Having technical problems with the Google TV app. customer service giving me the runaround right when I was thinking about buying a annual plan. Poor way to treat a returning customer that is already paying.

This app doesn't connect to the phone so it's useless
In general quite nice app with better music coverage than many other services, but there there are two big issues making it allmost ununsable at this time: - App keeps crashing randomly on my Phone and on Desktop as well - AI music is advertised as being kept out of your radios and clearly highlighted, both are currently not true both on Android and Webapp on PC
3 years, still an issue. lToo many bugs. I am constantly logged out, app crashes, doesn't stay connected to cast devices, pauses randomly, songs drop mid-play, ads freeze. Overall terrible app.
They want me to pay to use an app that doesn't even have audio. * recommend Weezer.
Their customer service only repeats the same answer over and over and will not address your actual request. If you download this app, know that there is literally no support, and you will be entirely on your own.
They attempted to lure me back with 3-for-1 deal, but I was unable to even activate my offer because the app is broken. The music section seems to load just fine, but as soon as I try to subscribe the app claims I have no internet connection. I know I could probably activate it from the website, but I'm not going to bother if this is how broken the app is upon first impression. Imagine being so totally inept that you can't even make your subscription feature work. Deleted my account instead.

Do not do a "free trial" of Deexer. They make it difficult to cancel and will charge you for months after you have thought that you have successfully canceled.

Back to the bottom of the barrel! besides the 5000 vendors seeking "legitimate" consent to monetize your account further, a flurry of irritating useless notifications was added. Hey look it's a summary of a summary, hey look it's been a month etc. Even with absolutely all notifications disabled. Not interested in any support robots response and useless suggestions. Stay golden Deezer💜
The app won't even play any music it just constantly shows a loading screen.
Awful service, sluggish app, dialup speed buffering between songs even on gigabit fibre, even when downloaded. Doesn't show all songs in a playlist and searching almost always breaks. Miserable app experience/usability, microscopic playlist sizes and fave limit, lyrics barely available. But hey at least KGATWL is still on this service 🙄 "an unknown error has occurred", these issues persist on the bloated web wrapper desktop app too.

I have attempted multiple times to pay for my subscription... it doesn't go through i have been using Deezer for years. it's pathetic. NOT RECOMMEND
(Bcp) trop de fois bloqué dans le lancement de ma musique pour des bugs de stream ou de publicité, ou publicité qui se lance en vidéo, et arrête le stream qd on veut lancer et éteindre l'écran. Encore aujourd'hui des pubs qui ne se lancent pas. Pire , le son des pubs a été amplifié et explose les oreilles. Franchement y a un seul cas d'usage de cette application et c'est quand mm buggé , et/ou lourd ; Du cp ne donne pas envie d'être contraint au premium et faut pas s'étonner du switch Spotify
Play back buttons are invisible now on lock screen and notication drop down screen. Just great. Best feature to date love it lots. Constantly saying I'm offline please fix it's been how many years with this problem.
not a convenient app compared to it's competitors and less quality of life features. I'd stick with the platforms you know. The premium is the same price as some of its competitors and more expensive than others so just not worth it. The free experience is so limited you're pretty much forced to pay for premium. waste of time.

UPDATE: THE PEOPLE AT THE LINK WILL TREAT YOU LIKE YOURE WRONG AND STUPID!! fake garbage app with fake trials and feels real spamming and phishy 🗑. its been a few months since they shafted me through an email I got and they act like you're the stupid one but I figured I'd give them another try cause I saw a trial online and I went through all the steps just to have it take all my info and then not give me the trial. reported!!!

latest update (6/16/26) is described as "fixed the bugs" but I've only got more bugs and glitchy playback now since then. that's the opposite of fewer bugs. wish there was a better way to get in touch with tech support for the app developers, but here I am giving a bad review instead.

Don't use this app, actually. especially not listening to "downloaded" songs while having your data on. Deezer used almost 50gb with me listening mostly to my favorites playlist (all songs of which are supposed to be downloaded (yes the arrow is green). even then, it's constant buffers and too long of a "loading time" (TF u loading if the songs are downloaded??) don't switch here. stay where you are currently, this can't be better than what you're currently using.

what is going on here? this used to be great. I should not have to press. do not recommend artist 30 times. literally guys before I get one song I want to hear three songs. later I got to the same thing come on. you guys used to be awesome
