Absolutely worthless. First parcel was left with a business even though the preferences in the app and the profile clearly stated that the parcel should go to a sorting/storage facility if unable to be delivered. The second parcel was undelivered because the courrier didn't have the correct phone# (the sender included the wrong phone number) yet the correct number, again, is both in the DHL profile AND the app. WHY bother having a mobile app at ALL, just use a courier pigeon. Nula

You are not allowed to add multiple addresses in different countries. So basically it is useless to me since I travel a lot and spend my time split between countries.
It says something is wrong with my phone number and then I can't track a package I'm receiving :( Horrible app...

why on earth wouldn't your systems all be integrated or linked, surely having a mydhl login should work such an antiquated system/company

no upfate on my parcel for 5 days now
waste of time, couldn't even track my parcel, but I can track it just fine using the website, apparently the tracking number I have got is 'invalid' as it requests a 10 digit tracking number, mine is longer (14). how can I track my dhl parcel on your site but not the app, ridiculous, why even have an app?

From 1/4 untill the 8/4 one whole week offices closed ??? Not be the post closes so many days . are you a courier or public service..
Cannot register my account. It keep saying, my account got banned, while I never make any account at all for this app. I'm a first time user, because my customer want to use DHL so much, while this app making it hard for me and wasting time. Stupid.
I've entered tracking but no parcel is found, copy and paste so no errors. If I go through Chrome to the website tracking using the same copy and paste it's found immediately. What is the point of the app if it can't find a parcel from a DHL tracking number???
Doesn't work. Could not verify my mobile number because I never receive thr code. Was bounced back and forth between customer service and tech support. No one can help with the app.
Terrible company. 2nd time the driver couldn't find my home. Address is absolutely correct. No phone number to contact company. Worst delivery service!

Surely not compliant with EU accessibility regulations. Captcha is visual only and impossible for me to see (and entirely unnecessary as part of a registration process). Dont so far has been strong and immune to phone font scaling.
the worst customer service by dhl. sending mails no reply. once you book after your quotation then after the arrival rates will be higher in the DHL invoice as per quotaion and upon your request for clarification not a single person will assist you

Finding it straight up unusable so far. I powered through all the quirks in fill-in forms, and every time, at the last minute, the payment option I choose errors out. Creditcard? No reaction. Wero? Error in link. Every time I try, I need to re-enter several bits of information. Incredibly unprofessional, terrible experience.

I'm not sure why after having to be forced to pay over $500 in shipping and import fees, DHL is lacking in actual tracking updates, some web links on their site do not work, and trying to contact any Human being will automatically be lead to their customer service line in Tempe Arizona. How is any of that information helpful or acceptable in tracking a package? Especially after promptly paying my shipping and import duty fee, 2 hours after receiving it. Package stuck in Cincinnati....
I don't recommend DHL. From the Philippines, my package was tampered, switch, and stolen. Frustrating! BOR and the Philippines agencies/customs are freaking corrupt! I hated it! My mom worked hard for it and they are just going to steal it!
pointless app, every time I get DHL tracking number it doesn't work there are no other DHL apps that I know of for parcel tracking and I have to use DHL ecommerce website to track my parcels so what even is this useless app?
