pls don't book any car from their site. They show false description.After booking,you got to know you book entirely different model and their customer care is too rude to listen your problem. i regret to make booking. I am very disappointed

For refund, pls prove to D-cars that rental guys were liars. Don't waste money. Instead, take clear photos and 4K vids of every inch on a car on pick-up AND drop-off. Use these for future dispute. 2. Not all rental companies allow border crossing, even for Schengen. You cannot filter them on search and will lose your money if you book (e.g. Record Go)

I booked a car with "Full Coverage," but it was a trap. Upon return, Ace charged my full deposit for "damages" without providing any proof or photos. It’s been a month, and DiscoverCars hasn't helped at all. Looking at reviews, Ace scams people daily, yet DiscoverCars continues to partner with them and fails to protect customers. Total lack of support and transparency. Save your money and stay away!
I've got charged by AVIS £1,400 deposit. According to your booking information the deposit was supposed to be £300! That is misleading information! I specifically chose AVIS, paying more for the hire than other suppliers, based on the information that you provided about a "low deposit" of £300. Fortunately we had enough funds on the credit card to cover the deposit, but you need to get your information straight! I've sent you all documents for you to correct your misleading info... Please act!
Useless app. after getting all info. a message came doesn't rent for locals. doesn't make any sense.
Zero cars available, pathetic
Rented a car in NZ (Auckland Airport) in Feb 2026. Booked early & got a great deal, around $280 USD for 7 days. I called Discover Cars to notify that my flight was delayed 24 hours (through Auto Union). I was told that Discover Cars directly spoke with the rental agency and everything was good to go. When I showed up for my rental, Auto Union that they had no cars available. I ended up paying nearly $1000 for the week. Discover Cars wasn't going to even refund me; had to escalate for a refund.
Be very careful of this organization. I booked a vehicle through them, but when I arrived at the Hertz office to collect, it was closed during normal working time. This resulted in me having to stay an extra day till I could sort alt transport. Discover Cars still have not made the reimbursement almost a month later.
İ was so happy use this app last experiance was horible and not find any help even call center not work well. they give me wrong car, bad condition, light was not work try to contact help center no any respond ı'm not going to use this app any more.
worst experience. I feel scammed. my rental was canceled as I have a low credit score (which they did not list as a prerequisite) and they refuse to refund my deposit.
The app can't adjust for timezones correctly. I booked a car, entered my flight number and got warning I'll arrive late. Yeah, I would, if the rental company used timezone of the place I travel from, for whatever reason. If DiscoverCars programmers can't program this, what else they messed up?
