it's impossible to cancel the subscription
Very temperamental, lately it takes about 10 or 15 attempts just to open the app, you have to keep opening and closing the app and eventually it opens.
Even more ads than there used to be it's getting too much. Still not over losing Eurosport too and expecting us to pay 4x more to subsidise football. I like the content but not particularly happy with how they treat paying customers. Also can't download to watch offline which is a basic feature these days.
I've had this app for years and at first it was great, however the number of ads now showing during every show is absolutely ridiculous. For example, during one show there were 6-8 ads per break, which is far too many and completely ruins the viewing experience.
Adverts have gone from 4 when I first started watching to 11 now and yes there all the same. Such a shame as i would happily more for no adverts. I received a reply saying they need adverts to produce such good content. People will pay more for no ads. And if they don't you still have those subscribers who are happy to watch adverts. But you'll lose everyone who is tired of the same adverts. And a final thing is nobody actually watches ads just time to make coffee or play on there phone.
terrible user experience. it doesn't allow me to change app language to English and forces Roland Garros Videos with german commentary, making it extremely difficult to find international commentary.

Used to be a really good app with good content but after the last update the amount of adverts that are shown it's really not worth the money anymore if there was a pay extra for advert free, I might consider it but I think it's probably time to cancel my subscription.
The app itself is clunky and quite slow unfortunately, after the last update, too many adverts. The same ones over and over again could do with an option to pay for advert free viewing. I am seriously thinking, of cancelling subscription no point in watching more adverts than content.
Updated 24th May 2026.It is quite amazing that adverts have increased tenfold. Constantly, programming is interrupted by advertising. The adverts are disgusting, seeing animals in pain while trying to relax is appalling, and gambling adverts, Time after time. This has changed from a good app to just utter advertising time and time again. Give the opportunity to pay for no ads in the UK..
i have to keep deleting and reinstaling thestupid app, its still happening, works fine on my ipad so it is an android tv app issue
cant register or login for free no more? I am not signed in - I have uninstalled, reinstalled can not do anything just asks one to subscribe... seems to be no way see any free content. Developer is talking BS.

Problems when logging in to watch free catch-up. Just asks to subscribe to HBO max or discovery+.
downloaded the app and paid for a months subscription and every programme is on mute but it's definitely an app issue as every other app I've downloaded on my box is working fine. not what you would expect from an app you pay for as I downloaded free apps that work fine
used to be a great app, recently become unusable due to audio issues on the pixel 9 pro, for a paid app this shouldn't happen
I really have to say it is one of the worst run TV streaming service I have ever seen and they want us to pay for it it's crazy. they don't show if the season is finished or not like stating its a finale they only put part of a series on they cancelled some of the best ghost hunting shows and kept the most ridiculous ones. and the thing is most of these shows are on TV for free and they honestly want us to pay for this service here they are crazy.
So I subscribe i PAY yet STILL stuffed with ads!!!! Thats an un subscribe from me. The greed makes me sick!

The app itself is great. But can you ask Orla to stop talking when the podiums are taking place in the cycling. It's so disrespectful to the riders.
have to renew membership to see whats on the app no thanks id like to see what im paying for first unistalling.
Useless! More ads than actual show. Ads repeat themselves. For a paid subscription, it's frustrating to have to wait for 7 ads every few minutes! On top of that, the app constantly fail to load requiring a restart.

Tried to watch the FA cup, but the app refuses to go live (when selecting Watch Live). Just goes to the start of the programme. Thank god it'll be going to HBO soon
Terrible app, no use for watching live sport as it never works properly, how they can win sports events from other streaming sites or TV companies is beyond me
If I could give it 0 stars I would - you cannot watch any live broadcast on catch-up after the live event ends. The app or the streaming service behind it won't let you. Not an app for the year 2026, hopefully HBO will invest in the infrastructure - but I doubt it...

Flaky experience, particularly when trying to cast. There's no help option. Channels stop working, mid programme.
Watching West Ham v Brentford. Suddenly picture disappeared, & could only start again from the start of the programme. Something major has gone wrong.
App coverage crashed mid way through the Brentford FA Cup game. hopeless
the sooner TNT sports leaves the better, constantly losing signal, then can't reconnect, don't waste your money on this joke service, 0 stars

Same level as NowTV. Missing on demand content, unfathomable menu's. for £25/ month
Ads despite paying for premium. unacceptable
started with very few quick adds now constant long adds. everything else works welland is better than streaming via amazon
just gives me a corrupted screen (green mostly), streams work ok on my laptop
Once again having to pay £30 to watch a month of spring classics. Cycling fans have no interest in the other nonsense sports on TNT - why can't you reintroduce a cycling only subscription akin to GCN?
