Send more then 3 times all the proof about cancel the order to customer support They called me today and ask details again And said we will call you back after sending again all the screenshot and details still there is no response This is something what where governement should look this type Of Issues where common people are facing Lots of issues Loan is issued order is canceled by me its been more then 8 days and still no refund and flipkart show refund processed and There is still issue open

worst app ever. you pay on time still it won't reflect on the account. then they'll put charges for delay which you paid on time. and you can't get any customer care support notoriously hard to connect. and then they're rude unhelpful. please find some other app never use their survices

DMI is one of the worst finance services I’ve experienced. I had enough balance in my account, but their system failed to auto-debit my EMI on time. Instead of fixing their mistake, they added extra late fees. I immediately paid the EMI manually, yet my phone is still locked. This is unfair, unprofessional, and feels like harassment. Customers should not suffer because of DMI’s technical failure. Terrible service, zero accountability, and no respect for customers.
बहुत खराब अनुभव रहा DMI Finance के साथ। मैंने अपना पेमेंट 7-8 दिन पहले ही कर दिया था, लेकिन अभी तक मेरे अकाउंट में कोई अपडेट नहीं हुआ। कई बार कस्टमर सपोर्ट से बात की, उन्होंने कहा कि issue देख रहे हैं, लेकिन अभी तक कोई action नहीं लिया गया। इतनी धीमी service और खराब support की वजह से काफी परेशानी हुई। अगर समय पर payment update नहीं कर सकते तो customers को unnecessary stress क्यों दिया जाता है? उम्मीद थी कि जल्दी समाधान मिलेगा, लेकिन experience बहुत disappointing रहा।

i was timely paid loan but not get offer after clear i need urgency but they did not give and main first i taken loan from Googlepay my loan amount 38600credited 2 time 38600+ 38600 but nobody asked about this but i returned in one day i personally called customer care and returned the amount even though they couldn't think about this very worst service if i spend an extra amount what they do only bakar wala diya yee dmi loans🤔🤔🤔😡😡😡
Just had to download this app to give one star rating. I have blocked so many numbers of DMI finance and yet it continously calls and what's app from different numbers. Please stop this immediately or else I will be forced to complaint to relevant departments. This is mental harassment

even after multiple complaints no resolution was received. i recommend negative ratings for this app. ticket is opened, no response to my mails. i suggest google pay to remove them from your platform.
purchased a Vivo X300 Pro on loan through DMI Finance. I made the first payment of ₹4,502 on May 2. The due date is May 5, but it has still not been updated in the DMI app. My loan outstanding amount is showing the same. I’m also unable to reach customer support.”

worst experience i purchased samsung mobile in DMI finance. From oct 2025 to May 2026, this may month is my last EMI. They bounced the payment even the payment was in my bank account. How it will be happened?? Actually I had excess payment apart from the EMI value... Now they send the message pay the EMi amount with cheque return charges. Hereafter won't try the finance

DMI finance never provide any personal loan and any bussines loan but you will receive more then 50 message in a day that you are eligible for loan rs------ but actually when you download and install and check result will zzzzzzeeeeerrrrooo, actually is was an every day april fool.
