I can't log in since last update. I press Continue after putting my credentials and nothing happens. It's now unusable.
I tried to get a prescription. It told me it couldn't. I wanted to see a doctor it directed me to the nearest walking clinic that I can't get to, because I work. It is the biggest waste of money.

App crashes, forces you to pick selections like pharmacy to pick medication up from - when their list of pharmacies is incomplete.
terrible. No available appointments during weekend or evenings and terrible questionnaires that are so repetitive. multiple times filming in the exact same info, card number, gender repeatedly. Pointless
Terrible for mental health. They make things worse. "Solution-oriented" therapists DON'T LISTEN, side with the other person in the story, make assumptions, and spew nonsense advice. Many times, they triggered me far more than my crisis. When I asked to unmatch with an unsafe counsellor, they continued to suggest followup appointments for weeks. When matching new, I asked about specialties, but they only share first names. You should be able to rate and search workers. Very scammy.

the fact that you don't have people that can help with or diagnosis autism/ADHD is sad.

unless it's the most ridiculously minor issue they just send you to the clinic. in response to your comment I was able to get what I needed from the pharmacy without an inspection. seems you should be able to prescribe it if they fan
App regularly freezes. Impossible to speak to an actual qualified Dr, always a nurse practitioner who just doesn't have the required training to properly support the majority of problems. Referrals are almost impossible, with them claiming they must 'see you in person' and then link to walk in clinics. If I wanted a walk in, i'd go there and sit there for a few hours. Defeats the whole purpose of this app and it's usage. Really cannot rate Dialogue service or the app.
can only use it if your employer's benefits package specifically offers it. no use for the vast majority of us. ...........response to developer's comment: it used to be available to everybody. then you rolled that back.
It crashes everytime single time I try to use it.

Cannot open the app after new upgrade. I get a message saying the app closed because of a bug and to contact the developer!!!
just ask you if youre suicidal 90 times then tell you to go pay for therapy. thought they were the therapists. just a suicide net for employers, not a productive use of my time. couldve gone to a therapist on my own without needing 2 30 minute calls.
The "next" button on the first screen doesn't work so I can't reach the services.

I would rate it less than one star if I could. they never actually provide any help or service, just give you a runaround until you give up and go to a walk in clinic. Do not use.
difficult to navigate
it used to be great and fast now I can't even access calls on both my phone and in browser. IT support said they "opened a ticket," but it has been over 48h and I still wasn't contacted and no fix has been planned. I missed a RDV because of that.
not satisfyed
The app itself is rather glitchy and slow. You can't leave the app during teleconsults either which means you need somewhere else for info. The speed is nice, but the nurse I was matched with honestly looked and behaved like AI for half the conversation and was dressed as if she was in a mental health ward as a patient with a glitchy computer background. Next nurse I was matched with did not have sufficient gender affirming care training or general knowledge. Disappointing but will use if urgent
the new updates cause issues: video calls cut out, and the chat box is very buggy. on an android, I cannot send more than 3 lines of text in a chat, since the enter button gets covered by the existing chat above! the scroll function overlaps the chat enter button... super annoying

services are great. Howecer, the app is entirely unusable when chatting to health practitioners as it completely lags after a certain character count is reached during a single render: could be continuous messaging or it could mean scrolling up to previous messages. Only leaving the chat and re-entering will help and then sometimes the whole app lags and needs to be quit instead.
