you should be ashamed of yourselves charging this much money for life-sustaining equipment. especially while stem cell cures are sitting on shelves in labs somewhere. in 5 years your company will be obsolete.

absolutely garbage device and company constantly loses connection even when my phone is 2 feet away and in the last month I've had 3 monitors fail on me 3-5 days after putting on and the company refuses to do anything for me because I put the device on my dog and it's the one my vet told me to get because the can access the results I've contacted technical support multiple times and have gotten the same answer every time
Ever since the latest update, the app is very buggy. And if there's not a good internet, it locks up. Still need to check glucose even if the internet is bad. And are we really going to do the repeated messages every single time I open the app? yes, I got it, your contractors had terrible security and your junk got stolen, stop badgering me with it. It's bad enough that I have to click three times as much because you separated information that used to be together. Not ADA friendly.
Won't work with newer phones like Oppo Find X9 Ultra and Dexcom refuses to increase phone compatibility

Not Compatible with new phone. Come on you can do better in this day and age of technology. When I had a phone that was compatible, the app worked great.
This app is horrible for anyone using Android. It's a constant moving target of settings 'work arounds' and signal loss errors for no reason. If you have the opportunity to use another kind of GCM, take it and save yourself the headache.
Often times it loses the connection when I am sitting right next to my phone, it Often takes forever to open up to see what my sugars are, that's why I gave it one star.
I enjoyed this CGM except for the app and sensor couldn't talk about 25% of the time and still wanted to use this system till I ran into your Customer service. What am amazing joke that was! I don't blame the reps themselves... but the ignorant system they have to work with. So I will stick with the Libre3, it's a subpar system but it works and has a decent Customer Service function. You're obviously not looking to gain market shares
I am extremely disappointed. I have used the Dexcom G7 for the past two months without issue, but I am now unable to pair new sensors. This morning, I tried three different sensors and none would pair. I verified my phone settings, reinstalled the app, and contacted customer support, but the problem remains unresolved. Three failed sensors represent approximately 45 days of use and a significant financial loss. I would appreciate a prompt resolution. I guess I'll see if I can go back to Libre
update 6/21/26: This app can't stay connected to my sensor! It has been almost a month. Dexcom knows there is a problem with BLE Android 16 and they are hiding it. My support case was cancelled, even though they promised daily contacts until resolved. Dexcom never made contact as promised. Then they said weekly contact, and never did that either. Then Dexcom closed every case! Horrible company! There should be ANOTHER G7 recall!
I don't understand what I'm doing wrong but the app is not working. My sensor works fine it's not the sensor.

the connection is very poor I think it was working for about 15 minutes. it's calling to be reconnected to the phone but who even knows how to do that. I click on the connect button and absolutely nothing happens. I surely was hoping it would work with this new phone, what a disappointment 😞

