please consider adding language options on the app, having to constantly translate is tedious and makes the app unusable. You already have the English language, it could easily be made available as an option. I'm still in the process of registration, I won't be using this platform if I don't have the option to change language
I deposit funds and it takes too long to have them deposited. I delete an order and it takes too long to execute it and place the funds back to be available to trade. Very frustrating experience.

I contacted support and they said it's specific to some phones and networks. Disabling WiFi seems to be a workaround until they fix it.
Often I randomly get connection error, disabling me to access the app, which makes the whole experience very frustrating.

Login problems on android. After logging in the first time, every time I open the app it loads forever. Need to reinstall/clear all data and login manually again every time. Needs an update!

Ik kan mijn portefeuille niet inzien, app blijft hangen op wit scherm met logo. Zelfs als ik mijn cache leeg maak. En vaak wanneer ik opties van alleen juni selecteer, komt er een andere maand in beeld. Ik overweeg over te stappen naar een ander platform, er is te vaak gedoe.

Awful client service, used to be good but but anymore
Basic tool, basic services. Feedback and issues resolution requests simply dismissed (incl. serious ones, causing money losses -e.g. annual tax reports is ignoring local tax rules and is useless,spinoffs not resolved as agreed with operator). High fees, limited handling of currency,everything in EUR and neverending conversions (and fees). Used to use as my main portfolio but now it's usable only for Core ETFs. No fractions/regular investment/analytics. Switched to Revolut to different century
from 2017-2026 transaction fee cost 3600 euros nothing profit in derivative share that tracking almost 7000 time of stop loss order and knock out 10000 derivative products total lose 8 year investment, investment fund in Europe and USA are dangerous, euronext have record all transition derivative lose can be 20 billion euros 2008-2026
fee are ridiculous, for this app with glitches, and it is impossible to move the money to a different app or transaction, 👎 I'm not going to put any more money in to this app, i found other ones witch are free of charge and way easier to work with.
horrible broker, server glitch signed me out and the app wouldn't work, missed open and lost out on money, plus the commission and FX rate is poor, use other platforms.
"You are not supposed to be here" error message. Useless. With your reply you're telling me I cannot manage my assets on a vacation because you decided to block all IP's from the countries that you do not serve. What kind of shortsighted boomer policy is that?
Fijne en gebruiksvriendelijke app, maar een hogere beoordeling kan ik niet geven. Hoewel eerdere problemen zijn opgelost, duurt het tegenwoordig vaak 30-60 seconden voordat ik kan inloggen en door het laadscherm kom. Daarbij lukt dit niet eens altijd. Jammer, want verder is het gewoon een goede app.
At its core, this is a good platform for both experienced and novice investors. Unfortunately, since the Android 17 update, the app has been experiencing startup issues and currently opens with great difficulty. As for the user experience: the design is functional and works, but it looks and feels a bit outdated compared to many other apps. A fresh look and a stability update would be highly appreciated.
logging times out almost every time this past week.
Bevat vervelende bug waardoor de app niet goed herstart nadat het uit de achtergrond komt. Voorheen hielp het de app helemaal af te sluiten, maar een fresh start is sinds kort ook een stuk trager waardoor het geen goede workaround meer is. Zou mooi zijn als jullie dat kunnen fixen, en anders ben ik als Android Developer in te huren en fix ik het wel ff 😅.
I've always had small problems with the app but at this point its unusable. Most of the time its stuck on the startup screen and it never loads. Clearing data cache uninstall, nothing permanently fixes the issue.
Recently it's almost impossible to open the app: just loading and then white screen. Clearing cache or/and force stop sometimes helps but not every attempt. This is annoying and blocking to use the app actively.
Degiro op zich vind ik best handig. Alleen de app loopt bijzonder vaak vast, of crasht. Dat maakt het in gebruik vaak lastig
slechte app , sommige features zijn super onduidelijk en slechte toegepast inloggen werkt de helft van de tijd niet zonder je wachtwoord te veranderen en zelf Dan is het 50/50 of je ingelogd word, zo niet word je account geblokkeerd.

je kan nieteens een order 21% onder/boven de huidige prijs plaatsen. dit is incompatibel met de huidige volatiele markt. onnodige limieten om de markt te beïnvloeden onder het mom van veiligheid. Zorg gewoon dat de order geaccepteerd wordt, zelfs al plaats je hem pas echt intern wanneer de prijs binnen de toegestane range ligt..
La aplicación es muy mejorable, cuesta encontrar el número de cuenta, el histórico de transacciones oculto (que está dentro del buzón 🤦♂️), las búsquedas se pierden al entrar y regresar de un resultado de la búsqueda, etc.
