una basura de app super pesima, cero recomendable y de los intereses ni hablamos probablemente los mas altos que eh visto en una app de prestamos
la verdad si te dan el préstamo rápido pero lo malo es el hostigamiento telefónico que hacen te marcan a todas horas más aparte eso te pasas por algún imprevisto y te castigan con poder sacar hasta dentro de 3 años mas
Su sistema de verificación vía SMS no funciona, no estoy recibiendo ningún SMS para acceder a mi cuenta. Y cuando solicito la llamada para darme el código, la grabación lo dice tan rápido que apenas estoy poniéndome el celular en la oreja o en altavoz y ya lo está pronunciando. ¿A quien se le ocurrió que el código solo se diga UNA VEZ? Igual gracias, porque ahora ya sé que ustedes no son de fiar para tener mi dinero.
Es un asco la nueva interfaz. No se ve el saldo disponible después de ajustar el monto máximo, solo la cantidad utilizada. MUY MAL.

pagas a tiempo y aun asi no te vuelven a aceptar un prestamos ni de 500

Didi, no gracias por priorizar las propinas sobre la garantia de entregas, son una porqueria, no tienes mecanismos para garantizar la entrega pero si para buscar siempre las propinas

Servicio muy lento
I believe this card might have been very useful, but I discovered that their IT people aren't very good at what they do, and the application in the delivery app as well as the application in this app very poorly written and did not accommodate my English name which does not have a second surname, and they insist on telling me what my RFC, but they're getting it wrong. I prefer to do business with companies that have intelligent websites, that actually work. DiDi should be embarrassed
I am just starting my credit and the Didi app was amazing it saves your progress unlike my bank app which i have to start again from the very begining. The DiDi app approved me in minutes like it said, i am very very Happy!!! Thank you ! :)..... well now i take it back. i made my payments paid it off. and now my account is frozen. i have to wait like 5 months to reaply??? what the hell, how an i supposed to raise my credit score like that its gona take me till i am 80 years old to goup 20points
