The app never saves my CC info, I can't remove the expired CC and half of the time a CC isn't even there to use.

the food itself and rewards points are great, make having the app worth it. but the amount of glitches and bugs that happen while trying to place an order make it almost unusable sometimes. there's bad apps, and then there's apps you can clearly tell the developers don't actually test. this is definitely the latter.
Having the same issue as others, being told I do not have items in my basket to fulfill an offer I'm not asking for, which is preventing an order. Cleared cache, restarted order from scratch, same issue.
it seams each time i come and try to use my rewards the kiosk is not very cooperative. it says my account is linked to multi accounts and i never actially get to use it. its very discouraging.
Taking away the ability to use coupons on the app is the biggest dick move. I used to love the app. But the offers now are terrible. coupons in the mail can no longer be used because the new owner jack in the box is a cheapskate.
it gives you the option to not enable location tracking but then bricks itself and refuses to work until you enable location. instant uninstall. and with bad privacy practices like that, I might as well stop eating there too.

App will not load customer service support. This is an important function of the app to not work. It will not let you have the ability to give feedback on restaurants.
After hit my SSO Gmail and they told that my account is already existing and can't do anything. Uninstall app. Bad app.
I will never understand in our digital age how companies don't make apps that work. I like Del Taco much more than their competition but I can't order food through the app. Constant "internet unavailable error" while everything else on my phone that requires internet is working. Get it together, Del!
Useless, non-functional app. Try to sign up, it absolutely will NOT actually send a verification link to my email. Yes I checked every folder, spam, etc, my email was spelled correctly etc. It just refused to send me a link, which meant I cannot use the app to order or even view a menu, which means this app is utterly pointless and below even the most basic of expectations. Room on my phone saved, and dinner will be gotten elsewhere tonight. Thanks for helping me steer clear, it's 2026. Sad.
I'm so tired of this garbage. MAKE MY FOOD WHEN I ORDER IT. WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT TEN MINUTES EVERY SINGLE TIME I PICK UP MY ORDER?? STOP WITH THE PROXIMITY NONSENSE.

When I try to sign up and make my account it won't let me proceed after inputting my information. Downloaded and uninstalled numerous times.
6 years now, and the save card for future use still does not work. I've sent feedback after feedback. Worthless devs. Corporate doesn't care.
4/10 I get an email for a BOGO Epic Burrito deal after 6 pm, but it is not in the app, and app support is non-existent.
despite already having a commonly used store, when I pressed the order here, it takes me to another page asking for location, but when I put any combination of city, state, or zip code it doesn't give any location as if I never gave it information to narrow my destination. it has all permission.
The app didn't integrate well with restaurant experience. Couldn't use offer clipped for use at restaurant because the kiosks didn't have a way to scan QR code! The staff person scanned QR code at counter, but I couldn't slide credit card because restaurant had zip tied the cc reader to mount, blocking full access to slide card. Couldn't use clipped coupon in app because it was already scanned. App ordering has always been just okay because it's not intuitive. Food's good. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Can't even order Delivery anymore..... all the more reason to stop having these fast-food chains in our lives anymore. Too many loops just to have unhealthy food for temporary relief.
Del Taco, please fix your offers on the app. You're unable to apply them and even if you remove them it won't let you check out. I won't be ordering until it's fixed!
The developers who worked on this app are trash and should seek a new career. Absolutely pathetic. At ITS BEST, which the app rarely is, it's slow and buggy. Usually it's unusable, constantly saying that there's no Internet connection available even when my phone has a strong signal OR IS CONNECTED TO WIFI. I would say to do better, but it is very obvious to me that the company and the developers don't care and have no interest in doing so. Complete waste of time.

