Low key feels like a violation. Forced to use app to buy tickets for a show. Forced to give cell phone number, personal info, and contact permissions to an app I don't trust. Forced to continue using the app to get into the show. Not only is it invasive it's classist! Not everyone has access to a cell phone and there is no web alternative. Feels kinda gross, I'm opting out of attending shows using this app on the future. 🤷🏻♀️🤸🏻♀️
Worst ticket app ever! Sends notifications with links that take you nowhere. By the time you try to figure it out, the tix are gone. Really the opposite of user-friendly.

I bought a GA standing ticket for a concert, got injured before the concert so there was no way I could stand, all seats were sold out, wait-list for a seat didn't pan out, so basically I was SOL because of an injury with a standing only ticket, no seats available, and no refunds. The venue and Dice ripped me off due to their thieving no refund policy. Not accommodating
App would not share tickets but continually asked me to add country code in contacts, multiple efforts, formats, updates and restarts failed Avoid if you can, some venues deletions, updates and restarts force its use but I'll avoid those if possible.
Moved the show and stole my money. Gave me the run around and ignored my request for a refund for months, then said "oops it's too late to refund now." Customer service was not helpful. Use at your own risk. Even their reply below to my review ignores the fact that I requested a refund months before the event in compliance with refund policy.
Tried to buy BMTH tickets and given 50 mins to buy as offered tickets as released to wait que, no purchase button at all, and code said already used but was my own code? Sent video to Dice to Jane, told to buy on app and download and redownload ect. I was then told to buy online through link sent...again doesn't work!!!! sent screenshots and vid clips sent and not fixed. I have lost out on VIP tickets due to Dice would not recommend 😭😭
I'm FORCED to use this app just to access a ticket I bought. -5 stars for that dick move

Update: dice will lie and tell you you dont need the app. try going to the dice website and the "my tickets area" gives you a cloud 404 error. following the exact link on their zendesk help centre. a pdf link to download the ticket doesnt exist. you're forced to download the dice app to use the ticket you paid for. predatory and desperate behaviour from the product team at Dice. skiddle and other apps allow you to download the PDF without forcing those to hand over their data and phone space

I've stopped counting the number of times I put my phone number and expected for a text message with a 4 digit code. I simply want to buy tickets for Ben Bohmer in Milano as this is the official way, but I can't as for an international number it does not work. I can't login to app, so can't buy tickets. please help!
Yet another stupid app for gig tickets that should be sent to email or Google Wallet. No doubt it spies on users like all the others.

DICE’s app glitched after I joined a presale waitlist and blocked me from accessing the general sale entirely. I could not buy tickets, join the general sale waitlist, or even get clear “you’re in line” messaging. The screen stayed stuck on presale waitlist messaging with an unlock button that should not have been there. Support did not understand the issue. Broken UX cost me access to tickets.
So I have to have Google and install this apps to go simply go and see a lecture. How is this system not a monopoly? The other day the motorway advertised needed an app to come off and turn around to go home. World has gone mad.
Can't change my e-mail and this wont let me. I'll buy tickets elsewhere
i changed my number and my account got locked the day of the event no way to login with my email, so unpractical, plus you have to create individual accounts for each ticket, who does that?
Urgh, another app with no password. Instead, more emails, more messages. I can't add tickets to my wallet app, so I am forced to keep this app and become a slave to their marketing. QR codes only become available 2 hours before the concert (to prevent reselling, so they say). I can't login to the website without my phone. All that restricts my freedoms. The whole concept annoys me. After the concert I plan to go to, this app will be removed forever.
(new update) bought 6 tickets for event afrojack in August 30 2025 where the event was canceled, on app says refund has issued and will taking 10 days but now is almost (7 days) today is 8 months and never get refund get reached with customer service many times and they just tell to read chapter 11, does customer have to read that and wait??? STAY AWAY WITH THIS APP
Can't add two different ticket types to one order. Had to do two orders for the same show! Very unintuitive...
I HATE that I have to download an entire app for my tickets. This feels like a data grab using tickets as an excuse

I bought tickets months in advance - can no longer go. I can't get a refund. I can't sell them to somebody else. Customer support confirmed that this is their policy until they sellout all unsold tickets. Doesn't seem right. Use a ticket provider that has a better policy
Just let me download my tickets to Google Wallet. I shouldn't need a separate app for tickets that gets used less than once per year.

worst event promoter ever. sell VIP tickets but it's the same as regular tickets DONOT but VIP tickets with DICE

horrible data stealing app. I would like to buy tickets for an event and I have to give so many personal info plus you need to download the app and agree with very doggy privacy terms. there is no possibility to download tickets from the app neither or add them to your wallet so I have to keep this until the event, then delete it I won't ever go to any other event where this is involved, unfortunately I have already purchased train tickets otherwise I wouldn't bother to go... this is real scam!!

can't login, goto enter phone number and the screen disappears. make the app basically useless for me
Very poor..just view your account you have to log in to your email to get code. Why cant we just use password to log directly in?
It's a shame that I can't access my tickets on my computer- why does everything have to be though an app? I don't always have my phone with me and I usually like to print my tickets out- which is a lot more difficult since the only way to access the ticjets is through the app on a phone. I like this app and I think it's great to find shows, but pretty annoying that I can't just pull my tickets up on my computer and print them out.
