login. waste of time waste of energy. dog water app that's just barely adequate for doing the few things it's supposed to do.
Broken as does not properly log overnite shift.
every time you have to login log out for lunch log back in log out at the end of the day you have to go through the entire log in log out process which takes time and is frustrating
It's shite. Makes you reset your password when you can't log in using the password you know is the correct one, then when you enter that same password as a new password it tells you that you can't use that one as you've used it before - if that were true then I wouldn't need to reset the password to begin with. For elearning it then refers you to a browser where you then have to enter a mystery new password & won't allow a reset.
sucks makes you sign in with code very single time. very inconvenient

NOT dyslexic friendly. someone explain to me why there is no audio text to speech, and the small introduction with audio has the guy repeating the same line over and over again. I was in the middle of training test 40 question 1st question i have a screenshot of no question just blank. luck got pasted that , and I could not for the life of me read ergonomic, so I searched. It had to tab out oh that what that says. I got it now. Go back have to restart 😀 👍🏾 🥲 please atless read question
I hate this app
keeps logging me out. I have uninstalled and re-installed this app over and over again but it just keeps logging me out. WHY??? Please, please fix it.

This website and program is so disjointed it is difficult to navigate especially when requesting time off from work.

Unreliable to say the least, trying to check your schedule at night since you might've forgotten? Well you're completely out of luck because the app randomly goes down once a week without warning. Even online videogames have the courtesy to tell you when servers are down and for the app that my livelihood partially depends on that's wildly disrespectful.

The app likes to log me out right after I clock in or out, meaning it doesn't count it. Then I check later and see I've been working for 4 hours without being clocked in.
this app is borderline useless. I do not want to download another app to access something else. this app is terrible to navigate and not intuitive.
the app tells me i can change my address myself right from the app, but totally not true. the app even has a section where it tells you how to do it, the example pictures and the way the app currently looks are two totally different things which then makes the "help myself" section totally useless 🙄

App has constant errors with clocking in, clocking out, and starting/ending meal times. It also logs me out at every possible instance. At least I'm allowed to edit my start and end times
Dayforce crashes all the time it makes you sign in even after a break. When you sign it the app switches from a password or pin never consistent.
