"PhonenummberNotValid" i know my Number, everybody can reach me over it... but the app said its invalid... but its not invalid! You code is invalid ! Lern to code! Stop waste our time.

Edit: Merci pour la reponse de bot inutile, j'ai bien sur désactivé tout ce qui était possible dans les paramètres mais ca ne concerne las les notifications des rdv a venir / ni des alertes pour rdv plus tôt
Unusable app that's only gotten worse throughout the years & still actively enabling fraud despite the court ruling against them. No ability to rate practitioners in the app, & again enabling private practices to FRAUDULENTLY list themselves in searches meant to filter for *available* appointments for publicly insured patients with no option to report or even block them! It's the last straw, don't bother with any insulting disingenuous excuses for mistreating already vulnerable users this way!
Es muss ganz dringend mal unterbunden werden dass die ganzen Schönheitskliniken ihre Selbstzahlertermine unter "gesetzlich versichert" eintragen. Damit machen die die Suchfunktion komplett nutzlos und man muss such durch ein Dschungel unseriöser Terminangebote kämpfen bis man einen richtigem Termin findet. Bin in Berlin. Die APP war mal eine bequeme Art einen Arzt zu finden, und ist wie so viel andere Dinge durch Leute, die das System austricksen wollen nutzlos geworden.

The App refuses to log me in! I log in every time and it just takes me to the same screen! I have to always use the web version because of this! The App is useless if I cannot log into my account

A frustrating app, especially when trying to respond to earlier appointments (waiting list active)! Earlier appointment is there -> click notification -> type last name initial -> A “Retry again” error appears on a blank page. Try it another way and click the link in the email notification -> Sorry, the appointment is already gone : ( -> And to top it all off, you are logged out of the app 🙄. Correction: the login doesn’t even last a day on the app AND the website 😂! A useless app!

isn't there any easy way to contact support, waiting since 30 mins after getting appointment via app in the clinic and the receptionist is calling random people, My time is as precious as everyone elses
One of the most incompetent apps I've ever used. Everything hinges on you being able to verify your phone number, but that system doesn't work. No matter WHAT number you put in the system thinks it already exists on another account. How is anyone scheduling appointments with this $#!t?
Extrem nervig und kaum nutzbar. Seit vielen Jahren die gleichen dummen Grammatikfehler, und vor allem wird der Suchfilter "nur gesetzlich versichert" konsequent ignoriert, im besten Fall verrät die Übersicht schon "Privatpraxis", oft kommt die Überraschung erst nach ein paar Klicks und manchmal ernsthaft einen Schritt vor der verbindlichen Buchung. Schön, wenn die Antwort von Doctolib ernst gemeint wäre, es scheint aber Absicht zu sein.

Just impossible to access my account. it keeps verifying if l am human access. This cloud IP checking is useless and slow down the use of the plateforme. So stupid this cloud Gate.
Useless would be an improvement. It is. ot capable of navigating the complexities of my phine number being previously registered by someone else who no longer has it. seriously, this cannot be a unique occurrence.
Cette application était top mais depuis des quelques mois j'arrive pas prendre rendez vous car chaque fois quand je clique sur option Prendre rendez-vous, ça avance pas. toujours resté bloqué sur même page. j'ai déjà désinstallé et installé mais ça marche pas de tout..!

The filters don’t work properly. For example, when selecting “public insurance,” many private doctors still appear in the results. In addition, a lot of the listed doctors don’t accept online appointments, and their availability isn’t visible. Why are these doctors even included on the app?what’s the point of listing them on the app?
Use of a fake language, not proper German.
Sehr schwerig. Nicht "User friendly". Ich wollte einfach eine Mitteilung schicken... unmöglich! Passwort nicht akzeptiert obwohl es die Forderung trifft. Hilfe Seite in französisch! Bio login nicht möglich! Altmodisch. Tastatur deckt die Eingabe Taste ab.
Lässt mich nicht rein wegen der VPN. Ich kompromittiere meine Sicherheit online nicht dafür.
Very poor experience using this app. Logging in takes a very long time, and fingerprint authentication can take dozens of seconds to complete. I also tried contacting the developers by email, but never received any response.
Si c'est gratuit, c'est vous le produit. Sur Doctolib, les clients sont les médecins et pas les patients. Tout est orienté pour satisfaire les médecins et pas les patients. Pourrait-on avoir des abonnements payants pour les patients et être enfin pris en considération ?
Entreprise quasi-monopolistique au service des médecins et pas des patients. Si c'est gratuit, c'est vous le produit. Les professionnels de santé ont le droit de ne pas honorer les rendez-vous, sans subir aucune sanction et en restant sur la plateforme. Les patients sont des marchandises. M'empêche de prendre un 2eme RDV chez un généraliste parce que j'en ai déjà un prévu dans 1 semaine pour une maladie chronique. Donc, je ne peux pas consulter ailleurs pour un problème semi urgent avant.
Horrible filtering. If you make yourself as publicly insured in Germany, it still shows you all the private doctors. This way you have to sift through pages and pages of it. Same problem for many years. how can this be so hard? fix it!

