During registration it's claiming my protonmail email address is invalid and then deletes all already entered info... 😂 Byeee

The app doesn't work when I use mobile data but works perfectly with wifi. But the problem is that Dia stors don't have wifi, so for me, this app is just useless because I can use it only at home with wifi

It won't even open
Can't even register, put all my details in and says to ring helpline. The text boxes also keep repeating letters that you have written. What's App helpdesk is no help either, basically telling me to fill in the form 🤦♀️

Es la peor app que he usado en mucho tiempo, intentas logear con tu cuenta y te manda constantemente al formulario de registro. Aprended a hacer algo decente que no de tanta vergüenza usar.

Utilicé la aplicación durante años y, de repente, se restableció mi cuenta y perdí todos mis puntos y recompensas. Sin duda recibiré una respuesta pidiéndome que les llame por teléfono o les envíe un correo electrónico para solucionarlo, pero tengo mejores cosas que hacer con mi tiempo que esto. No debería ser el cliente el que se pusiera en contacto con ustedes para rectificar el problema.

I was invited to update to a new version of the DIA app today, 22/6/23. The app stops by itself, I tried to download again a few times but can't get it to work to place an order.
Impossible crear cuenta (error time out)
Ha dejado de funcionar, no acepta usuario y contraseña correctos y la opción de resetear el password tampoco va.
I cannot log in to my account, also I cannot reset the password, nothing. Something is wrong with this app.
They removed the card I had associated for years with my account and it gives me an error when I try to add it again. Useless right now. I hope my physical card still works and I didn't loose the discounts, if not, probably I choose other place to do groceries from now on.

Iba muy bien hasta hace unos meses que parece que la app no reconoce en la tienda mi tarjeta asociada a pesar de que en la web y en mi perfil sí muestra que dispongo de una tarjeta. Lo peor es que ni en la tienda me saben ayudar.
Cuando quiero registrarme diciendo que ya tengo una tarjeta se cierra la aplicación.
Ofrecen ofertas que luego no son canjeables a la hora de pasar por caja...
It doesn't allow me to enter at all. When I click remind me password ( which I already know it and it is written correctly, it was saved on my phone so I wouldn't have to type it all the time and I have used it plenty) One day out of the blue it stopped working , after typing email, and remind me password , a message pops saying try later. Later means never, because I have tried for 3 days at different hours and no luck. I can't update new vouchers

I have tried this app again and again over the years, it will not work and there seems to be no way to get a Club Card physical or Digital. Total waste of time trying to get a Dia Club Card via the App or In Store. Thankfully there are other supermarkets.
El aplicación es buena pero desafortunadamente cuando falla el servidor de dia no se puede usar, no se lanza la aplicación y no aceptan en el supermercado en vez del app el teléfono o DNI para aplicar los cupones. Al pasar con la app se desactiva la tarjeta física anterior.
Esta última versión no me deja acceder, cuando intento recuperar la contraseña me dice que no tengo conexión a internet, cuando obviamente si la tengo... EDIT: Ahora ya no me da ese problema, pero sigue sin mandarme el correo para poder cambiar la contraseña, he mirado incluso en spam y nada..
The website is absolutely stupid. Every time I try to send a message, it tells me to choose a store. I do that and it defaults my message out. Why can I not write a message without choosing a store??? Worst still, when I choose a store, it wipes out my message. Rubbish.
I prefer the older app. Missing lista de compra. Along with other stuff. A lot more advertising for therd party companies. This app is rubbish. Glad I have my card.
Can not work out how to open it
Hemos pedido online para que entregan a domicilio pero el tio que entrega me ha preguntao se puedo ayudar el!!!!!!!
