Size charts are a complete joke. For kids’ shoes, you show a chart starting at size 36 - which you don’t even offer. On top of that, there’s no conversion to centimeters, just some useless UK sizing. What’s the point of that, and how is it supposed to help me? If I’m buying shoes online, it’s because I want to avoid going to stores. Instead, you’re just making it harder.

I had a really bad experience with this app. I just paid for shoes and click and collect and I walked in the store they said they don't have my order while I got an email. It's been almost like a month and I don't get my refund too.

Terrible application! I've put some shoes in my shopping bag on the website, but the the application doesn't shows the shopping bag empty! How terrible can an app be to have such funny hopeless issue. In addition, when you filter the price from lowest to highest, you get hundreds unavailable shoes as low as 25 cents!
Suche funktioniert nicht, Storesuche auch nicht. Ware woanders bestellt.
Even less then 1 star. Completely not synchronized with the web, ridiculous 2 EU shoes which you can't find in the shops
Fix the bugs please.
Lädt extrem lang, muss mich ständig und bei jeder Aktion neu anmelden, einfach anstrengend vom Handling her. Bei den Versuchen, einen Kauf zu tätigen, keine Lust mehr bekommen, überhaupt noch die Schuhe zu kaufen. Macht einfach keinen Spaß.

2 months later....STILL ONLY GERMAN FOR LANGUAGE
Been using this app for two years never had a problem until I went to use it today, only available in German can't change the language. Which isn't great when using in Britain
Language changed to German which would be fine, but the deals are valid for the German market only which is irrelevant for me.
highly disappointed. i installed this app now 5 times, and the first side ask for the country you want. whole europe is shown, but not uk. the webside always stuck when i try to search something specific, so i thought lets try the app. but big fail. sorry the shoes in store i like, but the app is usless.
Cannot login. Getting error message, that I'm not connected to the Internet.
Kasse funktioniert einfach nicht. Ich kann dir Cookies nicht akzeptieren. Der Button funktioniert nicht und somit komme ich nicht weiter.
Nutzt die Homepage Die App ist die mobile Version der Homepage. Wieso braucht man dann eine App? Ein virtueller Produktkatalog wäre super.
