(1) New Überweisungs always default to "Dauerauftrag" which is illogical and causes trouble. Default should Single transfer. Example: you scan a QR Code for payment for a doctor bill and it's not sent initially because it's automatically setup as a Dauerauftrag (2) Total balance is inconsistent, often wrong, for up to 2 weeks per month (3) Country controls useless; doesn't prevent foreign online transactions. (4) credit and debit card pincodes can't be changed, most banks offer this today.

The app kills other apps while it is running. This is especially bad when you need to confirm a payment in the DKB App and have to return to the payment process on another app. All the time I realize that the payment process is stuck because the DKB App has killed the other app (e.g. a browser) while I was confirming the payment.

Seit einer Woche stürzt die App auf dem Smartphone meiner Frau ohne Fehlermeldung ab, noch bevor die PIN-Abfrage oder die Aufforderung für den Fingerabdruck angezeigt wird. Ich bin nicht sicher, wann es zuletzt funktioniert hat. Glücklicherweise funktioniert sie noch auf meinem Gerät, so dass wir auch weiterhin Überweisungen durchführen können, aber toll ist anders. Gebt mir bitte die einfache App nur für die Bestätigung der Anmeldung am PC zurück! Ich brauche kein Banking auf dem Smartphone.
Funktioniert aber die permanenten Änderungen am wording und interface nerven

Suddenly the biometric login is not possible anymore. After using my finger for so long to log in I didn't remember my password, my account was blocked, it was not possible to reset the password as the form to do so it's not working. I sent several e-mails, only option is to get a letter with a new password, I'm traveling outside Germany so it was not helpful. Thanks to a friend I got my new password, however the app only reloads again and again the login page, there is no way. HELP.

Contact by email is very very difficult. Queries & complaints aren't answered. The free magazine downloads still don't work & yet DKB keep advertising it! Expensive depot transaction costs. No watch-list option. If the AI system can't answer a query , it just leaves you without an answer. Not customer-friendly.
Nach Betrug, neue VISA Debit karte zeigt nicht in der App oder online. Nur die alte, gesperrte Karte zeigt. Ich habe 4 mal mit Call Center gesprochen. Meistens die Kollegen sind unhöflich und hat nicht die Problem gelost. Mein VISA debit karte funktioniert und zeigt noch nicht.
login nicht mehr möglich auf neuem Handy, app hängt I'm bootloop fest nach Eingabe der Daten bricht die App ab und startet neu. 3x Daten gelöscht, neu installiert, auf Update gewartet, einfach Schrott diese app. ohne mein altes Handy wäre ich nun aufgeschmissen.

Wenn man zur SMS-Überprüfung kommt, startet die Erstanmeldung erneut von vorn, SMS wird auch nicht geschickt. Habe es mehrfach von verschiedenen WLAN-Netzen probiert (im Ausland), Samsung S24. Auf dem alten Handy geht es zum Glück noch.
App quality is abysmal. Something doesn't work all the time. The fun part is: In many cases I can't even report a bug because of another bug in support section of the app! P.S. Right now I can't receive instant payments from other banks.
dynamisch werden ganz oben wo die Kontoübersicht ist Werbung oder Hinweise geladen, heißt man hat den Finger auf seinem Konto aber dann kommt die Werbung rein und man drückt da drauf - schiebt die Hinweise und Werbung gefälligst runter unter die Konten oder reserviert oben einen festen Platz und ladet und schiebt nicht das UI dynamisch rum.
Echtzeit Überweisung standard mäßig aus und muss aktiv eingeschaltet werden. Je länger ich bei der DKB bin desto attraktiver werden neo Banken

