s26 ultra at worked fine for a month now all of a sudden says it has a bug and force closes.

horrible
Sensor issues since the update.
not sending low alerts out. screen will be red but no alerts with sound. this is life or death for a diabetic!! what's the point of the app if it doesn't work?
it would not let me use it.Ot was horrible
it won't stay connected constantly loses. signal even if I have it in my hand and also now getting a draining battery alert daily I hate to uninstall it because it's hooked up to my doctor's office but if it doesn't straighten up I'm going to uninstall it it is absolutely nerve-racking
I'm unable to log a blood glucose for calibration because the app suddenly closes when I choose an entry type. I tried entering a regular FS blood glucose, and it did the same thing- closed automatically.
needs to be compatible with all and any device. especially and android or iPhone.
app used to work well..last two sensors keep alarming LOW ( called and got replacements), actual finger stick is 140+
Needs a watch app
these things are junk the sensor reads me at 77 when I'm really at 107 then I recalibrate for 107 and then it jumps me to 147 I can't get a true reading on this thing I might as well just keep using my manual sensor highly disappointed in this junk every time I change my sensor I have problems with getting accurate readings up all night with low readings when I'm not really low when I recalibrate then it goes too high I'm going to ask my doctor to switch me to a different brand maybe the Libra
Even when I'm not using the app it never gives me a moment's peace. restarting my phone means wrestling with the app and source stopping it so it doesn't shriek at me, and even then, it reactivates itself later, anyway, to shriek at me, say, DARK THIRTY AM. We don't need ear piercing alarms for every stupid little thing.
my phone won't even open the app at all right now I can't login nothing it shows me a white screen
you have not updated the apps for the Moto g play 2026. it's been out for 6 months Calling your company's number was a total waste of time. the employees don't care about those that need the device.
as of the Android 16 update the other day, the app has become completely unusable, and I no longer have ANY readings period.
the huge change to the UI is a massive downgrade, you can't even see time in range anymore, even when you select the trends section and it states 'time in range is always shown' - there's nothing there?
Bluetooth still turning off and on since I updated to the 15 day sensors tech support has tried many things still doesn't work right
had 2 sensors in a row go bad. dexcom replaced them no issue, but now they've changed the app removing trend off the front page hiding it in another tab making using the app far less useful and informative. going to talk to my doctor about changing the brand. hate the change and want nothing to do with it
keeps failing
only works if lucky 27percent of the time
Be nice if this app would work! It either takes forever to load, or just won't load at all!!! And don't tell me to contact the support team, cuz no one has fixed things yet. Or dont tell me to uninstall and reinstall cuz that doesn't help either! Phone is a Samsung galaxy s26 plus. This also was an issue with my last phone, a s20 fe. So its not the phone!
this was a great app before the last update where they changed the trends portion. it was much better when it had the A1C or G1 or whatever. you call it in the main screen but now they put it in the trench tab and you have to do extra work just to see it. that's really stupid
app not working correctly delayed results
it has been disconnecting and this has been my 5th sensor
This new update is terrible. Why are you making me dig for my TIR info? Why is the TIR graph hidden so deep? This was a terrible UX choice.
Latest update has removed ability to see short term trends on screen showing live reading. And when you view the trends tabs, the data is grossly incorrect. To see short term trends correctly, I now need to run a report. If this is not fixed quickly, I will move on to a competing product because what is the sense of wearing a continuous glucose monitor which gives you grossly inaccurate trend data.
Was there an update that removed the Trends underneath the Glucose tab, or is my app just broken. Why is there no button to switch between landscape and portrait on the Glucose graph? I used to be able to scroll with my finger along the timeline to see the exact time and Glucose reading. Why was that removed? God forbid if you don't acknowledge a high reading or if the sensor needs replacing, the app alerts can be super annoying. Let the user decide if we want those alerts. Especiallyduringday
What the heck dexcom. Before the update, the app was clunky at best. Now, it's even worse, having to go to another tab, just to check my in range blood sugars. What was wrong with having it? All on one tab. Sometimes I think app makers don't want people to use their apps just by the way, that they change things
Since an update my G7 is always saying low. it is not correct. I use my meter and my number read 115 but the G7 is saying 44. The alerts are going off and alerting my connections that im in distress. My meter is reading 119 but the G7 is saying 43. I have turned off notifications over times but this is annoying as Im new to Diabetes and in a panic because I dont know what to do.
