Lying thieves! I make a trip to get the free everyday value slam on a birthday promotion, and I make the order exactly as the terms and conditions specify, hit the plus sign next to the offer, and then it says "your selected reward is not valid for this order" with no other details. They say "free" to get you to come in, then it's "never mind that, we want full price." So my response is never mind to future business.
Not sure what happened to this app. Can't even get past the "Sign up for rewards" page to place an order.
I deleted the app after I received terrible customer service. I ordered the country fried steak breakfast and paid for it on the app. My husband went to pick it up and the worker said they didn't have any country fried steak available. He asked for a refund and was told you have to call a number on the app. There was no number so I contacted corporate by email. After several emails, I haven't gotten my money back.

The worst app, couldn't even find my location.
Delivery option is blocked because when I select start order it incorrectly tells me all restaurants within 10 miles of my location are over 1k miles away and I have to select pickup at location. And it's done this despite updating twice

Awful app ... I have only been able to place ONE order through the app & others had to be called in. You cant order regular fries?!?! No notes section anymore!!! It always freezes up. I have uninstalled & reinstalled MANY times. So then when you call in you cant use deals. VERY AGGRAVATING!!!
how convenient that your app glitches and won't allow a sign in and is mostly non functional when I finally have a reward. Of course you've set up restaurant staff to use a QR code but now we can't because app is nonfunctional. Good news I'll take my business to local breakfast establishments moving forward.

There is no way to accept a British phone number so I can't sign up to use it.
We just left "Denny's" maybe for the last time a couple hours ago. Been frequenting the Johnstown, PA restaurant for many years and had different experiences. This time, however, forced me to write this. I ordered two eggs over easy, bacon & toast to go with coffee. Got the order in 7-8 minutes; to include scrambled eggs, toast to hard to eat and greasy bacon. Also, 2nd cup of coffee was cold. After over 35 minutes, I asked for the check.
What did you do? I'm at Dennys and when I tried to open the app, it said I needed an update. I installed the update, and now I can't log in! It gives three screens, as if I'm new to the app, but can't get into the app!

How the ever loving HECK am I supposed to use this gods forsaken app if the layout is so bad I can't enter the main page because the continue button is OFF THE SCREEN?

The app doesn't have nachos in the starter section anymore. So I'm guessing you're no longer able to order them on the app. No more notes section on app with. This is terrible for people who have dislikes for certain ingredients (onions, ketchup, etc.) Also lowering the coupons and deals on top of that. That's trash!!! I guess I won't be getting weekly Denny's anymore.
it was great and then they made their deals not so worth it this app originally got me and my wife going to Denny's again but seeing the deals get worse has made it so we will no longer be eating at Denny's again

The app used to be pretty good, but the past few months when writing in the "notes" section, it doesn't show up for the restaurant on their end. I usually like to have them put veggies on the side for a burger pick up order, so the bun isn't soggy, but the notes haven't been showing up for them anymore. As of today, the "notes" section doesn't show up at all though. So no ability to even try to add notes. Do better Denny's. It's not that hard to code an app 😒

What a joke went from 4-5 times a month eating at Denny's to zero, just spent 44 dollars couldn't use booth bucks scanners never work, said my phone number didn't exist got no credit for my receipt, the idiots in the corporate office should go out into the field and see how the new app system works. Just deleted my account and the app. I will eat somewhere else.

as a truck driver who stays at a lot of pilots/Denny's. The problem is that you can make an order, try to pay for it there's a "something wrong" error message with your payment, you can try to sign into your Denny's account. That's supposed to have a saved payment info there's a something wrong, with login info, error message After resetting logging info. Your payment info is not saved, you end up ordering with the doordash, not getting Denny's points
App is so secure it can't even be used.
On the night of March 2nd, a group of friends and I ordered food for pickup to be grabbed around 9:15. We were told that we would be able to get our food and order at this time. The App also told us we would absolutely be able to get our food. When it came time to get our food, the entire store was closed and we had already placed our orders and the transaction was in place. We tried calling , and waited outside for almost 30 minutes with no results. Very displeased.
