on android we can't see if the clothes are for men or women... other than that perfect.

Buggiest app ever, nothing works, took me 1 hour to try and buy a hoodie and checlout and paying screen are buggy and never resolve.
Downloaded this today, first time using it. It's absolutely abysmal. Impossible to apply search filters, therfore impossible to find anything I'm looking for. How can this be so bad, hasn't it been around for a long time? I'll have to delete it. I'm so desperate for an alternative to Vinted, but this definitely isn't it.
mostly just scams emailing you you get on the app and no one tried to buy any thing like it says on email

Too many problems with depop itself. Too many scammy people on the app, depop probably won't be helping you out if you get scammed on here

Allows people to sell FAKE products and when checked they say you went against community standards... WHAT?? 🤣🫠🫠 they lied about account deletion as well.
BEWARE of the email fraud. I started getting emails of people being interested and said man how weird I'm not getting the notifications on the app. Didn't think much of it thought it was a delay or something. Then I get an email saying someone bought and ready to ship but had to click link to verify my account. That's were it all went down hill, long story short I had to report fraud to my bank and put freeze with Equifax,Trans and Experian.
ATTENTION... DON'T USE DEPOP FOR SELLING... I SOLD TWO $1200 NECKLACES TO A LADY ON THERE FOR UNDER $400 EACH. ACCORDING TO HER SHE RECEIVED ONE WITH A BROKEN CHAIN. EVEN THO IT WAS PACKED VERY WELL AS YOU CAN SEE BELOW. SHE GIVES ME A 5 * REVIEW AND NOW Wants HER MONEY BACK BECAUSE 1 CHAIN WAS BROKEN. EVEN THOUGH IT DIDN'T GO THAT WAY. AND DEPOP IS GIVING HER, HER MONEY BACK AFTER I RECEIVE THE ITEM BACK. I DON'T THINK ITS FAIR SHE GET TO GET HER MONEY BACK AFTER SHE DAMAGES A

Don't bother downloading this app, I have sold items and delivered it to the buyer and one of the buyers mentioned the items were not as described and I wasn't informed of the dispute (no email communication or nothing) and Depop sided with the buyer and refunded the item without returning the item back to me (basically supporting THEFT). I have sent multiple emails and wasn't reimbursed for the item that I sold (I even paid for shipping fees which wasn't reimbursed). USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
The app glitches (even after updates) and COUNTERFEIT items are listed every day, then when you purchase and go through Depop's "buyer protection", their team will have MULTIPLE different people respond with an automated or ai prompt, and when you send your receipts to show you followed the instructions to receive a refund, THEY DENY IT!!!!!!! Complete scam and full blown money laundering!
was good until sb spam reported me and made me get suspended for no reason
I have had the app for a while with no issues. I tried to delete and redownload it to fix a small glitch, but I can no longer redownload it as it says it "isn't compatible with my device" I have a Google Pixel 4. I hope this gets resolved quickly because I need to withdraw money from my depop balance, something you can only do in app.
What an absolute disaster of an app! Do people use it because it is advertised on TT? There is no post transaction support, no offer history, weak search and filtering. They are unable to differentiate between authentic and fake products. Moreover, they probably violate each state's sales tax and business laws. Ugh...

im so irritated, i had to pay $13 to pickup my order from the post office and i wasnt told about it until i went to pick it up. and i can't even do anything about it because depop only helps with specific issues and after i deleted my initial good review the button to leave a new one is not showing up so i cant even leave a review.
New layout sucks unfortunately. not as fun to browse. reading messages and checking notifications are buggy. notifications wont go away after dismissing them within the app. edit: app still sucks. cant edit my saved searches now too
using the app selling and buying got me nowhere
There's been 2 times where someone sends me an item but then it gets sent back cus of a wrong adress. idk some technical error on depop's part. The first seller worked with me and sent me my item personally, the second seller told me they would too but never did and just ghosted me. I thought it would be resolved like the first time so I decided to be patient but more than 30 days passed which means the seller gets to keep my money and I cant complain anymore. Im over it, i'll just delete it.
A bunch of the search options don't work + no option to filter out items that can't even be shipped to my country, nearly everything is US only, and the filters don't work when I try to find something
