Wenn ich mich an den Kundenservice wende, dann heißt es immer, sie leiten das Problem. weiter, aber ändern tut sich nichts.

Sicher nur ein Zufall, dass die Funktion zum Wahrnehmen der Fahrgastrechte aus der APP verschwunden ist. Oder? ODER?
Beim Kauf von Tickets per SEPA wird man wie ein Krimineller behandelt. PayPal funktioniert nicht, nur Kreditkarte klappt. Einen Stern gibt es für die Passkey-Anmeldung. Die kaputte Verimi-App hat mir mehr als eine Stunde Lebenszeit gestohlen für nichts. Von der AusweisApp hat man bei der DB wohl noch nie gehört. Das Deutschlandticket kann man wenigstens woanders kaufen und sollte das auch. Die DB ist der kundenfeindlichste Online-Händler, mit dem ich gezwungen bin, Geschäfte zu machen.
The most terrible transport system which i experienced. They canceled my first train. Then they gave me another one for one hour later which had 30 minutes delay. Which caused me to miss my bus. And the worst part is that they answered very rudely and took no responsibility at all.
Can't buy a ticket from Berlin to Paris because it says "no seats" even though it keeps offering me connections. Then "select a different reservation", all options fail. I had to go to the station to buy a ticket. Is it 1995? New design is gray and soulless and somehow less functional than the last. Can't limit the number of transfers or see Deutschlandticket valid trips. ive been reviewing this app for years and it gets consistenly worse, similar to the DB itself. beware paid fake reviews here.
It's impossible to get anything done with the app. I keep getting logged out or errors without any explanation. It takes at least 30 minutes to wrestle with the app to get me a ticket. And there's a bunch of tickets that you cannot buy from the website, as they are app-exclusive. I guess when you have a quasi-monopoly, you can just get away with a horrible app and horrible service. Edit: 5 years later, still no good. Just a hassle that doesn't work.
It's really sad that i have to add one Star. DB Always late and doesn't even deserve a single Star.
What do you mean you want me to enter my phone number and a bank PIN-code to verify payment? A bank PIN? The one that my bank says not to share with anyone? Into a third-party app I never heard of before? No way.

Informationen zu Verspätungen bzw Zugausfällen erscheinen gar nicht oder falsch. teilweise haben andere Anbieter (bspw Metronom) schon korrekte Daten veröffentlicht. Beispiel: wenn die geplante Abfahrt des Zuges bereits 15 min her ist, der Zug immer noch nicht am Gleis ist, steht in der App noch 10 min. Die DB kontrolliert das Streckennetz, dass muss die wissen. Schlechte Information ist ein größeres Problem als verspätete Züge.

This app has a lot more potential to optimise german Trains. I would love a feedback feature to suggest improvements. sadly the trains running late will still show "on time" 15 minutes after the train was supposed to arrive... this is the reason i cant give high rating bc they should learn to update delays in time and not a hour later
Semi useful, but when the trains are cancelled which at the minute in germany is every 5 seconds, the app NEVER updates so you end up walking to an S or U bahn connection that was cancelled days ago and the app was never updated, the money i've lost with DB and having to get taxis is unbelievable
the app is bad, really bad... somehow I bought a ticket for 65+... however the app has my account, there is my age... but know... the app allows to buy Wrong tickets, you have to watch carefully every single step. Luckily it is possible to cancel whit no cost within 180 minutes. I did it immadietely and bought a new ticket. The refund is not there... And yeah it is impossible to complain. No contact.
unter anderem ist es nicht möglich mehrere Fahrradtickets in meiner Region gleichzeitig zu kaufen. für jeden Mitfahrer muss der komplette Prozess, suchen buchen Namen eingeben, zahlen erneut ausgeführt werden.

i have never felt more rage with this app, the trains and db in its entirety. how can you be so late, so inaccurate and inaccessable at the same time. every other train is late, even the first train of the day comes 20 minutes late. and of course nobody cares. accurate travel times? nope. money back? no, screw you. your fault for using db. also, if you buy a deutschlandticket after the 15th you are forced to buy 2 months because you cant cancel a subscription after the 15th.

Very hard to use. Not intuitive at all. Frustrating experience.
My name is not recognised, and so I can NOT properly check-in. And YES, the DB train manager has tried it himself- unsuccessfully!! And when purchasing tickets in person, eg at the Berlin Hbf station, hardly ever I am asked whether I have a DB account. As a result I have missed a lot of points and benefits. A very disappointing experience.

Es ist nicht möglich ein Fahrrad Ticket über die App zu kaufen. Am Ende einer katastrophalen User Experience wird angezeigt, dass das Ticket beim Deutschlandticket inkludiert ist (Stimmt nicht) oder eine Auswahl an regulären VBB Tickets (keines für Fahrräder). Im Zug wird man dann von Schaffnerin ermahnt, dass man doch das Ticket am Automaten kaufen soll. Willkommen in den 90ern.

When entering your password, there is an X-symbol deleting the password very close next to the eye-symbol for viewing it. It is easily pressed by accident.

DB Navigator should be updated regularly as per the DB schedule. Specialy when the the time and Plattform is changed by the DB. But basically the people in DB Team are incapable

Einfach eine absolute Frechheit diese Verbraucher hassende Verhaltensweise der DB. Ticket Kauf ist ohne dem Tracking und der Verfolgung durch die Bahn zuzustimmen nicht möglich. Aber als Monopolist kann man sich das ja erlauben. Wo käme man da auch hin wenn man sich Verbraucher freundlich verhalten würde. Am Ende fahren die Züge noch pünktlich... Update an das DB Team: Schade das wirklich alles an eurer Antwort gelogen ist. Das einzige was für euch wichtig ist ist Profiling und Kundenverarsche
Still waiting for a refund from a bug from this app from over a year ago. It incurred extra costs of more than 200€ due to this app adding a bahncard (on its own), when I had none - hence making my existing tickets booked with a bahncard bonus invalid. Still open with the Schiedsstelle.

Keine Kommunikation zwischen den Verbänden? Warum steht nicht auf der App, dass Büsse ausfallen wegen Events wie Radrennen? Sondern werden angezeigt?

Die App, zeigt einem teilweise Verbindungen an die dann 5 Minuten später nicht mehr existieren. Teilweise zeigt sie einem auch an das man ganz normal mit einer Verbindung fahren kann, mit einer normalen Tageskarte, dann wird man aber abgewiesen, weil man nur mit Deutschlandkarte fahren darf. Für Fahrpreisorganisation und Planung auch äußerst unübersichtlich, da einem teilweise auch Zonen nicht angezeigt werden die man für eine Fahrt bräuchte und somit nochmal ein zusätzliches Ticket zahlen muss
The Updates are not actual. I had the experience where the time that was stated on this app was "on-time" but it is actually not. i waited for 2 hours for my ride. i also had an experience where i waited for the bus to arrive on the said Haltestelle, but that Haltestelle was skipped.

you cannot access the Fahrgastrechte refund mechanism if the app language is set to English. The menu item is missing from the UI. Go figure.
wenn ich nach einer Verbindung für zwei Personen und zwei Fahrrädern suchen, sollte es mir auch möglich sein direkt alle 4 Tickets in einem Vorgang zu kaufen.
