Not available on Android 10 or older, come on guys.
Recently updated their app and now I'm unable to install because their new version isn't compatible with my phone... basically making me buy a whole new phone just to use this app. Now I'm forced to go all the way to the bank to deposit my checks.. how do you make an app that holds your bank info and not make it compatible with everyone's phone.

I used to love this app but now all of a sudden it's telling me I can't use it without updating it and also that it is not compatible with my phone anymore so I can't update it. Doesn't sound reasonable to me, my phone is not that old. I have a Huawei P30 pro.

The fact that our credit card statement is not updated as soon as we make a payment on it is making me feel unsafe. Desjardins said on their instagram page that they would fix this and make it the same as before, its been over 3 months and they havent done it. Im seriously considering changing bank.

Bref c'est n'importe quoi. Le pire, on paie pour ça chaque mois avec le coût pour utiliser la carte. Cette APP ne démarre plus si vous avez Android 8 et moins. chouette 👎🙄🤳

Lost compatibility with my phone on the last update. It is sad as my phone is performing very well on any other app and I liked the app a lot. I guess I will have to start going back directly to the bank from now on...
It was working fine, and then my phone no longer supports it. It's barely 8 years old! Security fixes or what not, at least have the decency of clearly warning users before just locking us out of the app. The browser website doesn't work well and lags like hell. A lot of features are absent as well, so it just is not a 1:1 replacement. People shouldn't have to replace perfectly functional devices just because you can't be bothered to update earlier models.

Credit card not being updated right away in march update was bad but not as bad as the last update that i cant use with my phone. When your bank app make you need a new phone its pretty bad. Cant deposit checks on the website...

Since late April 2026, they have updated the app and it is no longer compatible with my device. How exactly would this outcome come from trying to optimize the app on the developers behalf? The answer is that they obviously are not in the business of offering an ergonomic platform.

Device no longer compatible. I have 3 devices and none of them are compatible on the newest update. And with no indication on what the new requirements are. I don't exactly have the money to be buying new phones in the hopes of one being compatible so I guess that's it.

Et ne me parler pas de "à cause de la sécurité" quand il n'est toujours pas possible d'utiliser des passkeys pour s'authentifier, et quand la notification pour la connection en 2 étapes ne respecte pas la préférence d'affichage de l'appareil sur l'écran d'accueil et s'affiche tout le temps.

March 2026 update made the app useless as you can no longer see your credit card usage, neither the amount nor purchases can been seen until 10 days later so you just have to remember your usage, when every other bank just tells you, because thats the point of a bank app : being able to track your total funds and spending. April 2026 update bricked the app and made it no longer compatible with my phone and most of my friends phones. useless. probably going to transfer everything to my other bank
J'aurais mis quatre étoiles avant la dernière mise à jour, mais maintenant l'application ne marche plus sur mon téléphone, et je ne peux pas la mettre à jour car mon téléphone n'est plus compatible avec la nouvelle version. Pourquoi changer quelque chose qui marchait bien? Dommage. Si ça ne change pas d'ici le mois prochain, je vais malheureusement considérer désinstaller l'application, et potentiellement changer de banque.

Sure update and app that isn't compatible with my phone.. smart. Not everyone can have the latest phones .. And the way you handle credit card balances now makes it very confusing.. Also you moved my branch location further away.. so yeah all and all very disappointed in Desjardins. would not recommend, They make things more difficult.

mon ancienne version demande un update obligatoire et ne veut pas ouvrir, mais la nouvelle version ne peux pas s'installer sur mon téléphone car système trop vieux (Android 9). Même si mon téléphone fonctionne comme un neuf avec une batterie qui dure des jours, je ne peux plus utiliser cette application. Je suis de ceux qui luttent contre l'obsolescence programmée en réparant au lieu de remplacer, mais c'est difficile quand on nous met constamment des bâtons dans les roues.
mise à jour : pire qu'avant, maintenant quand tu payes ta carte de crédit tu ne vois ton solde tomber à 0 mais l'argent sors de ton compte. super mêlant. mettre la lecture des messages directement dans svp... je ne peux pas faire un "reply"... mais 3e icône en bas de l'app. messages ou mes messages.... on peut voir le titre de l'envoie mais il faut aller via un fureteur en ligne pour lire ledit message. c'est tres agaçant.

The app is no longer compatible with my device....very disappointed in an age of overconsumption. My device works perfectly and the app no longer works on my device. Less pollution, allow an app to continue functioning on a device that it was working on before, instead destroy a perfectly functional tablet to add more garbage to our environment to be able to use an app. I do not understand the mindset.

Terrible update. It now takes days to update the credit balance. A definite step backwards that none of the members actually wants. Add the useless and annoying assistant that was force-fed to us last year and that we can't deactivate. This is an app for MY accounts, I should be able to decide what I want on it. Bring back instant credit balance. This update brings absolutely no value to your members.
Il est maintenant impossible de payer facilement le "Solde facturé" d'une carte de crédit, vous avez retiré l'option, on doit entrer nous même le montant ou attendre, ce qui augmente le risque d'erreur de notre côté. Le "nouveau" système pour les cartes de crédits est atroce, les seuls qui le défendent sur les réseaux sociaux sont des employés de Desjardins. Des délais, 3-4 chiffres différents, confusion, d'accord pour mettre à jour des systèmes, pas obligé de changer les fonctionnalités aussi.
