Deliveroo should resolve this issue as soon as possible. As a rider, it is very frustrating when I arrive in front of the restaurant but the “Arrive” option does not appear. After reaching the restaurant, when I still cannot mark “Arrive,” it creates a very bad experience and wastes valuable time. This problem is even worse in mixed-use shops or large buildings, where riders may have to walk around the entire building just to get the system to recognize arrival. Please remove or fix this issue
The driver app is not working since sometime this morning, 30/04/26 all you get is sent to the online login screen, you can't get to the driver app screen as it won't load, I've also had another rider try to login who was online this morning, his won't load either, please fix the problem.
my deliveries option not opening i don't know why i do everything but still not working
using this app to set up my deliveroo account has to be one of the most frustrating experiences in my life. Every time I switch app to paste some code or look for documents it crashes and with that the whole procedure has to be done from the scratch.
I see ads to join the team all the time, my sister did and I thought it would be a good thing for me too, after going through all the application process, they told me they don't need riders. it's really annoying

Why remove ready time for orders ? Please reconsider these new changes nobody is happy with them.

I'm using Xiaomi 14 and for me the app crashes whenever an order comes in or when I go onto a different app like Uber or Google maps, have to constantly close and reopen every couple mins, is really frustrating.
the app is not working on the android anymore and there is no real customers support it's only Stupid Ai just to save more money. and riders if they need someone to talk to they wait at least one week for some Stupid email. and if you you need to reply back you need another week to wait for reply to you . very good job guys . good luck for you

The Delivered Rider app is not working properly after the latest Android update (HyperOS 3.0 / Android 16). The app frequently freezes and hangs, making it very difficult to complete deliveries. Previously, it was working perfectly fine on HyperOS 2.0, but after the new update, the performance has become very poor. Please fix this issue as soon as possible and optimize the app for the latest Android version.

I am unable to access to my account and ride I do chat with IA but I am still waiting for help
this app doesn't transfer me to google maps as only uses their own maps which I found it hard to follow
