Recently i did a balance check at an ATM . After taking the receipt i went home to check what i had wrote down from a previous receipt. Somehow im short 55 dollars that i did not spend. I never check the app anymore. One time i tryed and got locked out. Feel like transferring to my bank account so i dont have to deal with the bs anymore
this app wouldn't even let me start . it's clearly asking for information from a different type of card than the one the government wants issued or mailed to me .
it absolutely sucks. no matter what I submitted for proof of identity they refuse to let me electronically move $$ to a real Bank. this card is extremely limited to access. I've been slowly moving 80k dollars to my real Bank I literally have to go running around to ATM and withdraw $$$ but can't deposit over 10k cash at a time or I get reported to the feds . no checks can't get a mortgage no deposits allowed besides SSDI or SSI payments. run and run fast. RUN Get a real Bank.
Do not trust these people with your money. If a hacker hacks your direct express app and ask them to ship a card to their address, they will do it and will not warn you until it's too late.
These people lie about stuff.When you run a face recognition, you pay for a face recognition, and they don't send the report and they take it off your cards.Don't use them
I keep getting my money taken out of my account without my approval. I can't stand DIRECT EXPRESS
this is a scam you can not activate the card they don't answer phone I am home less because of their fake card I lost everything it's been 2 months trying to activate my card my death from homeless is being recorded
issues connecting to online or Google to pay monthly things. 👎
if the notifications don't show up on your pop up notication bar, you're out of luck trying to access the app, while out in public. Even with biometric access, it continues to ask for the extra security. This is very aggravating and can be stressful. Navigating the app itself, in order to place the card on google pay, and other payment methods, has proven to be a challenge. I would not choose this system if I had a choice.
