Заказала 12 пицц ( около 34000 тенге) себе на 40-летний юбилей для компании из 40+ человек. Оформила заблаговременно, на 4 часа раньше времени доставки. В назначенный час пришли люди, а заказ просто отменили прямо в последний момент, ничего мне про это не сообщив. Так бы и ждала, если б в приложение не зашла. Оператор сказал, в этой пиццерии так делают с клиентами. Возврата денег можно ждать до 10 дней, у меня больше лишних денег не было. Осталась ни с чем. прислали купон на 5000 тенге, щедро...

ужасно работает сайт не получается ни как заказать пиццу. гугл пэй не работает и даже за наличие заказать нельзя, просто тупо ожидание 10 минут... и потом вылетает. сайт ужасен немогу заказать нормально пиццу.
I ordered pizza through this app. Money was debited from my account via Blik, but the app didn't show a confirmation screen for 5-6 minutes. So, I restarted the app, and there was no order in progress or accepted, and the cart was full, so I thought the order wasn't accepted. Then I ordered pizza from a different company. Thirty minutes later, I received two pizzas: one that was not accepted from this app. I didn't want two pizzas, and I lost money.

This last experience was really painful

А у вас почему-то писать в поддержку нельзя без входа в аккаунт. Как мне теперь написать в поддержку, не могу вообще больше войти со вчера
Minimum delivery sum is enforced even when honoring their late delivery free pizza offer, so essentially you still need to pay them for their mistake no matter what. Shame, otherwise had a really good experience until they made this greedy change recently.
Very poor experience with Dodo Pizza. I place an order February 13, the transaction failed but my account was debited. I didn’t receive my order or a refund. Customer service keeps delaying, gave no proof of refund, and is now blaming their payment provider. This has been unresolved for weeks. Be careful when making payments on this app.

Hiii Your service is really bad...been trying to place an order on your app for like 3 days now and no code has been sent after repeated trials. You guys need to work on your service pleasee with immediate effect.

Приложение хорошее, но я его хочу удалить только изза того что каждый раз когда вылезает реклама додо где либо и я случайно промахиваюсь по крестику он открывает приложение додо, если это не прекратиться я серьёзно подумываю удалить его
Релиз проверять надо, криворукие продакты! Почему в приложении нельзя переключить язык? Он подсасывается от телефона. Это Bad user experience!

Крутой способ отправки SMS новый, которая не приходит вообще
4 мес приходят пуш акции, а внутри приложении их нет. отписки от поддержки, обещания разобраться. говорю предоставьте акцию сами, переключают на бота, возвращаются и снова предлагают разобрать технически. ну предоставь акцию то хоть вручную, пока удалил приложение. upd: у меня нет вк
