there are many food products in the app that say something different and when you see the pack in person it's different. Everything is Fake. Cheating people. For example I was looking for o maida biscuits and it gave me a lengthy list. After ordering and checking the products at home they were all 100 % maida. Disgusting. Fooling people . Worst place to order online. I don't even think that they would have re funded the money as it was quite a lot.
worst app. without selecting delivery location it not letting you in. whatever location we input not serviceable even nearby dmart. then why this app they created. just for keep in play store
Very disappointing experience. I tried multiple delivery locations, but every single one showed "Area Not Serviceable." I even checked an address right next to the D-Mart store, and it still displayed the same message. If so many nearby locations are unavailable, the app should clearly mention its actual service areas instead of wasting customers' time. Please improve your location coverage or fix the location detection issue.
I had ordered dated 1st July for 2nd July 11am to 2pm home delivery the order got delayed to 3rd July on 3rd July that to after scheduled time given around 4.30pm the delivery guy comes outside my building and says you have to come down and take your order.. I wil not deliver at your home.. Note despite being only 2 floors with 2 escalators. I also said you can bring tempo inside my building ....he said I won't deliver at home depsite taking home delivery and went return with my ordered goods.

3rd class application totally fraud application hai
Very disappointed. About a month ago, I successfully received a delivery in Jaipur through this app. Now, the app says service is unavailable in Jaipur. What makes it worse is that the latest update still claims delivery is available there. This is confusing and misleading. Please provide accurate service information or fix the issue if it's a bug. Customers should not be promised service in a city where the app refuses to accept orders.
Worst App and Its Location Accuracy. My house is hardly 2 km from dmart and its showing area is unserviceable
Recieved a damaged product on 2nd July till now no response
D Mart products are of good quality and reasonably priced. However, I am facing an issue with delivery. The delivery partner says they cannot deliver to my 3rd floor because there is no lift and claims this is company policy. If doorstep delivery is not available, there is no benefit in ordering online. Please look into this issue and ensure it does not happen again. Thank you.