As someone insured under Germany’s public health system, I find it incredibly frustrating that Doctolib shows doctors as “accepting public health insurance,” but when I try to book an appointment, only self-pay (private) slots are available.This is misleading and frustrating especially when someone is in pain and urgently looking for medical help. If a practice currently offers appointments only for private patients or self-payers, this should be clearly visible. Seriously guys !!!!!
Great app, available in English too. But I have a problem: when activating fingerprint login, it also still requires password input, which seems like a bug. I can't find where to report this, so I put it here.

Nach wie vor werden teilweise reine Privatärzte trotz der angeblich überarbeiteten Filterfunktion angezeigt. Das Urteil aus Berlin hat nichts gebracht.
Termine sind frei, aber die Bestätigung schlägt fehl. Man muss einen neuen Account anlegen, dann geht es. 😵
they have one single notification category through which they send both ads and reminders for your appointments. you disabled ad notifications? have fun missing your appointments.
si c'est gratuit, c'est vous le produit. pour Doctolib, un patient est une marchandise au même titre qu'un sac de pomme de terre. Les clients sont les soignants. Doctolib décide qui vous avez le droit de consulter. si vous avez un rdv chez votre médecin référent que vous voyez pour une maladie chronique, il vous interdira de prendre un rdv en urgence pour aller voir un autre généraliste, pour votre bien. 1984.
Nicht nutzbar. Scheitert schon am captcha (unendlicher loop). Ich gehe nunmal ausschließlich mit VPN online. Diese App fliegt gleich wieder runter.

This app is SO BAD for public insured people. It doesn't filter well for private/public doctors. Sometimes, it flat-out offers you doctors who don't see public patients. EDIT: I got a corporate response but it's an insulting one which sounds like an excuse for bad design. Self-payer options are fine, but mixing them with public availability is misleading! A simple “only gesetzlich” filter would fix this. I decreased my review in one point for this lack of respect.
Privatpraxisanzeige trotz gesetzlicher Versicherungsfilter und trotz Gerichtsurteil. Trotz einem Urteil des LG Berlin II vom 15.01.26 hat sich an dem Verhalten und der Anzeige nichts geändert. Ich suche z.B. nach einem Hautarzt in Berlin, gesetzliche Versicherung und Verfügbarkeit innerhalb 7 Tage. Es werden fast nur Privatpraxen angezeigt. Besser wäre "mit Ihrem Filter gibt's es keine verfügbaren Termine". Sonst funktioniert die App schon ziemlich gut.
Je n'arrive plus à me connecter sur l'application, ni à consulter ou modifier mes rdv ! De plus les données transitent visiblement par clouflare qui correspond pour moi à une énorme faille de sécurité surtout pour le respect de la vie privée et les données médicales. Dorénavant application à fuir !
The user experience is so bad that I nearly get a heart attack when using it. When searching for a doctor I have to insert my searches 1000 times, going back takes mtiple steps then entering all data again. In the search it shows available times which then later are not available anymore, so you tk go through a lot of doctors to really find an appointment, everytime going many steps back to enter data again. This app makes me wish back the times where I had to call the doctor and wait 2 hours.
Everytime I launch app it request me a password. It's not how app should work.
So many bugs, I booked appointment with one physician and it shows another one's name. Keep logging me out while booking. Sends one information on mail and app shows different information.
