can never get the app to download
I signed up for 30 day free trial and was charged immediately. I cancelled subscription and will see if I can get a refund
I used to use the android app because it was easier and more convenient. Now I can't use it at all. Two updates ago, something kept me from being able to move things without clicking a bunch of times. I was super excited to see the newest update cause surely they fixed that! No 👎 Its worse now. It crashes all the time, that is if it opens at all. I've done all thr possible troubleshooting and its just trash.
Beware of first month trial, they won't refund

bàd sync. Subscribed twice and my bank got 2 mandates but still the app was displaying to subscribe. Time waste.
Gets worse everyday. please fix the Connected Success pop up. I literally can't do anything and I've tried ALL of the suggested "fixes".
over this app. new: updated again. now I can't use my direct connect for my printer with my cricut because it wants to be connected continuously on WiFi. every update screws me a little further. i already purchased my circuit, I shouldn't have to keep buying to use it. old review: There are some features that aren't available, but still pretty convenient to be able to use my phone to design stuff while I'm out. I can always save it and make fixes on my laptop later.

This app is garbage, I thought if I buy a new machine it would work better... wrong!! Now I have a machine that wont stay connected and an app that wont open! What a waste of money! And customer service is of no help at all, except for apologizing. Unfortunately sorry and understanding does not fix these issues!😡😡

Did the recent update and now cricut app will not load says "failed to start the app". I have uninstalled and reinstalled app and still getting same error msg . HELP!!!
Just got off work to come home an make orders for some of my customers an my app does not wanna let me sgin in an its BS if I can't use the app I want my money back an ill find a different company to go with

Every time I try to use it I run into some kind of problem. Most recently, the app won't even open I keep getting "Error. Failed to start the app" even after deleting it and clearing cache and re-downloading it multiple times. I have done everything the site says to do and still the same results. Why did I spend so much money for this when it won't even work or I have to jump through hoops to get it to work?!
App wont load at all. Cleared cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled app. Still nothing. Just a scam to get you to sign up for a subscription and monthly fees. I paid for a machine and cannot use it because I don't want to pay a subscription. Cricut is like the government making you pay personal property taxes on a vehicle you've already paid for. Total ripoffs!

I don't know what you did on the update but I can no longer use my Cricut design space app. I used it fine yesterday and now I can't do anything. I have a lot of stuff I need to make for my business and can't now.
I'm already unhappy with having to connect to the internet to be able to use this device and now it won't work at all via android mobile since the recent update. People do use these as a means of production for their businesses and not just for hobbies. I was looking for a better machine when I found this one. I will be buying a Silhouette.
