very bad service deley in diliverys
Its getting worst day by day. I used to hse delhivery but now I cant recommend it to anyone. I had 3 parcels stuck 2 in bangalore and 1 in Gurugram. No update and when I contact customer service only thing I get is IVR and somehow if I connect they they keep saying we are trying. Its horrible!

I booked my 1 kg courier with express service. It was showing deliver within 3 days . you would not belive that neither their delivery boy did receive my call 2 days nor they come to pick courier and 3rd I tried 10 times then a boy come after so many request . 10 days has gone courier is on way in warehouse on app showing delay in transit. why can anybody tell the reason their customer support does not have any valid reason. they charge express service air service. but 10 days has gone.

pathetic delivery .. no in time delivery and no guarantee of your delivery was safe..
absolute worst.These guys won't even give u an Ai response when asked about the delivery time of any parcel.Takes forever to deliver. Pathetic

very Worst Delivery Service I have ever seen. this(↑) I posted in July,2025 Now(June,2026): again I'm facing delivery issues with your service. Still No improvement. nearly I got 10+ products delivered from this service. Non of them received at my delivery address. I'm going and collecting my orders from your nearest hub.

Very poor delivery service. The entire team of Delhivery does not feel the urgency of shipment of the public. I request everyone please select any other option instead of Delhivery courier service. Otherwise anyone can fall in bad circumstances like me.
Fraud delivery partner. Everytime package gets returned for prepaid orders. Neither the delivery partner comes to the address nor they call on the mobile numbers mentioned. There is no option to speak with the delivery agent nor any customer executive. Only thing available is record a voice message and raise a ticket. But no option to find out what happens to that ticket.
The delhivery service has become very poor. Their delivery partners are very rude and the couriers arrive very late.
pls, don't use the Delhivery courier, it's poor & pathetic service delivery agent, mainly they deliver the courier late, & their Delivery boys are rude on calls with the customers,
there has been no contact from your executive inspite of giving all the information , pathetic service!

My parcel has not been delivered for the last five days. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same response: "You were unavailable," even though I was available at home throughout the day. This kind of service is extremely disappointing. I would like to request everyone to think twice before using this company's services. Based on my experience, their delivery service is not reliable.
Reliable parcel transportation
worst experience ever , you have yo pay for your courier first hand which i did two days ago but my pickup hasn't even been picked yet and there is absolutely no support i can't even get a refund
I placed my order on June 17, 2026, and today is June 27, 2026. They delay it every day, and I get a message saying I'm not available to pick up the parcel. I'm sorry, but I have to say this is the first time I've seen such poor service.
Waited from June 25th. Package was marked 'customer unavailable' even though I received no phone call or delivery attempt. This has happened on more than one shipment. Please improve delivery verification. And it's 27th june now
WORST app customer care support and no resolution and Delivery partners will not lift the calls and reschedule the delivery dates even though available at location, they update as not available at location. Can't speak to the customer support also. Can't do their job properly. I tried in app no use with the link provided by the developer waiting for 2hours without any response from your team

Extremely poor delivery service. On the first day, the delivery agent called me, and I politely requested that the package be delivered the next day. The next day, the agent called, disconnected the call almost immediately before I could answer, and then falsely updated the delivery status as "Customer not available." This is completely unprofessional and misleading. A genuine delivery attempt was never made. delivery agents can mark customers as unavailable without even speaking.

This delivery app is disgusting... my pickup order is stuck for 20 days they just showing network delay again and again... after reschedule they do same thing showing network delay it's 3rd time with me ...very very unprofessional and not customer friendly... disgusting
This is the most useless and arrogant courier service ever. My delivery was some heavy stuff and the delivery people said that their pickup van won't be coming through that way. But heavy lorries were coming through that area at the same time. I had to walk 30 minutes to get that product and it was very heavy. If they had negative rating I would have done it 👎🏼
