Avoid this predatory company. their recipes arent anything special and they will steal your money and then not allow you to cancel. cant even get to customer support because you have to log in first. would be 0 stars if possible.
I just downloaded and started using the app. It needs a lot of work! It's so slow and I can't complete my setup because the format is not scroll friendly. Reading the other reviews, I get the sense that no one is paying attention to the complaints because... Where are the repairs to make it better and increase the star rating?! Make Delish better!
It is more for people that aren't on fixed income. Alot of the stuff that the recipes call are to expensive right now

Lags terribly takes a lot of your information and is no different than online but you can't check online recipes you have to have an account. I just want to cook but having an app for recipes is useless. I just screen shot all the recipes from the app and deleted it

Poorly designed app that will freeze and not let you scroll. Happens a lot when you get to an ad which is even more annoying. Kind of defeats the whole purpose if you can't scroll while trying to follow directions

Really slow and choppy. The app is slow to load. Once it does load it has a lot of bouncing up and down when trying to scroll. It lags when trying to open a recipe, if and when it does open. The app needs MAJOR improvements. EDIT: Now the app has a new issue! The bookmark recipe option no longer works. what is this app even good for???

Awful. Slow to load and there is a lot of lag when trying to scroll. The videos are lovely but unnecessary - if I open a recipe I just want to see the recipe not a video of the dish. The ads are atrocious and take up almost the entire screen and I've gotten stuck with an ad on screen multiple times, unable to keep scrolling past the ad. Finally, you're unable to print recipes. I prefer printing recipes for ease of use vs having to scroll back and forth on my phone but this won't allow printing.

I liked the idea of a recipe app, but this one is awful. Its definitely not worth the money. first, it is quite laggy! Recipes from the website don't show up on the app, and if I search pork steak, chicken breast recipes come up. I clicked on a link that said something like "20 great winter recipes" and it auto-opened this app, but it couldnt open the list of recipes. I am very unsatisfied with this app. I am dumb for paying for it.

I have a subscription to delish and like using their recipes, but using the app has not been a great experience. I also had issues with lag when scrolling but my biggest problem was trying to open up links in their emails which would try to open with the app and just give an oops error message every time. I tried talking with their customer service but after multiple back and forth emails without them addressing the actual issue made me delete the app.
used to be such a good app. won't even open in my phone now. love all the recipes and how you can save them to certain folders. please fix!!!! I miss my app
scrolling freezes, ads everywhere. I love delish but this app is a mess
I am having a serious problem with lag. It gets worse as you scroll further down to see more recipes. Also, there needs to be more keto recipes as well as healthier and low carb recipes for diabetics. I would also like it if you added more high protein low calorie recipes and vegetarian recipies.
Ads prevent use of app. if you search and try to scroll, you cannot scroll past the XXL ads and have to back out and start over. It's BS given a paid subscription and I'm removing this app. Totally unusable
Recipes are delicious, but horrible freezing. Cook mode is worthless. You cannot go back and forth you have to cancel the pop-up and go back. Scrolling freezes when you are searching for anything. The keywords to find your saved will sometimes say not found when it's the literal phrase in the name. It constantly freezes when you want to save to a specific folder and you have to do it multiple times or just give up and try later to organize if you can remember which one it was that didn't save.

The scrolling on this app is horrible. I like Delish's website but this app is unusable in its current state. I really wish they would fix it.
There's no calorie deficit tab. Or high fiber. They have other diets but not these two very common ones.
Delish you've got to do better. This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. It appears the logging in issues have been resolved but the horrible lagging and scrolling issues have not. If you search for any type of recipe and try to scroll, it'll take longer to scroll than make the meal. Also, if you get to an advertisement they almost always take up the whole screen and do not allow you to scroll past them causing the app to freeze and become useless. I love Delish but this app is horrendous!

The app is extremely laggy and doesn't always load. It's nearly impossible to load. The one time I was able to access the app at a decent rate, the recipes looked amazing! I just wish I had screanshotted them.
Terrible App. When it isn't showing me a white blank screen I'm seeing the same recipes. It shows filters which should literally let me see only those recipes that meet the filter requirements but it never works. Instead I'm always shown the same recipes that don't meet my dietary requirements. Canceling this ASAP.
So slow to load that I lost patience immediately, deleted my account, and uninstalled it. I don't know how this app made it past the testing phase because it is absolute junk.

App is terrible and frustrating. This is 2025, there is no excuse for releasing an app that is 0 out of 10 in so many categories of functionality. 1. The login experience is hit and miss 2.The lag in the app is glacial, can take a minute to load a page. 3. Saving a recipe doesn't work 90% of the time. 4. Save to folder just flat out doesn't work. 5.an Add will take up 95% of screen and scroll stops working. Have to kill and restart app. 6. links don't work, won't open in app. Uninstall
disappointed, I love delish and was so excited when the app was announced but I hate the app! nothing but problems. I may have to cancel my membership and that breaks my heart.
Terrible app. It is VERY limited on what you can look at. If you click on something on the website and I will TRY to take you to the app but 97% of the time it'll just say "Oops". This is nothing like what you can look at on the website
