SCAM ALERT. I paid for the 1 year subscription in the app and it took my money but said my subscription could not be created. I've contacted their customer support, but I've gotten no response. Looks like they're just trying to steal people's money.
Well currently the app keeps showing a ride that is closed for refurbishment as having a 16 min wait line. And the tips for line times have been incorrect
Wait times WAY inaccurate, doesn't update. Confusing and not easy to use. After an hour in the park trying to use this app, I gave up from frustration. NOT RECOMMENDED even if it was free!
What a disappointment! In the past I've used it multiple times for Disneyland and Universal Studios Orlando. However, this visit to Disneyland, it wouldn't refresh in a timely manner, wait times were WAY off, and the guidance overall was horrible. I ended up missing one of the rides on our top 3 wish list because of the plan I was following!! Halfway through, I was only using it to track rides we had rode. Don't waste your time or $! The Disney app + pure common sense faired much better.

App said wait time for Radiator Racers at California Adventure was 30 minutes. 1 hour and 5 minutes later I'm still in line and at least 20 minutes more wait. Estimate model obviously has some faults.
The Disney posted wait times are consistently more accurate than the predicted wait times.

Why waste so much space when (I presume) most users are using this on a phone? I looked, but couldn't find a setting for "compact" or something else that gets more info per screen? I like that I can tag favorites and filter on that, but it's so sad to get 4 rides per screen instead of a lot more.
The plans in the preview were the same ones we got after we subscribed and
there wasn't one that met our family needs. We ended up using the Disney
app with fast passes and did almost every ride in the park in one day.

Not very helpful when at California Adventures. It doesn't update plans properly, doesn't take into account what rides are closed, really it didn't help because it didn't include all information.
I love the chat, many fine, helpful people. The objective data is often way out of date, especially the menus. Wait time predictions are essentially useless being based on the false premise that the wait on a date in the past will translate to that same date in the future. The crowd calendar is often laughably wrong.
Useful for ride times, but they are free with other apps. Not worth paying for as their expected times were way off and Disney official times much more accurate. Advice not worth having as changed every few minutes, one minute ride any time and then a few minutes later it changes to ride now as queues getting longer.
