this app should not exist. there is no customer service. they are just messaging ur issue got resolved without doing anything. I wish to track my order but the page is showing something went wrong . they cancelled some products but we can't know what products got cancelled. the customer service with whatsapp is worse too it is just showing my order id and the amount I paid for every option I selected.

never buy anything from Deo dap mujhe order kiye 12 days ho gye hai koi update nhi hai prepaid kiya hai COD available hi nhi hai website ka number invalid btaa taa hai or bhut mushkil se ek coustomer care pe call lagi to bhi Koi action nhi hua gya mera paisa shame on you Deo dap

maine cart me 8 items add kiye 3 din se jyada ho gya order nhi kiya to usme se 3 product free dikh rahe the order ke sath me to maine aur kuchh cheeze add ki then order place kiya ,order place hone ke baad uske se jo free ke 3 items the vo hat ke 1 birthday balloon aa gya , and ab order cancel bhi nhi ho raha . very bad not recommend 😕 😐

do not buy anything... i order something for my hostel and daily living on 20th june ... product should delivered under 2-3 days after 7 days it says same thing that in transit !! ... raised a query it also a delay ... we r ordering our essential to come fast noy late ... this is horrendous
Don't order from this app . I ordered few things, many days ago and I already paid for my product but my orders are still not delivered. I called their customer care number many times , I texted them but still they are not sending me my products. Now I don't know what should I do !! but it's so frustrating.
Received two completely defective bottles from DeaoDap. One lid was covered in heavy scuffs, and the other was physically cracked at the base. To make it worse, their app and website are broken, making it impossible to raise a return ticket. When reached via email, customer service gave a standard brush-off telling me to "just clean it" and demanding an unboxing video instead of taking accountability for their warehouse mistakes. Zero trust in customers and zero quality control. Avoid buying
worst app. firstly they sell very poor quality product and secondly, there return policy is just for showoff. they don't return at all. they are not less than scammers
I had a very disappointing experience with Deodap. I ordered a set of 3 LED candles, but only one candle was working. The other two were defective. I contacted the Deodap support team, but no action was taken to resolve the issue. The delivery was also delayed, and the delivery charges were quite high. Overall, I am not satisfied with my purchase or the customer service.

Worst shopping experience I've had. My order has been delayed for 16 days, and I still haven't received it. Customer support is completely unresponsive and doesn't seem to care about customers. No updates, no resolution, and no accountability. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

this app is worse application i downloaded and this app is not even working i trying to see the results of different categories but not showing up on screen and i cant even able to discover more categories and further products.

This is a misleading app. Always Deliver the wrong product and when you complain about it they blame you that you ordered the same product that you received. even if you give them every evidence of receiving the wrong product they don't agree and chose to ignore your mail/msg. Don't buy from this site.
app is scam cuz items shows very less price as kind in wholesale but when you get to finalize items to order price increase claiming other fees and I received item which is not of a good quality and got scamed of the size of an item and I can't find any return option in the app to return the items I purchased very pathetic
They send cheap small small items which do not match the description. Photos are big and good but products sent are different.When you try to return you have to pay for shipping to Gujarat which is very high more than the product cost. So forget about your getting refund or replacement.Not satisfied with the App.

worst app. don't download it's a scam. too bad worst delivery experience. no cod. no cancelation either. I've ordered something weeks back and I still haven't received the order. I tried calling but no response what's so ever. I can't even cancel it. I've already paid for the order. am I supposed to get it in my next life or something.
Wishlist doesn't save i changed phone and the wishlist was gone! otherwise love the app & the low low prices. edit- now wishlist issue is solved but orders placed and completed are not showing in order history but still in the shopping cart.
