Not user friendly
can sign documents but when I download them, they are no longer pdfs. cannot get the app to download a PDF, online help is useless. The app has no function without this working. Selected the option to have documents sent in PDF format, and the email i get just has a link back to docusign, not the PDF. useless app, broken functionality, do not recommend.

its not for Africans, just mark it as that in playstore console settings it stops showing up as available for everyone only to be stopped at phone number verification. NOT AVAILABLE FOR AFRICA!!!
I purchased a subscription in Google Play in Dec 2025. I need more than 5 envelopes per month so decided to upgrade my plan only to be told I can't upgrade until December. What business doesn't want to take money to upgrade a customer's plan? I contacted DocuSign & they told me they can't help me because I purchased through a 3rd party app. They told me to cancel my plan & re subscribe through the DocuSign website. I tried to cancel through Google Play , but can't until Dec. Horrible service.
really struggling with this app. needs signing over and over,can't retrieve the doc. I know it's probably me but can't recommend
