this app not safe and poor response
I paid EMI 2 days before due date but on the due date there's an auto debit. I tried contacting support which non-existent dumb AI but from the FAQs I learnt that any extra debit will be adjusted in the next month so I was cool. But now it's the next month and already I'm bombarded with payment due messages. Who should I complain this? I don't want to get marked up as miss payment as it might affect my credit score. Disgusting situation created by your faulty system.

In my experience, DIM Finance has been very disappointing. They have too many hidden charges that are not clearly explained at the time of taking the loan. Customers often end up paying much more than expected because of these extra fees. The lack of transparency makes the entire process feel unfair and misleading. very bad and disappointing experience after closing loan still showing as active in their application with no outstanding. what the heck is this, i have closed this years back. fraud people and fraud activity. never take loan from DMI.. i donot recommend this application
This company is useless. I have taken loan from it twice, auto debited it but now they reject the loan.

this app is not working properly
poor service.. they approve the loan but from 2 weeks no physical verification.. customer service call waiting time in hours & after picking disconnecting it.. no reply to mails as well.. overall worst finance company
Very disappointing worst experience with DMI Finance. The app keeps sending notifications saying that I'm eligible for a loan. However, whenever I apply, my application is immediately rejected. I have also paid my EMIs on time, but my account is not updated properly, which is very frustrating. Please avoid giving misleading loan eligibility notifications if the application is going to be rejected anyway. very worst app i recommened not use this app.

Honestly, the shopkeeper has attached the name of Bajaj in this finance, it is so rubbish, neither customer care facility nor anything, I will not take it again, whoever takes it will regret this finance. tum long kabhi call receive karte hain kya jo customer cayar se sampark karunga ,