DKB should start a deep code review of the app ! There is a backdoor hidden which gives unauthorized access to people who knows about it. I have done 3 tests on 3 different mobile phones, changing the DKB access password 3 times and everytime, on an interval of some weeks, some scammer called me to tell me that some unauthorized transfer was done and ask me to accept the push-app notification in order for him to indetify me, but in fact he was searching to link the app to another movile device
Die alte DKB-App war gut. Diese hier hat nur noch rudimentäre Basis-Funktionen. Ich brauche keinen Chatbot, sondern die Möglichkeit, Buchungen zu finden. Fur die App existieren Buchungen aber nur 36 Monate, danach werden sie nicht mehr angezeigt! Das soll eine Bankung App sein?! So geht online banking nicht!
Qualitätsprobleme allover.Das bisher vollwertige Internet-Banking der DKB wurde abgeschaltet, und durch den begrenzten Funktionsumfang der App ersetzt. Diese App ist schlechter als das vorherige online-Banking, und war eher eine Ergänzung dazu. Der früher mal exzellente support wurde ausgelagert, und stochert ahnungslos im Dunkeln. Fazit: ich überlege,die Bank zu wechseln nach 15+ Jahren. PS:Auch die angebotenen "notification channels" der App funktionieren nicht wie beschrieben.
Edit: Es wird nur schlimmer. Neues Handy, & gar nichts geht mehr. Bei jedem Registrierungsversuch kommt nur "internal error", wenn die SMS geschickt werden soll. Ganz herrlich, wenn man ohne App neuerdings nicht mehr ans Konto kommt. ... Alt: Lächerlich, daß man gezwungen wird, eine derart unzuverlässige App zu nutzen. Mal funktioniert sie, mal nicht. Wer auf Kreditkartenzahlung für Onlinekäufe angewiesen ist, sollte sich vermutlich eine andere Bank suchen.
that's it!!! i hate this app so much it's insane!!!! so the absolute abysmal verification of visa payments is the worst on this planet. when i start to enter my pin to confirm the payment in the app, the keyboard randomly closes and the CANCEL Button is in the EXACT position of the keyboard!!!!!!!! whoever designed this got the wrong job. i canceled the payment now like 5 times because this happens. you guys seriously have no clue what you are doing. still happens. only in this app.

die Umstellung auf ein neues Telefon klappt nicht, trotz Bemühungen des supports.
mega-nervig, dass man zum Login in die Kinderkonten jedes Mal per Zugang wechseln die App komplett neu einrichten muss - und dann wieder beim Wechsel zurück auf das eigene Konto. Geht gar nicht. Andere Banken (praktisch alle) kriegen das besser hin.

DKB hat sich geweigert bis sie von der EU-Richtlinie gezwungen wurden, Sofort- Überweisungen zu implementieren und nun sind sie noch nicht mal der Default, sondern man muss jedes Mal dran denken, den Schalter umzulegen. Sehr unpraktisch. So viele Neobanken sind Meilen voraus mit UI und UX, DKB wird keinerlei junge Kunden gewinnen und aussterben, wenn sie nicht bald das Ruder rumreissen.
Und wieder einmal mehr schafft es die DKB nachhaltig schlecht zu sein. Nachdem es die DKB endlich, als so ziemlich die letzte Bank geschafft hat, die Echtzeit-Überweisung einzuführen, ist diese Option NICHT als Standard gesetzt! WHY?! Es gibt nicht einmal die Option, diese als Standard zu setzen! Und kommt mir jetzt nicht mit "Sicherheit" oder so einem BS. Die Empfängerdaten werden sowieso abgeglichen! KEIN Wero, KEINE Pockets, KEINE Möglichkeit Bargerd einzuzahlen!! Das wars endgültig für mich.

All is good except the fact, that when moving money between my accounts (Tagesgeld and the normal one). I would get the notification, that the owner of the account doesn't match, which is strange as both are mine, and also as I have no possibility to change it...

Since the last update end of April,I can't lock into the DKB app. I'm forced to renew my logging in, username with passwort, app pin, accept fingerprint input and then the automated OTP is created. The problem is now, this page is only visible for 3 seconds, you can't hold it and the whole circle started from the beginning and I'm anyway not able to receive an OTP in the Philippines. I'm running out of money now and the only option in the moment is, to drive 70 km, one way to the next ATM.
Funktioniert sicher und ist übersichtlich. Ich fände es schon sehr wichtig, dass man durch simple Statistiken einen Überblick über Einnahmen, Ausgaben, kontostandentwicklung ... direkt in der app bekommt und solch intime Daten nicht noch mit weiteren Apps teilen muss.
quite good except you cannot see your CC number in the app (eg when you need it for websites). very annoying. so I end up using DKB CC less than my others.
The app does very basic things. My biggest problem with it is that I have to reinstall it once a month because it won't process any transactions I make. It just keeps loading and never goes through. As soon as I reinstall it it works. UI is very limited. Very much behind the industry standard.
Warum wird nicht jedes Mal die "Anmeldung bestätigen" notification an die app geschickt? Es nervt nur noch, weil es eine Glückssache ist, ob man gerade etwas überweisen kann oder nicht!
I find the app limited at best, unreliable at worst. Especially Push Notifications are a problem for me - they work sometimes and sometimes - especially when you need to confirm a payment urgently - they flat out dont. Aside from the technical problems, the app offers bare bones functionality. Enough for simple day to day use. Nothing to write home about.
