Ridiculous it will not send email to restore account after months of trying but has the ability to look at in app purchases to deny me 30 day free trial. spent the money on the machine and materials so it looks like I'm going to have to make 2 annual purchases. 3 years of projects lost because it required an update, kicked me out and wouldn't send email to restore account. RIP.
there's always bugs on the app. no matter what device i use

I forgot I originally uninstalled the app because it doesn't even open. I thought I'd try the app today because the Bluetooth doesn't want to connect to my laptop, but, of course, I can’t even login without the app crashing. I really wanted to get a new one, buy any thoughts of getting a bigger one are completely gone now.
When trying to open app, getting reload and it won't open. I Uninstaller app and installed again, same thing, can't get app to open, cannot sign in.

absolutely trash of a app. I went to cut with a a FREE FONT and it's not available for purchase? subscribed hoping for something. and still same message. yea this must be a app that scrapes data or something. too many problems, crashes and just over all not worth it anymore with cricut. I'd suggest going with another brand. I started out with this just fine 8 years ago. now it's too problematic for business purposes.
Does not connect to new Samsung devices

Please to the dont buy this machine if you have a samsung s25 ultra or samsung devices as it wont pair or connect to your device and you will end up like me and wasted several $100s of dollars on this Explorer 3
offset cutting has been incorrect for a week. support was not helpful. I've Uninstalled the app, calibrated, tried different settings & its not working. I've been using the machine for 2 years to create cake decorations, I've used the exact same setting and it has never had any issues until this passed week & nobody can help me!

Hemos decidido parar de pagarla pues no nos sirve, nos deja a mitad de nuestro trabajo. estamos buscando alternativas ya q esta no es viable. ya habíamos escuchado de que esta app tenía problemas sin embargo quisimos darle la oportunidad ya que también contamos con la máquina de cricut, terrible decisión pagar por una aplicación que de la nada para de funcionar a cada rato. Absolute trash, don't pay the subscription, don't even download the app . Worse experience ever.

this app never connects to my cricut with blue tooth I end up having to usey laptop and USB cable. they need to do way better for the amount I pay!
can't connect machine to Samsung tablet. have had no issues on other devices just on the Samsung tablet. UPDATE: now i can't connect to my phone either. support didn't have answers so I fear I'm on my own
the phone app is horrible. I am trying to just cut a label and it keeps going to print then cut and so when I change the operation to just cut it goes blank. 2 days later I'm still trying to fix it. that is just one of the many multitude of problems. I don't use it anymore because it's so difficult to do anything with so I'm going to sell it. they couldn't pay me to download design space it's that horrible.
The worst Cricut "app" I've used... Using text and as I'm typing, the screen zooms in and out with every letter typed; cannot zoom in or out while in "canvas" working (atleast not that I can find); the only way to scroll on the main screen is to have my mouse all the way on left side of my screen; and more issues... Guess I'm going back to using my phone since this app isn't "usable/works well" in general.
Always and forever so many updates
The mobile app is straight garbage for the most part. Has constant errors, freezes during cuts, doesn't load preview to see what your project will look like. Just use your computer. The only thing the mobile app is good for is opening and saving a new project to open on your computer once you get to it.
My goodness, what a headache. The time i take waiting for things to load and buffer is insane. Not running any other programs, this app does not feel worth the frustration.

I definitely like what I make, however, I feel as though Cricut leaves out just enough instruction to make someone go crazy. The instructions are available but I find myself having to Google a lot to figure out how it will work. Also, its not compatible with a Chromebook and they removed the ability to use the website for Design Space so working on a phone is limited. All in all, I'm still not sure that this was worth it. Maybe if a few years when I finally can figure this all out it will be.
i wouldn't use this app if i didn't need to, but it's the only way to get my files to my cricut. it used to be ok, but lately it's just trash.
constant issues with this app on the phone and on the laptop. I have had issues with print then cut actually printing and it wasnt my printer cause I printed from my computer from canva. I have had issues with buffering and freeazing. Now I can make anything because when you hit make it just has the loading circle spinning. They are constantly updating and messing it up worse with ever update. When I first got with them it was great 30 updates later it sucks, horrible simply horrible do better
I am a beginner, this is the genesis of my journey but I love this Cricut Joy and Design Space.
