I ordered from DeoDap . But the main issue is you will be stuck if you get damaged and defective products which I faced 1 item which was costly which was defective. when I contact Customer support they raise the ticket and told me to send Invoice with SKU details and unboxing video. I sent them after that, showing resolved & fulfilled & ticket was closed inspite of return or replacement but what they did was a scam by refunding partially. The product cost ₹392 excluding taxes & they refund ₹169
If anyone needs proof, I can share all screenshots and conversations. There is absolutely no proper customer support. Once your order is dispatched, they take no responsibility if their courier partner refuses to deliver to your location. Before ordering, first check whether their courier company actually delivers in your area. Otherwise, order at your own risk.
I drafted mail to the social team and they replied stating product will be delivered as per timelines but where is the timelines? As per app Product has not moved from pickup stage its been 3 days now. Starting to question their credibility not going to recommend to anyone Update: I am already having this conversation with the given team on email but it's not productive no resolution. Is there a vacancy as I would love to join a place where there's zero accountability and lots of money

I recently made my first purchase ordering 3 item made a full payment online.now it's been 1 week item has not been deliver n more over they took 100 rs for fast shipping.you can't even track the item in the app.very bad experience.

they literally delever me wrong colour product and when I raise a return they denied it by saying “we don't deliver product in a specific colour ”. so when you not gonna deliver the same colour as shown in picture in your app then how is it a fair trade b/w coustomer and you company. you have to give the same colour product which i ordered!!

iBut But the size of the box sent by you is small and the goods did not fit in the box purchased by me. I was going to buy a lot of stuff from deo dap but I think I have to end this business here. I had high hopes. You are not trustworthy and I would advise everyone else not to do business with deo dap thi app is not 🚫 recommend for any one
useless app one time works then later not working. 4 times I deleted and re installed I am not happy

i have ordered like 7 items and missed 1 item of 14rs , reported to them and they started asking uboxing videos, SKU, Papers received with the order etc., which i have already provided but 48 hours passed without solution. the major thing they charges us taxes but not sending proper invoice. i am going to report them to cusumer court as well as GST department.
If your order is delayed and if u try to reach them.. wow there you get nightmares. no one cares. just the automated systems responds. even if a person answers you it will be a template.
pathetic experience, NO customer service,they dispatch wrong orders of cheap quality and then ,u can't contact them by any source ,everytime they send u same email,by saying,they,ll connect in 48 hours ,but they never connect back again ,and there is no calling num ,so any1 can contact them

When browsing the product catalogue, I click on a product and when I press back, the scroll goes back to the top starting so I've to scroll again to the bottom. pls fix it.
my recent order of 2 neck fans. Unfortunately, both products are not working properly. One fan does not turn on at all, even after charging it for several hours. The second fan turns on but works for only about 2 minutes after a full 4-hour charge and then stops. I am very disappointed with the quality of these products. This is not what I expected at all. I also tried reaching out to your customer care, but I did not receive any proper help
After so many bad reviews how Google is allowing this app in play store. Worst ecommerce experience ever. I wish to give it minus rating. Nothing will help you. False promise of 7 days delivery. You should start business with a proper delivery partner. Order placed on 20th April and it's May already. Who gave you license to do business online.

पहले मैने इस ऐप को गुड कहा था लेकिन 1 माह पूर्व एक ऑर्डर ने मेरी आँखें खोल दी पैसे भी गए और ऑर्डर आज तक लगभग 20 दिन हो गए 24 से 48 घंटे में संपर्क करना पड़ रहा है बकवास ऐप इनके झांसे में ना आइए सस्ता के चक्कर में अपना पैसा भी गवा देंगे मै आज तक कस्टमर केयर को खाली कॉल कर रहा हूं और नतीज 0 रिजल्ट पैसे डूब गए भाई अभी 2 मई लेकिन पैसे और सामान गायब अरे भाई जितने का विज्ञापन कर रहे हो उतने तो मेरे पैसे भी नहीं पैसे ही भेज दो नहीं तो शुरू से आखिरी तक की एक रील ही आपको डुबो
This is such a useless app. You can't even get an order update. It's been a week since I ordered 3 items but I still haven't received them and no proper customer support and order even you can get shipment history

order placed on 19 apr, on 1st may getting alert order cannot be shipped and refund is initiated. it's a joke. plus they won't refund the taxes and the shipping.. nice way to collect free funds for so many days. seems more like fooling customer and fake reviews from paid people or may be those 50 rupees cashback codes

I was about to order and this app is showing items that I didn't add in the cart, it doesn't have any option to delete from the cart as well.This makes it very confusing while doing the payment.

Absolute Scam! They send defective items and ignore video proof. Do not buy from this app, especially if you are sourcing inventory for your business! I received completely damaged and low-quality products. When I raised a support ticket, their team had the audacity to say the poor quality "aligns seamlessly with the price point" and dismissed it as "minor transit damage." They then abruptly closed my ticket without offering any refund or return.
don't buy anything from this app they won't take return damaged product and most of the time you will receive damaged or low quality items
don't install this app its a fake one there is no dilivery on time, there is no response at the customer service,no cod available for orders so don't install this app
