Im paying for the one with ads so I dont have a problem with the ads. my problem is when let's say you miss something and have to rewind a bit, but you happen to pass the point where ads play, you have to rematch all the ads and you cant even skip. once you pass the point of ads you dont make us watch them again. garbage company Disney just needs to go out of business or sold off to someone who knows how to operate a corporation.

possibly the worst streaming app I've ever used. Slow, buggy, crashes frequently, and struggles with basic playback functions. Disney has good content, but the app itself is incredibly frustrating to use.
Why am I paying to still get ads? the point of streaming was to pay and not get the ads. dont waste your money its the same as cable or satellite at this point

Doesn't work! On 2025 Sony Bravia 65xr8x app shuts down right after the start up screen. Cache cleared, uninstalled & reinstalled with no improvement. Would give 0 stars if that was an option
Abysmal service since I was forced to uninstall/reinstall apps after some server catastrophe on or about June 20th. I now have to login every time I want to use Disney+. The app crashes multiple times during attempts to use the service. I am an elderly person, alone who just wishes for peace and consistency in products I can barely afford. I expected more from a billion dollar company promising a quality service. If you can do without, don't waste $ until it's fixed.

Error Code 83 For this to be happening on all devices on mobile data and my wifi. im talking phones tablets tv playstation PC. like this needs to be fixed. im genuinely upset and about to cancel my subscription.

used to work on Nvidia shield pro not anymore . open then closes . Immediately. followed direction with customer support still nothing. going to let it go. customer support for months won't change what they tell everyone like myself and most are given up telling support to find answers.
I am so sick of the add space I will cancel and never buy anything that's advertised with them

Doesn't really work with Chromecast. the number of times I've had to listen to the stupid 3 second Disney logo sound loop because the app can't figure out how to make a video advance is truly ridiculous. I have to disconnect from chromecast, load up a video, wait 10 seconds, then cast to the tv. A streaming app shouldn't be so insanely difficult to use. Get rid of your shamelessly self-promoting 3 second bumper on every video.
the app doesn't work. it tries to start the Ad, but all I get is the annoying circle. I can't watch my favourite programs. I think it's best I just cancel. no point paying for something that don't work. even have same issue on my dad's sky with Disney. it struggles to start the Ad forcing us in limbo unable to watch the programme. someone definitely needs to be fired.
Need to go to external website to adjust subscription. Cant use phone for email and password sign in on TV anymore. Really annoying. Have to pay for 4 devices for 4k, i only need 1 device but have to pay more. Makes you watch entire credits before autoplay to next episode. If you want to respect the workers, why not 1 credits at the end of the series. Cancelled subscription. Disney dont care about customers.

Disney is supposed to be about magic. Where is the magic in waiting 5 minutes for 2 ads to load, the app crashes then I re-open it only to have to watch the ads again? This billion dollar company has a slower streaming than pirated sites AND ads while the app charges monthly? It's a mix of greed and incompetence and it's pathetic.
Absoluta basura de aplicación, al transmitir la pantalla a mi televisor no se ve la imagen, sólo la pantalla en negro y el audio. No pierdan su dinero en estas basuras. Encima colocan anuncios en los partidos del Mundial. ¿Es que no les estoy pagando o qué?, para que me coloquen a ver una pantalla en negro

the app suck more now, the last update of the app (made against my will because i disabled the update in the play store) keeps on bugging, every time i select a title an error message appears briefly also sometimes the app won't play the next episode and just bring me back to the main menu. I don't know how you could drop the ball even more.
They really need to fix this. It will randomly log you out, then requires you to use the qr code to log back in, which would be fine, if it actually worked. Every time it takes up to half an hour to log in. This is not what I'm paying for.....
If you like decades old shows or shows for kids, that's all they have. And you'll still pay too much for 4 minutes of content followed by 2 minutes of ads. This is a joke.
