not sure the 1 star is deserved, but it will do. Brought several items from the app, all of very poor quality, trued to open disputes but never get anywhere, DH Gate wont help either. It's a scam app please dont download or buy from them

I asked the seller several times could they get it here and the said "yes friend" which was a lie. It was a waste of time and money and sad that my daughter didn't get tge dress she picked out. Buyers beware!!!

shipping takes far to long .customer service awful. the lies your told is appalling, when receiving a refund it takes far to long and you don't receive the full amount it's always less than you paid, thus company is out of date with its policy.TEMU is far better and 50% less on its prices the same products shipping is much much faster and if it does not arrive on the time stated you get a small credit .I am now having to have all the stress and hassle of sellers mistakes I am now closing account
Overall a good market place to pick up bargains on high trend products. However the bad side is if you have any issues with the item you receive, there is no proper return process, you are usually dealing with a shady guy selling out of their apartment and they will always refuse to accept there is an issue even if you provide photo evidence. You can try customer service, but they are useless in most cases. So you will have to accept the odd loss if you get a faulty or bad QC product.

they are scummy scammers I recieved an empty package I paid over $100 for and they basically told me too bad and released my money to the seller. It took almost 3 month of arguing with them just to be told too bad. the sellers on this site scam and Dhgate helps them do it. Total garbage site don't waste your time.
the app keeps messing up and when your order is two weeks late they do nothing and keep changing the date that you can make a complaint to whatever date the seller keeps changing your expected delivery date to. even though the original promisesd delivery date has passed
dont buy off this site.. i ordered a pair of shorts 4 weeks ago and are still pending. i keep e mailing them regarding my order but are ignoring me. im just glad a paid not much. its disgusting treatment. im still awaiting. please keep away..
I ordered something for $100. they canceled my order and took my money. customer service is non existent. This is a fraud app. don't do it. no wonder my bank kept giving me alerts that it's a scam when trying to order. should of listened.
Terrible Customer service. Items get detained at customs and when you message the seller's they read your message and ignore you. DHGate is what I thought to be a good company from the people I had talked too. Boy was I wrong!
this app is a waste time and waste of money, no customer service, if you bought a bad item you can't return it they ask you to open a dispute after one month if the seller doesn't respond they refund you, after that month your dispute is close without refund. this the worstest app in online purchase is never known
product never arrived I ordered in Dec it's April. you can't reach anyone at all! I have been waiting for a refund on the dress that has not came! I don't know how to get help to resolve this issue.

seller has given no tracking information since the 19th April, keeps saying I'll chase logistical team! total bs! avoid like the plague and this review is only going to be the start!
I was scammed and supported sided with the scammer. The item I was sent was nothing like what was advertised, so I raised a complaint and they asked me for unrealistic evidence such as videos of me unboxing the item. I did provide photos, but they still sided with the seller. DHGate also refused to provide a receipt so it was hard to raise a dispute with the bank. it's definitely a risk and I would advise against shopping here. They look after the sellers and not the buyers.
Pathetic experience. Ordered garment & paid in January 2025. Still no one is ready to listen or refund. Contacted the supplier, but exept giving evasive answers, garment has not been delivered.
High prices, poor products, long shipping times. Stores rarely reply to messages or chats - if they do they are usually unhelpful. Tracking is useless, returns process is impractical and expensive. App and website are not good at all, search in particular barely works. Genuinley, no reason at all to recommend DHGate

Terrible service, the system is set up to rip customers off. Opened a dispute and got no response in the dispute chat. contact customer support who say I did not respond in 3 days. Nothing in my DH Gate inbox or email or dispute chat but somehow it's my fault. Avoid at all cost unless you like giving away momey

Hard to file a dispute, most items are under sized. They released money when I didn't even received the correct item. Some sellers want even respond. Be careful some a scammers
dhgate been ok but i have had a few problems regarding 3 items i was charged for and never recieved my order from sellers on the site and nothing was done, not a refund or anything , they basically took my money and said fk me...smh..im still waiting on a package now that i back in february and im getting no help at all...i just hope my package comes soon and they need to do better with customer service

I ordered 2 jerseys in January. I still have not received them. I messaged them several times regarding my shipment and they assured me my shipment was on the be way. about a month later I messaged them again and I'm they told me it had gotten lost and that they would ship it out again and I would receive it in a month. that month has passed and I still have not received it. i have a lot more to say but not enough space on this review platform to say it. *update* finally goty jerseys
