I wish I quit getting knocked offline because half the time I'm offline and that's why I'm not getting any orders can this be fixed so I don't get knocked offline all the time it is ridiculous it never used to be like that thank you

Same approach occurred on other gig apps that do not allow any kind of reset for fairness' sake.
day 163 without an order worth taking. about to lose my account. no way of communicating. unless you have a van this would be 20 dollar orders
I don't like this updated version because it turns you off so you can't see any orders and you don't even know that you're turned off that is a bad feature
Been signed up for months and haven't even gotten a order to cover my $40 background check. App sucks!!

This app is garbage. Constantly freezing. I have to force close and open again. Very inconsistent. I'll get 5 deliveries one day then 0 the next day. What a waste of time.

I tried to sign up but it's not letting me saying there's not availability in all states such a waste of time after I tried it.
Abused by them! Don't drive for them if you want to heard, collaborate and be respected for your feedback. I told them how it was in the field and they promptly cancelled me. They don't give a damn about what you think or how you feel. Their attitude is that I should be grateful for their occasional loads. Dispatch believes they and the customers can walk all over us. This is the second driver app that couldn't take realistic feedback. Maturity level zero!
Dispatch is an ok app to use for making money delivering various items, but only if you drive a van or box truck. I started delivering for Dispatch about in 2022, using my SUV and was making GREAT MONEY. Dispatch was keeping me busy 95% of the time. Then, something changed. I stopped receiving orders, even though Dispatch touted me as one of their top 50 drivers in the company. Now I'm lucky to deliver 5-10 orders a month. Not worth it if you don't have a vehicle larger than an SUV.
I love this app but all of a sudden it's not allowing me to take photos within the app to complete deliveries... Has anybody been having problems with this same issue... I am using the Samsung Z-Fold phone... It was working fine for a few years but just stopped allowing me to take pictures... Maybe there is a fix that I may have missed... (I already checked permissions, Uninstalled/reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, etc)...
