As a Disney mega-fan & 20 yr+ collector of ACTUAL Disney Pins, this APP appears to be of little value- selling 'virtual pins' & 'pin collections' that are little more than digital PICTURES. What's the point! Collecting REAL Disney Pins has been a wonderful hobby for my FAMILY- especially to commemorate trips to Disney Parks. We have framed & displayed some of our collection, & it has increased significantly in value. Just be sure to only purchase pins from reputable sellers or Disney!
Digital Stickers for a hefty cost each. Ridiculous, didnt we learn our lesson buying fb stickers on their games? Only to have all that ripped away when they decided it wasn't making enough money? Feels scammy.
I don't trust the verification process. I wouldn't unless your completely sure of this company.
received a digital code for a pin, input it to redeem, said it was already redeemed?? then asked to verify with social security number, address, phone number etc... my CHILD downloaded this, should NEVER ask for such personal information!
so I downloaded thos because it was a perk in my disney email for a book am 25 keys...made an acct an I dont see anything in there😒
They require a ssn in order to use their "free" items otherwise everything costs a decent amount of money
I verified my account but continues to tell me my account is unverified and cant cash out anything.

The app especially Android version needs improvements. Upcoming drops are sold out even though they haven't happened yet, constantly logs you out, notification feature doesn't even work, and so much more..
digital pins=NFT why tf is Disney giving me free digital pins. the idea was cool if I could get an actual pin.
I tried this app out because of a Disney+ code. I don't see a reason to spend actual money on digital pins. I will spend money on physical Warhammer miniatures that I build and paint because I can collect, touch and admire the work I put into them. nft are glorified gif and jpgs that unless I received a code from a promo, I will not pay cash for.
Extremely frustrated as it is another Disney app that entices you with neat digital "collectibles" but limited recourse in completing "sets" [likewise on the digital card collecting] without spending LOTS and LOTS of 💰 💸 💲 💰 . Little options in "trading" [again likewise]. Graphics/design 5+; Everything else 1-. The only thing missing on this lineup is Marvel.

An app to PAY for Digital pins that cost as much as real pins. Disney just can't get enough of your money.
Been undergoing maintenance for awhile.
loved the app, until one day it just randomly said "user blocked" when I went to sign in, I have sent money and started a collection and have a dapper balance on there as well I can't even access, I'll update if they fix it but right now this screams SCAM
Can't keep the app open for more than abt 30 secs. On the 5th try my phone said it had a bug and to clear the cache. Doing that didn't help at all. Deleted. Too bad it looked like fun
There is no way to collect or earn anything for free. I understand that Disney Pin Trading in real life costs money to start, but seeing that this is an app, you would think that there is a way to unlock content for free, and pay to unlock extra rare stuff faster, etc. Most apps that have collectible aspects, usually have a way for people to unlock stuff for free so to not paywall people to not interact with the app. Quite disappointing. instantly uninstalled.

App stuck on purchase pins despite me having a collection of pins. I've been using this app for a few months and have a good collection. After the last update, the app keeps getting stuck on purchase Welcome pack and has no option of moving forward. I've been in contact with support for a week now but to no avail Horrible support for the app with no care for customer complaints. Please look into this issue immediately!

I received a referral invite and purchased welcome bundle and did not receive referral rewards.. sent out 3 referrals and have only received 2 of 3 referral rewards.. 2 out of the 3 that I know have received there referral rewards but I have only received 2 of the 3 from the people I referred.. I am missing 2 referral rewards in total and deadline is closing!!
Being forced to spend $7 to even START on a game is insane. They are literally virtual pins, what a scam. Don't bother installing
Only bother downloading this if you like to spend a lot of money on mobile games. There is no in game currency, or ways to earn the pins. You literally can only get any pins if you pay for them all with real money.

Many things are hard to comprehend: Pins? Who wants pins? Getting "Cars" freebies as a reward for collecting Star wars series? No content linked to purchase (video or cool info about the asset). Pinboard? The biggest question remain "why bother?"

Good idea for an interactive app experience, but I have had horrible luck with the entire app crashing out completely and logging me off each time causing me to have to reinstall several times before I finally just removed it. Way too unstable.
The app freezes and crashes out constantly. I tried to redeem a code, waited 10 minutes, still nothing changed. I closed the app, opened it tried again and it said my code was already used. that code had 25 which are all gone now. Tried another code I got, it was accepted but then froze on a screen with Aladdin. This app is bugged and does not work properly or consistently.
I was excited to open a special holiday box with the free keys. It wanted me to enter my social security number and upload my DL. that's too much for pins.
I'm not really sure what this is for. It's kind of cool to see the designs, but they're just online pins. Not sure what the point is.
can't sign up and app looks blank when I open it. can't even start it to try it out.
