Wasted money. I spent a lot of time and effort entering all my debt and expenses, and worked out a plan. I was really happy, then unexpectedly after a few weeks all data I entered was wiped clean. That, I constitute emotional trauma, so disappointed I don't have the heart to try again. I didn't have the money to spare but I thought it was an investment into my financial wellbeing. Wasted £20, wasted effort. That one star ⭐ is too much. I'm spitting feathers.

there was a time this app was genuinely good, its now bloated with so much and "automation" that it just suffers under its own weight, dont know what alternatives are out there but its just not good anymore.
Cash Grab Limited to 1 device and you can only change it every 7 days? That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard for an app that you're not even using premium features. I wish I could rate it with negative stars.
i dont mind the app, but near the end of the payments its wanting me to make payments of 1500 when the minimum is 275. or when its a fixed payment (meaning i cant change it) its increasing it alot as well. there is also no option to change this at all.

this app is only ok the custom like making a custom plan don't work even if there's a dropdown. I'd also like the ability to take certain extra payments and instead set it to savings. I'd also like the ability to set certain things to only pay the minimum for x years
app is super slow and takes several minutes to add a single debt. loading is way too long. Other wise app looks really nice. now make it work
doesnt factor in interest rate so the payoff date is way further than it says
I have a 12-month membership for this app and it still shows that I have the free I tried to repay and it will not accept because I've already paid and is not showing the pro very unprofessional very very unprofessional
Wouldn't load no matter what I tried. It was easier to download a different app than waste time email their support team.
it doesn't show progress. I've added funding, but it doesn't lower the balance. it also doesn't allow you to select principal only payment. a whole lot of time invested, feels wasted. it can give you a ball park snap shot, however I found it incredibly inaccurate.
If you have a bi-weekly payment schedule on a debt, or have payments that are made on a specific DAY (not DATE, e g. if you don't get paid on the 1st and 15th, but every other Friday) you have to upgrade to the pro version. They dont tell you that in the tutorial or description.
This thing just will not reduce my balance even after logging a payment, the process for which is overly complicated, opaque, and tedious. I will be looking for a different app to track the rest of my balance. All I wanted was an easy way to track my debt repayment and this is literally everything but easy.
this app has become unusable, I paid for pro and continue to pay for it yearly and am unable to even open the app.....only way to use my account is the desktop site
why do I need to make a log in for this
this app is completely unusable after the android update. can't press any buttons on the bottom because the system buttons overlay the app buttons.
App update and deleted all of my input. I've been using it for a year and had paid off several debts but now everything is gone😪
NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! I WENT TO SIGN IN AND IT SAYS I'M ON MULTIPLE DEVICES AND IT WON'T LET ME DO ANYTHING WITHOUT PAYING FOR THE PREMIUM PACKAGE. TRIED TO CONTACT SUPPORT AND IT TRIED TO DOWNLOAD A FILE TO MY PHONE. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP AT ALL!!!

The view for my debts is so limited but only one good insight. I wish it was more free user friendly. But you will get an idea of what needs to be done, kinda.
I hate how it doesnt let you add multiple recurring incomes. I have to correct my actual weekly income because it's way too high and then if I mark as complete to correct it, I can't undo it and add the other. I don't understand why the income can't be put in correctly
I really liked this app being able to control what was the most important to me. but I just added a new debt and now it wont show me an payment plan. I cant even delete the new debt to revert it back. the main feature of this program is unavailable making it useless
not what I expected - doesn't seem to have an option to record one of payments or actually track debt reducing beyond your monthly payments
switching between apps to get the details causes the DPP app to "lose connection" says no internet connection detected. So any details entered and not saved is lost. Closing and reopening app and continously trying again in hopes it doesn't "disconnect" again.
Something about this app feels intrusive. It blocks you from signing in.
I liked the older app better. I cant stand the way this is set up.
Good in theory but even basic features like fortnightly or weekly repayments are trapped behind a pay wall premium membership. waste of time downloading.
I don't like that you can't add an income. for the CC payments I didn't understand how it calculated the math when the balance changed. I think this only works for static debts not for cc cards you continually use. A way around it that I found was to delete and readd the CC. Also it's not such for fluctuating expenses like electricity and water that isn't the same each month. again another way I found was to delete and add again the following month.. which is a little annoying.
I've been using the app for a while now, but now it just keeps crashing.... not sure why. time to look for an alternative I guess
The app worked flawlessly until recently. Now I get a message stating " workspace version '6' is not supported" . I can still use it on my pc but until this is fixed the app is useless on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.
