Dishonest practices and fake rescheduling "Absolutely pathetic service. Delhivery has a recurring habit of self-rescheduling deliveries without ever attempting to reach the customer. To make matters worse, they update the tracking status to claim that the 'customer requested a reschedule.' This is a blatant lie used to cover up their own operational failures and delays. If you value your time and honesty, avoid using this courier. They would rather blame the customer than simply do their job
it's been 3 days we already have paid for pick up and for last 2 days they are continuously telling they will pick up. but not yet done. they are assigning delivery boy but they are not picking up call. going through a very bad experience.

Pathetic app. My delivery is stucked in their warehouse since 13 days but the shipment is not out for delivery yet.. They are doing like nothing. They don't have any customer care where we can talk regarding complaint. you had replied me to raise a ticket .. but for your information I had raised ticket for more thann 4 times but there is no response.so please don't send me auto reply
This Delhivery service is poor. They don't have the guts to deliver the goods on time.

Worst experience with Delhivery. First they promised delivery on May 6, then delayed it saying it would arrive on May 8. Today also they marked it as ‘failed delivery’ even though the package literally reached my locality according to live tracking. Delivery agent doesn’t answer calls properly and keeps cutting the phone. Completely irresponsible service, fake delivery attempts, and zero communication. Very frustrating experience.
Absolutely pathetic service from Delhivery. My package was never even attempted for delivery, yet the status was falsely updated as “customer refused delivery.” This is pure negligence and dishonesty. No calls, no visit, nothing - just fake updates to cover incompetence. Completely unprofessional logistics company with zero accountability. Avoid if you value your time and orders.
