signed up for this and then paid membership then was told that I was approved for a virtual card and that the n information should arrive within 3-4 hours max. we'll that's been 3 days now.. plus not to mention good luck reaching customer support they emailed me back one time in three days and still I got no real answers and nothing fixed so I'm still trying to get the issue resolved!!! MORE HEADACHE THEN ITS WORTH !!

signed up for the new $50 visa ecard and was told it was on the way that was 4 days ago and I still have not received it and I have notified customer service at least 10 or more times and have gotten NO RESPONSE. never in the history of ecards has it ever taken 4days to receive it by email! I feel like I am getting scammed

Scam. They never paid my bill but are charging me like they did. verified via payment history and it cause an overdraft on my bank because ATT took it out anyway since Deferit did not pay yet Deferit are charging me anyway.
SCAM!!! DO NOT INSTALL!!! They make you get a subscription then never let you cancel. ive "canceled" my membership 3 times and even deleted my account but they still charge me every month and never get back to you with support and dont have a phone number so you'll never get any help.

do not trust. set up to pay phone bill on the 17th, to send payment on the 17th, for a payment due the 19th. here we are on the 19th, no sign of payment. late fee about to be charged.

This is the hardest app to get help with they don't answer calls,they don't chat back and you will end up with late fees waiting on them I had the worst wk trying to find out how to use the virtual card correctly please cancel membership.
Deferit charged me and did not pay my biller, even though their app states that they habe. I have been trying to resolve this issue for days and the only way to communicate with deferrit is viaemail. (probably by design.) I needed them for one bill. The deadline is today. I didn't pay deferit to not provide me with a service.
This company is a SCAM! They charge 1399 plus a 199 fee up front and then will tell you that your bill is not supported so you can't use their service. You are paying for NOTHING. Customer support is non-existent there is no phone number and when you type to the chat absolutely no one will answer and no one will ever respond to an email either. By far the worst app and worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Bureau.
I started this process in hopes I will get my bill paid in the 2 hrs they state they will pay it. WELL ITS NOW BEEN 2 DAYS AND MY BILL IS STILL NOT PAID. IVE ALREADY PAID DEFERIT THE FIRST PAYMENT AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID MY BILL. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS JUST NOT GOOD. IT HAS A CHAT BOT THAT DOESNT RESPOND AND EMAILS WHERE IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET A ANSWER. AS I am writing this the bill still isn't paid. Deferit get a customer support people can call on and pay my bill or refund my money

Submitted a water bill 2 days before cut off. I got conned into paying the $14.99 membership fee, along with a $20 deposit on the bill... and it has sat in limbo for 3 days. Water got shut off, and the only place they provide to get any answers is a "chat bot" that does nothing but offer up articles for you to read. Absolutely worthless app. Its a total scam.
they suck. the first time I tried to use the app. I was charged for a fee 2 months of 15.98, and then I was charged $40 for Those 2 months for a bill that they never paid gave me all type of excuses why I couldn't get a refund. Then here recently , this is the second time and the last time that I will be trying them. i was told to pay the fifteen ninety 8 for the subscription which is understandable. but also had to 63 and some change just for them to pay 100. they never paid and won't refund.
Deferit has not paid one cent towards my Electric bill, despite taking out mouths of fees....Extremely difficult to contact and follow up is atrocious! Please cancel my subscription ASAP....RATING - one Star

this app is a joke! I had to pay a subscription fee and another deposit and they said I qualified then when I uploaded my first bill they couldn't pay it even though it was less than what they said I qualified for but then kept charging me a subscription fee! do not use this!
Useless... Didn't work on any of my bills. The one bill they did accept was going to be paid by a sent check. THEY NEVER SENT THE CHECK!!!
Very bad bad bad I paid my membership and opted for the payment of the bill in 4 payments they charged me the first of 4 plus a deposit fee of $39.99 was fine, but they did not make the payment they had to do it on the 08th and they never did it on the 9th or the 10th. And there is no way or number to call or a customer service. I had to pay my bill, and that was not the plan.

they false advertise their ad that I downloaded this app from says there is no membership fee that's a lie they want at least $14.99 for a membership and that's just to start with why can't you just be honest to people stop false advertising if I did this at zero Stars I sure would is a waste of time
misleading and difficult to so contact support. they hit you with a monthly membership fee before they let you know that you are going to have to pay a deposit for each bill until you have satisfied their history establishing criteria. The fee that they charged me $15 a month and then the deposit would be $40 on top of the monthly bill. very promptly went to cancel my membership and wanted to request the refund for the membership fee I paid and they tell you to use the chat bot. they can't help
thay are crooks thay will charge you up front and if you cancel the same day thay will not give a refund even if you never use thr service thay will charge you every month after u already canceled so just run stay away dont end up like i did
Seemed pretty straight forward at first. You have to subscribe to see how much they will cover. The subscription is non refundable. Then the bill pay....ya you have to do the first payment plus a deposit. Then they take forever to get back to you. Customer service non existing. Save yourself the hassle.
if I can put zero I did not give them permission to take the money out of my account they paid my T-Mobile bill they're taking out too much money on the account and now they won't answer they're thieves and they steal the sad part about it is they ain't got the energy or the balls to take care of something instead of ignoring a call00000!!
ABORT MISSION!! this is not an app you want to use.. I wanted the refund because their information was not right and was false advertisement.. but they literally had me on hold for hours and no live agent came on there..
I have never experienced worse customer service. They don't even have any. Never received the $50 virtual card and due is already here. Please look elsewhere. Terribly run company with zero people to help.
My experience has been lackluster. This is now the second time I've tried to use it and the bill has not been paid on time. The first time the bill wasn't paid until the following day despite the down payment being paid on time and it advertising It will be paid on the due date. The second time I've tried to use this, the bill still hasn't been paid. It's now updated in the app to say that the bill will be paid today instead of the original due date which was before my membership fee was due
scam!!! they removed my phone insurance after I told them not to and called it savings and now they are making me pay them 400+ for doing something I cant even add back on!
I paid my insurance bill through Deferit and was told the payment was processed before the bill is due but m insurance can't find it and now my bill is overdue so I may get canceled. The process of contacting customer service leaves much to be desired. I just keep getting told that the payment has been processed when I reach out and to let my insurance company know that it's been paid which does me no good since they can't find the payment so I'm stuck in the middle not knowing what to do.
"No interest" LOL. But the monthly fee is WAY MORE than they'd get in interest. Plus look at the comments below -- 99c fee to make a payment!! hahahah scam!!

Bill's still not paid still no internet although they took my money out 5 days ago you can't call anybody for support you get AI who doesn't understand a word you are saying and wants to delete your account instead of doing what you asked it to do you can't get a human being online either so get ready to get no answers and speak to a robot that doesn't do anything for you to give you a headache I will never use this company again 4 days now Annabelle doesn't paid and they've taken their payment

I am using the app for the first time and I did everything I was supposed to do. I started at 9:30am and 8hours later it still hasn't gone thru. It said it should only take...at the most 3 hours. What i needed done i needed done earlier. Update...I made my first payment so the electric can be cut back on. it's an easy electronic transfer fast and simple. why is it taking 2 days for an electronic transfer??? Especially since I made my first payment. This is absolutely unacceptable.
they are fixing the issue but I have to warn you if you don't want them to take money out of the blue don't have them try and lower your bill they will take money out 50 percent of the savings the in four payments without you giving them permission and if you have bills coming up I don't support it because they will be late even if you get the money refunded