Android 16 connection errors. worked fine until my phone upgraded to Android 16. I have been on the phone with tech support 3 times over the last month. Each time for over an hour. they can't figure it out. It won't stay connected and I have to restart my phone to get connected again. Then it will disconnect again in as little as 1 min. it has to do with Android 16 compatible. They keep going over my settings and they are fine. I finally gave up and went back to Freestyle Libre 3+. That works.
purchased a new phone and now it says it's not compatible? how's that happen?
connects my sensor, I wait through warm up and then get a continuous message that it's not in range, no can do... but the Omnipod 5 sees it. Once again, this app keeps having profound issues. But Juggluco has no problems.... 🤔 why? Dexcom needs to step it up, or I'm going to another system.
continuously loses connection. have to turn blue tooth off and on again and restart phone. only stays connected for 10-15 minutes. and I have already been on the phone for 45 minutes with tech support and they blamed it on the sensor. sensor is not the problem case number 1050-52531
I have no idea why this app doesn't work. It crashes it lags it disconnected from the sensor so often I have yet to have a full sensor use past day 4 my sensor is a 10 day ot acts like Bluetooth is off when it's on or just doesn't connect at all. When it works its fine great even but it spends more time not working then actually working I've spent more time getting replacements for sensors then I should. I like Dexcom products they usually work so well for me but this app is super frustrating.
what is the point of this app if all I experience is "signal loss" constantly no matter what I do?
this app has become worse since my last review. I along with other Dexcom G7 users are experiencing constant signal loss. I just activated a new sensor and it started off not wanting to pair until I did the pairing process all over again. I don't know about the Dexcom G7 sensors reliability now! Very disgusted and disappointed with this technology. You guys are playing with Diabetics lives here!!!!! 😕😕😕😕
While I admit this is better than the g6 app, the customisation options are woeful. several functions you should be able to change to suit your lifestyle or your condition that you are simply unable to change for seemingly no reason. Far prefer the xDrip app, which seems to be designed by actual diabetics, instead of this poor product.
not accurate enough.. off by 80pts with finger stick hosp. too many defective disc sometimes errors warm ups must replace.. ringing annoying & way too loud even when take device off
I downloaded the app months ago to try it out instead of using my hand held device and it worked. It's been working with absolutely NO issues up until the beginning of May when it no longer connects to the sensors or signal loss constantly. Not very convenient or reliable for someone that's diabetic. The 2 months I did use this app though, it worked out great. So I'm not sure if it's the new update on it or what but I hope they fix it soon.
has drastically declined since being forced by blue cross blue shield to switch from freestyle Libre 2 would give zero stars but not an option. app close I'm still poking finger to check calibration dont take. this is a money racket with the insurance
App gives me all kind of wild readings. I stick my finger to try to calibrate, only for it to tell me that it won't autocorrect because the finger stick was too far off the G7. Since that didn't work I then did another finger stick 20 mins later and of course it was off by 40. I just split the difference which seemed to work for a while. Now it's back to giving me wild numbers then waking me up at 2-4am due to incorrect low reading.
works good when it wants to open. most of the time it won't open. every other sensor I put on tells me urgently low blood sugars so I prick my finger to test and my sugars are good.
3rd rev. upgraded from 10 day to 15. it became stupid. I replace 3 devices in 2 months each didn't last more than 9 days. 1 fell off while sleeping. 2 stopped working after 3 hrs sensor error. reading is off by 40 and more points. reading 70 when finger stick at 130. reading at 245 when finger stick 180. my fingers hurt from constant cking of glucose machine.

For the last 24 hours the application has NOT been working properly. While my receiver is recording blood sugar readings my android phone is not and is not connected to my wife's cellphon7e. The connections tab indicates that this is a Dexcom server error and that Dexcom is working to correct the problem. Please advise as to how long it will take to correct this problem. Thank you.
False advertising claims put aside, I have used this device for over a year and the information it provides does help ME control my A1C. the app is why I chose G7. It is more flexible than the Libre. But my main complaint now is every new installation is unstable for 24 hours. Tonight I've been up 3 times with false low alarms. cgm53 but finger prick is over 110. HIGHLY ANNOYING.
Since updating my Motorola to Android 16, my Dexcom G7 10 & 15 sensors constantly loses connection. I dropped to 50 and had no idea because the sensor was disconnected for hours. Restarting Bluetooth or rebooting temporarily fixes it, then it disconnects again. This started within minutes of the Android 16 update. I've already tried Dexcom's troubleshooting, deleted old Bluetooth pairings, and checked permissions. This appears to be an Android 16 compatibility issue, not a sensor issue.
DEXCOM IS CURRENTLY BEING SUED!!!! Their products have caused me sever health problems and are inaccurate. The app hides all of the useful features behind stupid user interface choices. Overall I made the wrong choice about CGMs.
checked, checked, and rechecked settings and Dexcom keeps turning on DND. SUPER UNSAFE. Also doesn't seem to record continuously.
App has just quit working - keeps giving me a connection error and tells me to retry.
Not Compatible with newer phones. Please make a version compatible with my Moto G 2025!
app crashed contacted support with NO help! I spent a lot of money for this device because it's not cover under my insurance get it together this could be dangerous for someone who goes low quiet frequently

most of the time the app loses signal with the sensor. they are both within 6 feet of each other at all times. then it won't have a signal for days. the receiver that i have still works though.
