This was my first time ever using DiDi and it was a terrible experience. The driver told us to get in without using the app, which already felt suspicious. Everything seemed normal at first, but as soon as we hit the motorway, he suddenly said the fare would be $150 for a ride from Wellington to Lower Hutt. There was no warning, no meter shown, and no app tracking the trip. We were already on the motorway and felt stuck. This felt misleading and dishonest, especially to first-time user

But didn't clarify the reason behind my particular case or even if there were any reasons. This is unacceptable.

Nunca encuentras soporte
Didi is trying to charge me for a loan I never received. they just took my personal information to sell it. and when I complained to the support team they told me there is nothing I can do.

أسوء تطبيق ممكن حد يطلب منه رحلة مش بيشغلو غير ناس حرامية ونصابين وملهومش خدمة عملاء لو حد حصله أي مشكلة يخبط دماغه في الحيط بيرد علي الشكاوى بوت غبي بيرد ردود ثابته ولو مش عاجبك وعايز تكلم حد مفيش وتخبط دماغك في الحيط
Bad Experience. 1) Can't enter the location from maps automatically. 2) Price is higher than other apps. 3) Can't choose my driver. 4) I cannot negotiate the price with the driver. 5) I don't feel safe.

changed from 5 stars to none, riders accept rides and don't move to location which is unprofessional, the app itself raises the fair to double if you don't order the ride the first time so whenever I close the app to do something before requesting, it doubles the amount to be paid. completely useless will be using another platform.

السلام عليكم ورحمه الله انا دفعت 100 جنيه ولم يقوم الكابتن بإيداع الباقي في حسابي حيث تكلفة مشواري 16 جنية و 10 جنيه رسم إلغاء سابقة الإجمالي 26 جنيه والمطلوب إيداع الباقي وهو 74 جنيه حيث اني تضررت من عدم الإيداع ولم أجد فلوس في حسابي للعودة أرجو حل المشكلة لأن وجدت الكابتن عمل حظر اتصال لي
Every time driver claime cancelation fee and he don't came at the time that show on app for me bad experience this aap support only for drivers not for passengers Even driver canceled the ride and the app putting cancelation fee on passangers very bad

tryed to register but says i cannot coz i dont live in christ church ya i live in rangiora which is 20 km from chch but who will tell Didi that ppl from rangiora n rolleston halswell come to work in chch daily use uber not didi ill tell everyone not to join cheers good start permoting ur didi
poor customer service assistance, help is not given to the issues brought on sir to the currier.

With the "new improvements" where there's the option to add more to the total amount of the trip, it takes longer for drivers to take the trip knowing they can get more money. I've had to wait for half an hour or more for a driver to take my trip that's why I've decided to stop using DiDi (México).
Cada vez peores conductores
No tomen Didi Moto, es super riesgoso, varias personas se han caído y el seguro de Didi tarda demasiado en llegar
odio El nip de viaje van dos veces que los conductores no me llevan porque no TEnia pila y la segunda no TEnia saldo en celular
fallas en la app, ejemplo el conductor ya llegó y proporcionas el código pero la app no permite empezar el viaje.

fantastic service thank you very much however very very annoying when they are headed to you and cancel to accept a job that will pay more have had to cancel many appointments due to cancellations it's cheaper than a taxi and uber