Love when I use the app and I watch as orders in the drive thru get processed well before mine. Nobody in the drive thru was waiting more than 7 minutes and I'm sitting here at over 20 minutes. Their process is you order, tell them when you arrive, and THEN they start your order. I could have just waited in the drive thru and been done. I'm typing this whole my order is at over 20 minutes and I can see 2 people still in front of me at over 25 minutes.
none of the selections for customer help or feed back in the app work, just goes to blank screen. and even though they scan the code most of the time you don't get the points from it. not a very good app. horrible app. it's like they don't want to know how bad they are doing
Today is National Burrito Day with Del Taco offering a free classic burrito with $3 minimum purchase on the app. I did this, but the free burrito order didn't go through.
Cant order on application keeps saying Error The basket does not contain the require item for offer, very disappointed as I looked forward to Taco Nights guess Ill use Door Dash for somewhere else. Several thousand Del Tacopoints I cant even use or redeem in store.
Many issues with using this app. Not a great user experience.
the new update won't let you pay online. ive tried 5 times and nothing. im so done
What a BS... DOES NOT LOAD OFFER. Also any time if you leave the app for a minute or so, the checkout basket is erased. Why not let us add items to order first if you want to lure us with small deals. Wasting my time with false deals that might be too good or don't work is worse than not having great deals to begin with.
as of March 30th this app needs to be fixed it keeps saying can't connect to the internet what the hell is that I'm on a freaking smartphone here fix it
The app used to work very well, and I gave it a 5 star review. However, the app hasn't been connecting to Facebook for over a month now, and that's where my account is connected to, hence where I have all my points. I haven't been able to connect to my account in over a month, and thus I will not go to Del Taco anymore until they fix it. It states that the app developer knows about the issue. Yet, it hasn't been fixed. Also, you can't create a new account unless you have another phone number.
can not get my senior discount in app. none of the stores will give it to me on app orders and now I can not manual entry my receipts, plus new issues with my card not working til I delete it and reenter the card.
app is unstable. when it crashed I resubmitted the order, not realizing it had automatically changed locations, to a store far from the one I was standing in, that I've never been to before. When I tried to cancel the order it wouldn't, and wouldn't even show the order details, other than it was at a different location 💩
Horrible app. I paid for an order and it took my money, but didn't process any order. It just kept me on the cart page.
worst experience ever. signed up on two different accounts and got the same issue with the verification email not being sent. it's been over a week now and nothing. and missed out on the reward for joining as well. 🙄
this app is the worst app i ever had to deal with i download and redownloaded several times and this is the only app were it wont let me order or use its deals it has turn me off from this place all together and just figuring out the app ruin my lunch thank you for not caring for your customers
I thought the whole reason for the app was to have your food be ready ahead of time and skip the line? I have to actually tell them that I'm here in person for my order to be cooked even though I put "I'M HERE" like 10 min before on the app. next time just scan your receipts for free points and order in person.
app deducted two free del taco rewards even though I haven't received anything. Also the options to report a problem about the app through the app do not do anything. even when I tried to apply the rewards, it didn't do so correctly. currently I can't recommend this until they fix the app and apparently it's myriad of issues.

used to be good but now nothing works at all!!!
Randomly will tell you that your saved card was declined. Readding the SAME CARD fixes it. Locations WILL make food ahead of time. If ordering before leaving for work on a 30 minute commute expect cold, soggy food. Who doesn't love nachos or crispy fried food that's been marinating on a counter for 30 minutes?! ONLY way to get it fresh is to order when you arrive. When a location is closed the app will tell you that all food items aren't available at checkout instead of saying they're closed.
half the time I can't place an order because it says theres no item in my cart for the offer that I dont have activated. half the time the offer doesn't even work and I pay in full. I the this out after being denied food. What's the point of the app if im just going to go to the speaker and tell them my order anyways?
would not allow me to choose my location. Says it only has 1 location in all of california.
app fell apart, can't order delivery because it gives an error on checkout, says you have incorrect items in your cart for your selected deal, there's no deals selected. app feedback button just doesn't do anything so my last avenue is a 1 Star review
i updated my app and all my rewards points gone!!!!! i had a free epic burrito gone!!!! im sooo pisssed!!!
