Laden Sie diese App auf keinen Fall herunter! Sie ziehen automatisch Geld ab, und es ist ein riesiger Aufwand, sich aus diesem automatischen System abzumelden. Ich kann sie niemandem empfehlen - sie haben mir 125 € für ein Ticket abgezogen, das ich zwei Monate lang nicht genutzt habe, und meinen Antrag auf Rückerstattung abgelehnt. Niemand sollte sie herunterladen, sie ist völlig nutzlos.

My account is deducted two times for the month of march ,and when I try to reach the customer service,it is taking forever. poor customer service. there is no official customer service number.

Just had to pay a strafe because the subscription has not renewed... Never had this problems with other apps.. Why would I have a subscription if it doesn't renew when I need it.
Kauf des Tickets funktioniert nicht - auf zwei Handys probiert Sobald ich auf "Subscribe" tippe, verfällt die App in einen nervösen Wechsel von Dialogen, die kein Mensch bedienen kann.
App and website are both confusing. I got a payment confirmation and can see the charge on my bank app, but ticket is still not active
My wife and I purchased a subscription for December, and the app mistakenly charged us again for January. After my first complaint, they refunded the payment, but the refund was about 10 euros less due to currency conversion from PLN to EUR. I understand that the difference is caused by conversion, but nobody even apologized for the 10-euro loss that happened because of their mistake.

Super buggy. Lots of work if you pause or unsubscribe. For example: It's October 2nd today and I can't buy an October ticket, only November and December.
Webview completely broken, keeps reloading the page every second. Sign with Google also not working. Completely useless app until they fix the basics.

Can't buy with Albanian credit card. frustrating
I bought a German ticket on the app and, by default, was issued with the wrong birth date. I tried to contact help to edit it, but it never happened.

The app is way too slow, keeps loading and loading. Took multiple attempts to even register. Due to this, I can't trust it to function well later on as well.
