I have very few complaints about the app. It is responsive and probably the most user friendly compared to uber or justeat. I just hate when I have to call up the team as it can be long while you're out there trying to earn money. Edit: A customer cancelled their order when I got to their address nearly 10miles away. Support are only giving me £2 for travelling all that way. Disgraceful and insulting to riders. Update, fees have dropped!!

I've been waiting for the delivery note for two years and it still doesn't work, and I added everything.
deliveroo company is becoming very annoying every passing day, nothing improving but getting worse, just imagine how can you stop bicycle from getting orders because of the weather, how deliveroo going to pay my bills at the end of the month i don't just understand. it only happening in fidenza not any other places. for over a week now bicycle are not allowed to get orders in the morning in fidenza anymore how will someone get his bills paid. price for orders is getting worse more and more.

Been waiting 18 months to work with this waste of space company. asked for all data to be deleted in compliance with UK GDPR law but they ignore this and keep information. Seems that deliveroo are above the law.
I am try to upload my bank account details but keep saying pls upload though the rider hub can someone help me pls
people using multiple accounts and the face verification is just once so they bypass it very easily and also they use the licensed account with ebike hence there's no work for the legit ones, i wrote to deliveroo in many places but they don't do anything about it because even they benefit out of it and are not doing anything purposely.
uber is better than delivroo for one reason alone, because Uber looks after their courier/drivers. whereas with delivroo they will still ask you to deliver the order even if the drop off location is an additional 100+ miles with no compensation at all and at the same rate of £8 🤯, ridiculous. horrible
if you are happy being abused with your time and hardwork, register with them! totally inhumane pathetic payments!
Very bad app that's why stop working from deliveroo
applied in the middle of April and my onboarding process had not changed at all, I dont know how long it should take to do a right to work check and background check but it definitely shouldn't take almost 2 months.
some glitch is stopping me to getting order
ever since the last update, the app crashes mid journey. or the screen goes blank and the pop up says you have a job, so you miss them. I log off and it still gives me jobs. whatever they've done, they need to undo it!
I worked with Deliveroo for more than 5 years and was always committed to following company policies and providing good service. my account was permanently terminated due to an alleged age verification issue despite I followed the required procedures. Deliveroo should introduce a stronger ageverification system such as ID scanning or photo verification within the app. This would provide clear evidence that checks were completed and better protect both riders and customers.

Updated the app to the latest version, still says I need to update the rider app to continue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same issue happening. please sort this out asap!

i think deliveroo is not transperent because they don't show you how many KM distance you will drive for the order they pay very small for very long distance if you are not careful while accepting order you will end for driving 20km for 5euro the app is very fustrating am not impressed
Request to the developers it's the age of advanced cars and People are using Android Auto and Car play for their navigation needs. Please update your notifications system it is extremely useless when the phone connected to these navigation systems - no voice alert !!!!!. please let the user decides how they need their notifications. Another issue is with the navigation, pls let the users choose the navigation app instead of forcing everyone to use Google Maps. Most of the drivers likes waze.
I downloaded this app and it opens fine logs in fine but when other apps open and you switch back to it , it freezes no matter how many times you clear cache, uninstall it, reinstall it and check update etc
Receipt scanner is complete rubbish, and now I can't scan tags so I need to reject half of the orders!?
Frequent 10+ minute wait times after arrival. The dispatch timing needs to be adjusted so riders are only called to the store when the order is genuinely ready for pickup.
