Doesn't really help someone who is broke pay a bill if you want a subscription up front to get started. Could offer a free start up or add the first month sub into the first payment. anything to help people get started when its needed.

I love your company, but the app is trash. I've already paid for the subscription but when I open the app to see my payment dates it wants me to upload a bill and pay for the subscription again. It cost me $65 the first time, I'm not paying that again.

This used to be a great service but has become slow and gone downhill. Tried to use it to prevent my electricity from being cut off before the weekend. Sent payment bill has not been paid. Its been 2 days. AI response to email and chatbot with no solution telling me to provide the receipt number to the company. For some reason, the receipt number is an IPV6 network address. I'm not sure what game is being played here but very sloppy. Payed my own bill and will stop this service going forward.

I would give it four stars because it does work but when you try to contact them because a payment failed their AI bot does not work and then when you try to email them to tell them that they say use the AI bot which isn't responding
I've been using Deferit for a while now. Up until 3 wks. ago everything was fine. I uploaded a new card for payment & my old 1 (which was deactivated) was flagged & my account was locked. I've been trying to get it unlocked for 3 wks. w/ no help @ all (I've been getting the run-a-round). I canceled my membership & will be uninstalling the app!!
I just signed up online but Everytime I upload my bill using the app the app automatically shuts down so I'm only giving a 1 star so developer can see this I'm unable to fully rate the app yet being that I'm trying to sign up to give it a rating but due to the app crashing I'm unable to experience what this app can do for me and my family

deferit support has been non responsive to multiple follow-up emails I sent requesting verification of the check details that would be sent before I click Confirm on my end! I emphasized multiple times that I need them to respond ASAP to ensure the prepared check will be mailed out properly, especially since I had an issue in the past with a bill for the same company possibly being delivered incorrectly when I did not verify the check details! unacceptable and disappointing 😡
you should really take the time and read the terms of service and there privacy policy first before you give them any personal information. I strongly recommend recommend not using there services. I have my own opinion and that's why I'm not using them. but you should read that for yourself and form yours own.
this app is so misleading, I have sent my bills with my name, address, account on the bills to be paid but they couldn't pay it for me, instead they keep asking me over, over, & over to send me bills info. I was doing that & it keeps getting refusal. I will never try use this useless app ever again, and unistalljng. thanks for nothing, Deferit my B.S.
I use to love this app but then I lost my card and got a new one and uploaded the information for my new card and they froze my account I've been trying to get it fix for too long its a waste the app is only good til it is not don't waste your time.
I've been charged the monthly fee but have never used the service! when attempting to contact to cancel there's no option available!!
scammers took my membership fee and every time is submitted a bill all I got was sorry missing information and cancelled the membership and my account got deleted and no refund for the membership was given back. Scammers!
I just downloaded the app, signed up, uploaded my car note and it told me that they couldn't pay the bill but yet when I was trying to upload another bill I was told that I have to complete the four instalment payments of the first bill that Deferit won't pay. I refuse to pay for a service that's not servicing me!!!
another stupid app. cant do nothing without creating an acct. just wants your info so they can fill your email with junk after selling it.
App glitch took my membership money but wasn't able to continue to set up any bill pay in 4.
This app is redundant. The point of using it was to allow it to pay bills ahead of time and then when I get paid I can pay on account like a credit card. Why am I paying you $20 a month to still take the money off my card? Obviously I couldn't afford to do that if I needed your money. I thought this app would help, no it took money out of my account to pay for the thing I needed the app to pay for. It makes no sense.

This app is faulty, every time I try to pay with my card it states it's declined when I know it's not. It makes it impossible to use. I'm going to find a similar app that actually functions. Great concept, terrible app!
The app keeps glitching. It always gives an error message, even when you try to email customer service. I have tried to sign up several times. It's not a good app.

deferred is a fraud company that steals your money and make it difficult for you to cancel a membership
It says first month free on the plan page but then tries to charge me for the plan. It originally gave me a month free but had $0 available to use, so I thought maybe I hit the wrong plan. Tried to switch plans and now it's trying to charge. I don't have the funds but I'm afraid it'll still charge when the funds become available. I tried to close the account online using the chat bot and the only option it gives is to cancel membership but keep the account open. Membership ain't active just.
don't get this app in the beginning it was great but then one day I was locked out for what don't know. contacted support no response! I'm so disappointed that nobody contacted me
I keep getting charged for an account I don't have. I even tried to log into my account to see what was going on and they don't recognize my email address. furthermore you can't even talk to a human on the phone, so there's no way to directly talk to anyone and try to troubleshoot. you fill out a form requesting a refund but they don't allow enough characters in their text box to thoroughly explain the issue.

this is a scam. do not download or open this. they scammed me out of 15$ now the app doesn't even allow me to access to cancel. thieves. do no download this app. I keep trying to cancel my account with these scammers. there is no place to cancel. yet they keep trying to get money from my card. I am going to change my card because of these thieves
so i did not ask for a $20 plus dollar fee. no way of contacting them for refund. I am filing fraudulent charges on my account. Do not use them.

Didn't support any of the bills I wanted to pay. I requested a refund of the membership because I couldn't even use the app. Sent them 2 emails about this and still haven't heard back, so to me this app is a rip off! I would give them a zero if I could!

I appreciate the process which was easy to use and sign up for the membership easy steps, however, as I use this app I did not see or recall the mention of how soon my bill would be paid. I got a confirmation payment was made. After a few hours of payment, I get an email stating it will take about 2 to 3 days for my biller to post my bill as paid. My internet is suspended til the bill is paid and I need my internet for work.
