Do not use this app. Its a scam. At first everything works fine then nothing works. can't delete or re release anything. can't fix any issues with releases unless you give them 90 dollars for an upgrade. but why would I pay more for an app that isn't working as it should already??

DON'T BOTHER! Just don't! it's ai operated, the people in it if any at all just copy and paste for problems they refuse to fix that's their apps fault/bug. pretty much they will violate the agreement!

I paid for a 1-year subscription and I set up my first album to be put on Spotify and YouTube music. I gave them a long time to set things up for the release date. they did not release any of my music on either platform. I contacted them and they told me they would fix the problem. They had over two to three weeks to fix the problem. They refused to give me a refund and give me an update on the issue. I used my bank to get a refund. I feel like I was scammed.
The process is slow and unreliable half of my platforms have not received my music there is no tutorial for a outdated and idiotic UI build which is ridiculous? And if my music is now being distributed, why am I paying a yearly subscription? I will be moving to CD baby there I pay once and my music stays up i'd rather deal with their royalties than the incompetence of this malfunctioning distributor

App is useless when 2FA fails. No code sent as SMS with 4digit code. Support couldn't fix it. Now I'm locked out and can't release music. Looking for a new distributor. I get this message so many times: [We had trouble sending a verification text message to your mobile phone. Please check that you entered your mobile phone and country code correctly.]

Every time I upload on Thursday or Friday my tracks aren't uploaded to YouTube... this has happened so much and it's stopping me from making money. also withdrawal fees are outrageous from Tipalti.. worst I've ever seen for any service

nagbayad ako ng 1400 pero hind ko magamit ang apps dahil humihingi p sila ng another payment gamit ang atm card . nakalagay hindi daw counted ang subcription ko sa google play via gcash or maya apps kailangan bank payment . so nakalagay dto sa apps kht sa paypal pede mag bayad pero pag nakasubscribe ka na sa plan. dun mo makikita bago k maka upload need mo muna mag subscribe .. kaya maliwanag na ito ay isang SCAM.bakit hinahayaan ito na i promote sa meta at nakalagay pa is #1 plat form its a BAD
I will be moving over to a different distribution app as soon as I have the money. This app is ALWAYS giving errors, logging me out and saying my card has been declined when what I paid for has been paid for over a month. Absolute garbage app because of all of the headaches it is causing.

God forbid you lose access to your Gmail account and can't remember your old debit card info. No actual customer service phone number after years in the business seems like a lazy business tactic to me. There is no other way to verify your account if you lose access to these, apparently, which is ridiculous. I tried to return and build on the platform that I started with, but it seems y'all really don't care about your people, huh?
It's hard to use I purchased the musician plan and couldn't use the program so I cancelled the plan and really I need my money back please

Constantly glitching.

I can't access my promo cards. I can't do anything. this started happening about a month ago. before that it was flawless and no problems whatsoever. idk what's going on now. but it is unusable.
the glitching is insanely bad please fix this
Customer service is inept. At this point I am hoping that having them sell my songs, willl be a good experience. i don't like hoping like this. i would like to be confident that they know what they're doing. but I just try to set up the merch account to sell t shirts and coffee mugs, and they had no clue what they were doing. often in middle of a conversation, they just disappeared. they would either answer me an email or refer me to the email if they didn't disappear. There was no real concern
Worked great up until now. Opened the app and was met with an error that kicked me out. Tried logging back in and the app acts like I'm starting a new account, asking me to pay for a plan that I'm already paying for. For some reason, the support email address won't work for me either. App is up-to-date. Need this fixed asap, otherwise no sense in paying $24.99/ year for an app I can't even use anymore.
