It's a horrible insurance company. Don't use online insurance companies in France. Just go to any insurance company office and insure there. These people are scammers

J'ai une police d'assurance pour ma voiture avec Direct Assurance, mais je ne peux pas me connecter à votre application. Veuillez vérifier et résoudre ce problème.
Impossible d'envoyer documents. J'essaie d'envoyer un Screenshot du PDF de mon relevé d'information de mon assurance précédente mais soit l'app me met échec de l'envoie, soit document illisible 🤷♂️. J'ai réessayé 50 fois.. Super
Cette app ne marche pas. Sur Xiaomi Mi10, ne commence pas et reste à l'écran d'ouverture avec le logo (attendu 30mins)
L'application plante en permanence quand on veut déclarer un sinistre et évidemment impossible de reprendre où on en était, a croire que c'est fait volontairement.

This review is for the company not the application. This company is straight garbage. I've been with the company 10 years, no accidents and no traffic violations. This company has received around $10,000 from my monthly payments during the 10 years with them. Two months ago I had a car accident that was the other driver's fault. To make long story short, this company will happily take your monthly payment but when you need their help they are nowwhers to be found. This company is horrible.
