This app is a great example on how monopolies are bad. there is no other way to watch the matches.
The subscriptions are so overpriced and some of the subscription terms are super weird, do not buy a subscription from DAZN, they are so money hungry, you can get something else for way better.

Peor que nunca. Ahora no se pueden quitar los subtítulos. Lenta. Lentisima. La interfaz es mala. Los contenidos en el móvil son resúmenes y tienes q ir al ordenador para verlos completos. La publicidad es constante. siempre ofreciendo cosas que no te interesan y dificultandote llegar al contenido por el cual contrataste el servicio en primer lugar. La verdad deberían echarlos a todos los que trabajan aquí. Me da ganas de no pagar y buscar todo pirata.

Terrible Costumer Service! terrible app. they make the pricing so confusing I signed up to watch a boxing fight and they made it so difficult to cancel and made me pay a cancelation fee of $10 to cancel. I had to hop on a call with an agent as they made it so difficult to cancel.
Be sure to cancel your "free 1 month trial" the same day or you'll be charged. Apparently they need a 30 day notice to avoid a fee. Shame DAZN has some of the better cards because their pricing is terrible and the hoops you have to maneuver to cancel a "free 30 day trial" are absurd.
I will never, ever subscribe gain due to sketchy business practices. I accidentally subscribed to an annual plan that was paid in monthly installments instead of the monthly plan I intended to cancel after a few months. When I discovered the error, which arose due to very misleading descriptions by DAZN, I contaced customer service to help. They eventually agreed to cancel the ongoing payments but applied an "adjustement fee", which is pure extortion, that was in excess of the monthly charge.
The app is dogshit, 30 euros to watch nothing, you can pay for 2 months of VPN and watch national television for litteraly any game. Hpwever for as much as you pay they don't even have rights for the UCL. Just do yourself a favor and don't use this pile of capitalist trash.

As a product, live sports streaming is great. The delivery of that service though is terrible. The App is extremely slow, allows no customisation of the opening screen for sports that viewers are actually interested in, has faulty recommendation algorithms that show options completely unrelated to the sport selected, and more often than not, crashes when initialising the live feeds. Viewing location rights are single country so frequent travellers are out of luck or have to pay more

Garbage app for android. Won't play on my android cell. I've followed instructions on how to resolve issue. Ive un installed it, re-imstalled new version,updated to new version and still won't play on my cell. GARBAGE!

Nachdem man es seit einem Jahr nicht hinbekommt dass die leiste unten richtig funktioniert reichts mir. 1 stern ist ehrlich gsagt noch zu viel. Qualität mangelhaft, Übertragungen gibt's manchmal. Das einzig positive sind eure Kommentatoren. Ich geh wieder in die Piraterie
terrible quality in camera equipment. lots of times technical difficulties, terribly blocky video and anything but smooth repeats. feels like you are watching a slideshow. they have done a terrible downgrade to Belgian football and are more expensive then the previous company that did it. what a shame it has come to this
Dreadful app no matter what device I try and watch on. You couldn't make the viewing experience more painful if you tried. Chromecast disconnects after 10 minutes when using the Android app, Roku version doesn't give the option to sign-in with Google, PC doesn't hide the progress bar of the stream. I've never found it so hard to stream on any other app so what you've done to create this app I don't know but it needs vast improvement.
Signed up and subscribed expecting to watch NHL, founf out later NHL is not a part of a standard subscription.
NFL streaming service is dreadful, far worse than in years previous. Avoid.

I cancelled DAZN LAST MONTH
DAZN makes it exceedingly difficult to cancel which results in excessive payment activity. Additionally, the video quality is poor compared to typical streaming services, satellite, cable or over the air broadcasts. I subscribed a few times to follow the NFL but will not subscribe again mostly due to the inability to cancel without incurring additional payments but also due to the quality of the product

Unable to Cast. Attempting to cast to Chromecast causes Chromecast to restart. This was not an issue until the latest update
cancellation is horrible. wish I would of read the reviews beforehand. got this for my husband chose monthly because i knew he wouldn't want it long. I canceled because he barely watches it. you can cancel any time but have to pay for a year. I see why no one really has this app.
cancelled and still got billed
I noticed that the app had been double charging me and contacted customer services, only for them to say they had no record of the transactions, even though I showed them on my bank statements. They kept saying I would need to provide a document that both my bank and credit card company said they didn't have and couldn't provide me with, and eventually Dazn stopped responding to me. I had to cancel my credit card so they'd stop charging me, and I never got any money back.
Good luck trying to cancel this. Despite having clear screenshots of my cancellation date they continue to charge my credit card. Have escalated it as fraud with my credit card company after having a useless conversation with their service reps on their chat. Read other reviews. This is common practice with them.
Impossible to eliminate subtitles
Stay Away!! Like many others have said, very shady service. Very misleading up front that you cannot pay month by month even though that's what the app presents itself to be . They lock you in on a 12-month contract even though that's not fairly communicated in the very beginning and it will cost you a termination fee to end it early once you actually get through to their AI chat. There's no way to actually talk to someone or send an email to this company. I wish I saw these reviews first!!
Not worth it anymore, would not recommend. Also customer service is garbage.
the app doesn't even work for me. took it for a month now I'm stuck for it for a year I can't cancel without paying a fee or the rest of the year. I would never take a yearly subscription I don't know how the mistake was made but they don't want to help. scammers if you can find another streaming service take it instead of this one.
they show comericials when switching between games so you can't switch back and forth. It was not a good user experience. When I tried to canel the first time it did no take and they charged me for a extra month. Poor custome service and poor app. Do not reccomend. Update - its been about 2 weeks and still have not had a follow up from them as they said they would in the response to this review. They have also now charged me an additional fee with no reason stated.
