some items were missing so often if we raise a issue also they won't respond well, they will speak like robots with repeated words, multiple times Ive face some items missing. they wantedly doing this kind of activities with delivery agents...

It's Pethetic for last 3 days they are not able to deliver the order. The order that came first was damaged. Cuwtomwr care si not resolve the problem. It's unprofessional behavior It's harressment and torture Calling thrice a day is not helping me getting my order delivered or resolution This is the second time They have defaulted in delivery. Last 3 days being harnessed by this. it's better to buy from local kirana shop rather then buying from them. it's really unprofessional behavior

Not Worth Downloading If You Are Not In Mumbai Even If You Are In Delhi
This mobile app is not working anymore on Android 5 verison after so many years. During payment process, it gives error and the page get auto refresh. Multiple cases created for issue with customer care but not yet resolved. Sadly I have uninstalled it today and buying grocery and other requirements via local vendors.
I gave 1 stars because the public is being misled with false claims. Vatika shampoo 340 ml is ₹155 on Zepto, and ₹143 in D-Mart - only ₹12 difference. Then why is it being shown as 50% off? You people should feel ashamed. Such a big company and such a big lie. You should have written “discount” instead of “50% off.”
