Sounds like a great app but hidden sub fees. Tired of dishonest and vague apps websites. Nothing is to be trusted.
The app itself is okay, tried it for 3 months and ended up forgetting about it as the content tends to be redundant. My issue is that I tried to cancel it (successfully according to the billing website) and I'm still getting notifications from my Google wallet saying that they tried to charge my credit card (which I've frozen for the moment). With a quick Google search, I've found that I'm not the only one with this problem, and the support in all cases is being useless (not answering emails).

it wants you to start by paying. it claims to do something that I am interested but I have to pay to find out if they are real or not. not going to happen

Don't waste your time guys
they don't care I am sending them emails but no response careful with this app. I signed up for a subscription to try it out, but they make it nearly impossible to leave. When I tried to cancel, the interface was rigged it literally only showed a button that said "Don't cancel my subscription." They are continuing to charge my card without my consent and have blocked me from removing my payment details from the system. It feels like a trap. I am demanding a refund for the unauthorized charges
pay walled and ridiculous pricing
The app was great until some updates - AI pictures on flashcards, weird "practice" with one-two questions (what's the point, to understand the already explained thrust of each card?), dumb stars. Yes, I know you must update your app, but it feels like you have downgraded it at some point. Literally a few updates ago it was perfect, but now it looks like it was made for kids. The idea is great, but the new visual is just ew.

Dragging the card is a terrible feature first I need to drag and tap and again after the text shows up i need to click one more click to show more. what kind of design is this. annoying, silly and killing the flow to read . I feel like unsubscribing. and wow you also hijacked my back button/navigation. useless and disturbing design.

The app is NOT free and full of ads, this is not replacing social media scrolling. Their premise is void.
I got 3 ads in 60 seconds. I understand that you can put ads into the app but constant ads being thrown in my face doesn't make me want to use it
I thought I would learn something from famous books but unfortunately it doesn't reflect anything from the books I read previously. The content is too basic to make it worthwhile. I really feel they stole my money.
Awful company. Never signed up. Never bought the product, and it isn't listed in my subscriptions, but they charged me $50 anyway. Trash people who won't respond or refund your money even when they made the mistake.

Not a free app, doesn't even let me proceed without mandatorily forcing me to take free trial. You should have made app like YouTube built on freemium model by letting people choose ads or subscription and not forcing anything on people.

Too many ads, just too many. Should at least wait 30 days for a user to learn about the platform, then we can decide, whether to continue with ads or subscriptions. I have zero idea what this app is about. Too many questions. UI is great but I didn't like the pace or the way it's designed.
Not great support. Been a week and still waiting for the refund. They claimed 30 days guaranteed money back if not pleased.

The app has now dumbed down content to a level as low as a first grader. Do the makers assume everyone has an IQ of 85??? I regret renewing my subscription, wish I had known about this update beforehand!
It got my email, got my preferences, and got me all the way to agreeing to a trial verison without telling me the price. It wants me to agree to trail with subscription starting in a week. I have NO IDEA how much it costs. And with my ADHD I am sure to forget to cancel it. I reversed back like I am running after a bank heist.

literally stealing 50$ from me because the day they sent the charge I'm telling them I don't want it. they are crooks! don't use app!!

Great while it worked. I enjoyed listening on the commute to work. However, it stopped working when the screen was on my phone. I reached out to their support email, but only received one response, then no response at all!

Basic and Lame. Super simplistic ai generated cob swabbling nonsense disguised as progress, personal growth, and intelligence. really basic. Also the books in here are basic. Go ask AI for real books and it will be cheaper and better than these basic books. Even better save your money and support your local library. click bait bate and switch garbage.

The new design's let's learn section is confusing. Right and wrong answer have same animation!
way too many ads. I shouldn't have to watch a 30 sec ad every 5 mins when U co.ete a module. occasional ads are fine but this many is just too much. lucky for 2 stars
Yet another attention-seeking app. Expensive, overwhelming amount of notifications, and low quality AI-generated content.
only giving two stars to be seen faster but although I've enjoyed the app, the old interface was much much better. Probably going to an api cracked version to keep the old style
Very poor app, don't recommend! Except the beautiful images, it is a total waste of time. The practice sessions are totally useless and most of the concepts and ideas of a book are missed.
