I can't get app to advance to let me use lightning lane pass that I paid for but can't use

Guests are now required to manage both tickets and park reservations, effectively doubling the work just to enter a park. The app only adds to the frustration-forcing users to track multiple confirmation numbers, reservation IDs, and other identifiers with no clear, streamlined flow. Instead of reducing effort, it increases the burden on the customer at every step. what a waste
Keeps crashing right after start up
We are trying to buy tickets and this stupid app keeps having errors. We've tried 3 credit cards and every time it errors and all the information gets deleted. This app pisses me off.
Nothing in this app makes any kind of sense, it's like it was designed by monkeys
terrible app! kept closing on me, barely got to use it. got my lightening lanes refunded and only got 2 complimentary lightening lane passes to compensate my frustration with this app. ridiculous!

A truly terrible app, you can do everything in one place, except only 20% of it actually functions as intended.
Doesn't preload meal cards onto account
A necessary evil if you go to Disneyland. It's just awful...so non-intuitive. Seems intentionally designed with all kinds of stuff that interferes with finding and reserving high demand rides. In DCA, fast passes for Guardians and Soarin are gone by 8:45 a.m.
I can't even ceeate an account. It sends an email, which by the time I have switched over and got the code then switched back to the app, it puts me back at the beginning of the create an account process. USELESS!
it was awful. everytime we logged in, it would kick us out. we were unable to use our lightning passes so disappointed.

this app is so far behind the competition. example, legoland app was a breeze through and this one was such a struggle that we ended up using manual map along with the app
the process of swiping between tickets is excessively frustrating. there needs to be buttons to change between tickets.
We went to DL/CA 3/8 - 3/10/2026 for our daughter's 10th birthday. We had 3‐day Park Hopper's w/ LL & found that LL was a big waste of money. Every day it was difficult to schedule a ride as most of the popular rides didn't have availability or LL wasn't an option. Lines were long, rides were closed (Star Wars) & rides kept breaking (Matterhorn, Spiderman, big coaster at CA, etc.). We finally gave up & left early on 3/10 because we weren't able to go on Guardians, etc. So disappointing. 😞
I think they cram way too much into the app and make it very difficult to navigate. Links directing you to everywhere and everything. That should be reserved for their website. The app should focus on what's going on when you're at the park. Even without that, basic functions are convoluted. I can't even add my cc to the app, only able to do it on the website.
