Avoid this company like the plague! They are a joke! Our shipments got there on May 19th. A friend of mine was charged $32.79 too much. We know this, because when we contacted their customs department, she told us our shipments haven't been delivered yet because we hadn't paid our duties. Then she proceeded to tell my friend, because we were on a 3-way call, she owed $48.48, we'll both of us had paid, me $48.48 and her $81.27! Now, the excuse is customs wants to investigate the package.
the parcel was not brought to my door, but left downstairs by the communal door. Anyone could have taken it. I was waiting on a crutch by my main door for him to bring it up
doesn't recognise DHL shipment references (which track fine on their website) - if this is the replacement for the DHL ecom app that they have ceased then it's pretty poor. Best to use the website until they can be bothered to make this work and properly migrate accounts and profiles.
This DHL APP is stupid every time you log in you have to type your Tracking number 🙄 I'll stick with the DHL browser, All the same these APPS especially banking one's, you have more functionality on the browsers than the Apps Absurd 🤬

One of the worst delivery experiences I've had in the Netherlands. I paid for a DHL pickup, waited during the agreed time window, and nobody showed up. Later, I was told the courier arrived too early. For the refund, instead of checking their own records, I was asked numerous questions as if I had to prove my case. In contrast, PostNL delivered my envelope smoothly and professionally. Mistakes happen, but accountability matters.

Doesn't show Deliveries i am expecting. waste of time installing. just use the link from DHL shipment email to track and rearrange deliveries .

een ster. ik ben een uur in gesprek geweest met het bot-systeem over hoe ik ervoor kan zorgen dat ik geen handtekening hoef te zetten voor een pakketje. uiteindelijk wou ik m bij de Budget Food in de buurt droppen (die pakketjes aanneemt volgens de website), en die werd niet laten zien??? dus nu moet ik NOG langer wachten op mijn pakketje, allemaal om keuzes die ik zelf niet heb gemaakt. Ik moest ook 4x inloggen.
the whole system with changes to tracking numbers and minimum customer support is very bad and user unfriendly.