well great The new update just made my phone overheat a lot more draining more of my battery. and now three disconnections for no reason. and this is only after the new update. using a Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra
an absolute pain to get into
Ruined a good interface by requiring more clicks to get to screens. Stupid, unnecessary update fixing a problem that didn't exist
wish they would leVe the app alone they took away the time in range from my home screen and it now sucks . ever heard the saying if it ain't broke don't fix it.
Why did you make the app worst with the last update? The "Trends" tab is an awful idea. I could see my % in range from main screen and you just had to change that??? What was the issue before? If it ain't broke don't fix it. Tell your designers I hate the new layout.
why is there no way to silence alerts? yes, I know you can for 6 hours. that is terrible for someone who is in meetings or trying to sleep!!! even if you change all your sound settings to silent, the app overrides this and sets it back to high volume. What's the use of the app if I have to turn off my phone just to get a good night's rest or not be disruptive during a meeting??? I'm seriously considering not using Dexcom at all at this point...
Absolute trash. The hardware is good, but this app is absolute garbage. It constantly crashes, is shockingly slow, changes settings out of nowhere, is full of unnecessary confirmation prompts and don't even think of trying to turn your phone sideways to show a more detailed version of the graph!
newest update is unfortunate. moved important data to a separate area requiring multiple clicks to access.
I have two Android phones and a tablet and I can't download this app to either phone or my tablet
error Says the device is not compatible contact the developers
cumbersome and glitchy. like Chinese free software.
I've had the sensor for about 7 months and MAN do I wish I could go back to the G6... constant failures, or disconnects, almost never making it to day 10 and normally the alarms make me absolutely crazy - right now it's 3 AM and I'm glad I woke up by myself to nurse a BG of 2.9mmol that I've had for over an hour without any alarms??? I didn't silence them, didn't lie on the sensor side, my phone was close enough... well who knows. 😕
Either the recent Android 16 update has broken something in the app's Bluetooth interface, or I noticed the app had an April 10, 2026 update and maybe that broke the Bluetooth. Regardless, it's experiencing signal loss and spending most time in "no alerts" status because of the lost signal. And it's hanging on my belt so it is within 33 feet. DexCom support is useless for this. In chat they kept wanting to open a sensor trouble case regardless of how many times I said it was an app issue.
constantly loosing connections, hard on my pump
False advertising claims put aside, I have used this device for over a year and the information it provides does help ME control my A1C. The app is the reason I chose and stay with the G7 over the Libre3. You can edit notes, you can add insulin injection information that you forgot to add hours ago. The graph allows you to see a specific blood sugar in the last 24 hours. Recent app update has slowed down history opening and updates. Has sensor calibration feature. update: now frequent lockups
This was pretty good but since the latest update it has been draining my battery down so bad that I havel to plug in my phone at night to ensure I get sugar alarms.
Bluetooth won't stay connected since the update to Android 16. Moto Razr Ultra 2025 Pretty much useless! Update: the number you gave me to call is missing 1 digit?
When it works, I find the banner notification very helpful to see my bgl easily at any given time. However, there have been times when it froze in time and I thought that was my blood sugar but it turns out it was far different and I got into some trouble because I was relying on that. There are frequent bugs. Recently it hasn't been letting me open the app and just freezes on the first screen. I reinstalled it and it won't let me start my new sensor. Very poor for a medical app.
the new update just made the main page a waste of space. put the trend back on the main page. you're going backwards on efficiency
I have never had any issues with this app or Dexcon sensors until this latest update. Version 2.14 is the worst update of any app I use. Prior to this update all the info I needed was on one screen. Now I have to look at 3 different screens. That is not an improvement. Really wonder why someone at Dexcom thought making a user look at three screens was better than only looking at one screen. Also, the app is using 17% of the battery. This is more than the old version.
