Dividend received 2nd April but not available for trading until April 10 meanwhile market has jumped upwards pricing me out. Support were useless at engaging

Update March 2026: no, it's still impossible to login. Using 3.02 It doesn't work on my mobile anymore, starting with the July 2025 update
Clunky interface. Inexistent support. Needs improvement to catch up with competition. @degiro happy to update my review when I see these addressed: * Decimal pointers shall not be deleted automatically when editing prices. * Market Buy must show an estimated total based on current price * In the annoying "can't execute this because it contradicts existing position" I need a better UI to detect and fix/delete where do I contact for the rest of my inquiries?
it has glitches, you cannot sell due to technical issues and nobody responds or the customer service doesn't know how to solve the issue. I lost money because of them. I cannot stress enough how bad the experience is. The price that was shown in the app was fictitious and so far I have not gotten a resolution from the complaints team.

Als er is uitgelogd kan iedereen met zijn/haar ongeregistreerde vingerafdruk de app openen.] Er is totaal geen beveiliging. Als de app wordt geopend verschijnt er een fractie van een seconde een lockscreen die ook direct verdwijnt zonder een pincode of vingerafdruk. Daarna is de app voor iedereen toegankelijk. Ik houd mijn hart vast als ik de telefoon ooit kwijtraak. Dit is een bankapp!! Los het zsm op
Major Security Issue. A simple 5 digit code allows full account access. It is totally unacceptable for a financial account. The language is also set based on where you live, not the language that you would prefer to use. this makes it very difficult to use.
Veel te duur in vergelijking met andere brokers, zoals t212. 0 kosten voor aankoop / verkoop in euro valuta, geen 5 euro per beurs waar je per jaar in handelt. Heel snel weggegaan toen ik betere opties voor me kreeg. Klantenservice ook geen professionals.
Great broker, great websites, great website trading, but awful they DEMAND you to use an "app" to get started. Demanding a client to be a customer of Goog or Apl is unacceptable. No apps! Go Website, or go home.
very very basic stock graphics is extremely limited you feel like you are living in the 80s
Would be so great if this app was in English. unfortunately once you set the region as Belgium, then there's no way to change it to English.A shame in this day and age. Will have to find something in English instead.
Closing account is virtually impossible! Their costumer service doesn't respond to emails.
No live updates, everytime I open the app I only see 0 W/V. I have to log in on my desktop and tben it's totally different. This is onacceptabel bad!
Every time you go out of the app and want to open it again after a few minutes, you get "webpage not available". You have to force close it before you can start again. It has always been like this and never been looked at/fixed by the devs.

Let us change the language
My app(the latest version) stops working today and it keeps throwing error message "connection error". I did all kinds of things: clear cache and data, uninstall and reinstall, and reboot my phone and none of the actions works. please fix it asap!
plain and simple: It's the ugliest app I've seen. yes it works, but it's difficult to use.

Clicked the security lending test by mistake and now that message will not go away
It's time to do something for this app guys. Seriously. It's 2026 and still you cannot minimize and reopen the app without a blank page. I'm seriously thinking to move away. Plenty of smart features are also missing.
Degiro is a good broker but their failed to digitize the systems. Apps are hard to use, use of multiple currencies is super complicated for no reason, no fractions, fees are definitely not low, etc.
