Unable to enter and update transaction time.
My 180-day subscription, which started on 12-04-2025, was ended by you on 26-09-2025-well before the actual expiry date. Why did this happen? Before the subscription even ended, I was blocked and unable to access my important data. Why? This is very urgent. I have not received any message, update, or response such as “we are working on it” or “it will take time.” There has been no communication at all. This reflects very poor customer service and feels like unfair money-taking practices.

App is good using it from last 2 years may be. But giving 1 star here because there is no one here to solve your problem they have given Whatsapp number but no one reply there ,i didn't get any reply from last 8 Months . I wanted to renew my account but showing error continuesly so they blocked my id . It wasnt my fault if these people have issue with google Play. I am Heplless but now i don't know how it subscribed again as iam helpless got stuck with my Data here. BAD BAD BAD Service.
