can no longer log in as it's asking for a non existent device password that you can't access or change. used to be able to add with bar code and away.
Very poor, Pathetic Experience whenever I try to watch most of the time shows cameras offline... Not recommended if developers didn't sort this out.
I don't know why, but in the latest update, the human detection notifications are arriving very late. Even when connected to Wi-Fi and mobile data, most notifications arrive late. sometimes with delays of 7 minutes, other times of 40 minutes
App was working great until i updated now the cameras keep going offline and the only way to reset is to turn the power off and on, a bit hard to do when your not home. please fix the problem and i will change the rating

Can only watch live on screen, nothing stored and system has reverted to year 2000. I didn't even have the cameras then
Struggles to load video stream (even when standing next to the router). Now I'm getting smoke alarm notifications every hour. Which is weird as they aren't connected to this system, and the units they're notifying me about aren't those I've got installed.
I keep getting alerts regarding a smoke alarm device I don't even have. I can't make it stop, after selecting I've read the notification as a message it still continues to alert me every hour.
